&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.-En data 2 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2020 els ajuntaments de Búger i Campanet i l&amp;apos;Agència Balear de l&amp;apos;Aigua i de la Qualitat Ambiental (ABAQUA) varen subscriure un conveni de col·laboració per a la gestió, manteniment i millora de l&amp;apos;EDAR de Campanet, a través del qual ABAQUA gestiona l&amp;apos;esmentada instal·lació, obligant-se a executar totes aquelles actuacions necessàries per garantir el bon funcionament de la depuradora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.-Atesa l&amp;apos;antiguitat de les instal·lacions i l&amp;apos;increment previst de la població del nuclis associats, ABAQUA té&amp;nbsp; previst executar un projecte d&amp;apos;ampliació i millora de l&amp;apos;EDAR, per a l&amp;apos;execució del qual necessita disposar de terrenys suficients on dur a terme aquesta actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.-La lletra B, apartat segon, de la clàusula segona del conveni de data 2 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2020 estableix, com a obligació dels ajuntaments, la de cedir en escriptura pública&amp;nbsp; els terrenys necessaris per executar aquelles actuacions d&amp;apos;ampliació o remodelació en el sistema de sanejament objecte del conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per aquest motiu, els ajuntaments de Búger i de Campanet varen proposar la cessió gratuïta a favor d&amp;apos;ABAQUA de la parcel·la 98 del polígon 5 del cadastre del terme municipal de Campanet amb la següent descripció: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Rústica: Peça de terra, cereal secà, situada al terme municipal de Campanet, coneguda per CAN XAPETA, de cabuda vuitanta-set destres i mig, equivalents a quinze àrees cinquanta-dues centiàrees. Limita: pel Nord, amb terra de Rafael (a) Muleta, pel sud, amb finca de Pedro Marroig Bennasar, per l&amp;apos;Est, amb Antonia Alcover Martorell; i per l&amp;apos;Oest , amb la de Juan Bennasar Roca,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.-En data 30 d&amp;apos;abril de 2026 el Consell d&amp;apos;Administració d&amp;apos;ABAQUA va acordar iniciar l&amp;apos;expedient per acceptar la cessió gratuïta de la parcel·la 98 del &amp;nbsp;polígon 5 de Campanet inscrita en el re Registre de la Propietat d&amp;apos;Inca&amp;nbsp; núm.2 amb el nombre de finca registral&amp;nbsp; 3548 &amp;nbsp;i referència cadastral 07012A005000980000BQ; Així com delegar la firma al director gerent d&amp;apos;ABAQUA per tramitar l&amp;apos;expedient i signar tot els documents per poder fer efectiva aquesta acceptació de cessió gratuïta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.-En data 21 de maig de 2026 el secretari general d&amp;apos;ABAQUA va informar favorablement l&amp;apos;acceptació de la cessió gratuïta a favor d&amp;apos;ABAQUA de la parcel·la 98 del polígon 5 de Campanet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
