&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar l'establiment del preu públic del llibre &lt;em&gt;Un recorregut arqueològic per Son Catlar. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Assenyalar que tenen l'obligació de pagar aquest preu públic les persones que adquireixin el llibre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; Satisfer aquest preu públic en el moment de la prestació de l'activitat, de manera que no es lliurarà el llibre sense acreditar-ne el pagament corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt; Determinar que en el supòsit de falta de pagament d'aquest preu públic, se'n podrà exigir l'import pel procediment de constrenyiment, i els actes que se'n derivin s'adaptaran al que preveu el Reglament general de recaptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/strong&gt; Fixar que per facilitar la divulgació d'aquest material cultural i d'interès públic s'estableix una reducció del 35 % en l'import del preu públic de les publicacions editades quan el subjecte passiu acrediti ser persona jurídica o física amb objecte o finalitat de distribució i venda de llibres; així mateix, també gaudiran d'aquesta reducció les associacions amb les quals els llibres estiguin directament relacionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern, per delegació del Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca (Acord de 31-7-2023, BOIB núm. 109 de 5-8-2023), en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat, si no es notifica la resolució corresponent, quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Secció Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal d'Instància de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
