OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de les presents bases i la seva convocatòria, aprovades per Decret d'Alcaldia nº 2026-0225 de data 02/06/2026, és convocar proves selectives pel sistema de concurs oposició, per a promoció interna, per cobrir una plaça d'administratiu/va, vacant a la plantilla de personal funcionari d'aquest Ajuntament, pertanyents a l'Escala d'Administració General, subescala administrativa, grup C, subgrup C1, dotada pressupostàriament i corresponent a l'oferta de promoció interna de l'any 2026, publicada al BOIB nº 40 de 28 de març de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Característiques de les places:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Escala: administració general. Subescala Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grup C. Subgrup C1. Nivell 22.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nombre de places per cobrir: 1 pel torn restringit de promoció interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulació mínima exigida: Batxiller, formació professional de grau mitjà o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Procediment selectiu: concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar a la convocatòria i ser admeses a la realització de les proves selectives, les persones interessades han de complir, a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, els següents requisits, dels quals han d'estar en possessió durant tot el procés selectiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Pertànyer, a la plantilla de funcionaris de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Vilafranca de Bonany, ocupant una plaça d'auxiliar administratiu de l'escala d'administració general, subescala auxiliar administrativa, subgrup de titulació C2, i haver prestat serveis efectius com a personal funcionari de carrera, auxiliar administratiu, durant un període mínim de dos anys a comptar des de la toma de presa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Estar en possessió, o en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació d'instàncies, del títol de batxiller, formació professional de grau mitjà, tindre aprovada la prova d'accés a l´universitat per a majors de 25 anys, o equivalent. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger caldrà aportar la documentació corresponent que n'acrediti l'homologació oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Acreditar el coneixement de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell de certificat B2, mitjançant l'aportació del certificat o document lliurat per l'EBAP o la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o qualsevol dels certificats o documents considerats equivalents per a la Administració d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Haver abonat la taxa de 25 euros per drets d´examen, dins del termini d' admissió d' instàncies, sense que es pugui abonar en cap altre moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han d'ajustar al model normalitzat de sol·licitud (annex 1)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;s'hauran d'adreçar a la Batlia i es presentaran al Registre de l'Ajuntament, per la seu electrònica o en qualsevol altra de les formes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El model normalitzat de sol·licituds es trobarà a disposició de les persones interessades, al Registre General d'aquest Ajuntament, i a la seu electrònica de l´ajuntament de Vilafranca de Bonany, a partir de l'obertura del termini per a la seva presentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El termini general de presentació de sol·licituds és de vint dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà del dia en què es publiqui la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat, prèvia publicació íntegra de les Bases en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Quan el darrer dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entén prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Juntament amb la sol·licitud emplenada adequadament, les persones aspirants han d'adjuntar l´acreditació d´haver abonat la taxa per drets d´examen, la qual s´estableix en 25 Euros (La Caixa: ES53 2100 0184 6102 0000 1725). La manca de justificació del pagament de la taxa indicada determina l'exclusió de l'aspirant. Aquest pagament no substitueix, en cap cas, el tràmit de presentar la sol·licitud en el termini i en la forma prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants funcionàries d´aquest Ajuntament podran fer remissió al seus expedients personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, l'aspirant dona el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent en matèria de protecció de Dades de Caràcter Personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Els aspirants quedaran vinculats a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i telèfon que figurin en la mateixa es consideraran vàlids a l'efecte de notificacions, i serà responsabilitat exclusiva dels candidats tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Les persones aspirants amb minusvalidesa hauran de presentar la certificació corresponent que acrediti aquesta circumstància juntament amb l'informe emès en què se certifiqui la seva capacitat per al desenvolupament de les funcions i tasques corresponents a la plaça que es convoca, haurà de sol·licitar les possibles adaptacions de temps i mitjans per a la realització de l'exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. ADMISSIÓ I EXCLUSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, en el termini màxim de 10 dies hàbils, es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de la seu electrònica de l´ajuntament de Vilafranca de Bonany una resolució per la qual s'aprova la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos, amb indicació de la causa d'exclusió. En la resolució en que es publiqui la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses de les proves selectives, haurà de constar la data, l'hora i el lloc en que es durà a terme l´ exercici de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les persones aspirants excloses o omeses disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació esmentada, per esmenar el defecte o adjuntar el document que sigui preceptiu. En el cas que no s'esmenin, dins d'aquest termini, les deficiències que hagin motivat la seva exclusió, la sol·licitud es considerarà no presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Una vegada finalitzat el termini a què fa referència el paràgraf anterior i esmenades, si escau, les sol·licituds, el batle dictarà una resolució, en el termini màxim de tres dies hàbils, d'aprovació de la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses. Aquesta resolució es farà pública en els mateixos llocs indicats per a la resolució provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de figurar en la relació de persones admeses no prejutjarà que se'ls reconegui a les persones aspirants la possessió dels requisits exigits per participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si de la documentació que han de presentar en superar-lo es desprengui que no posseeixen algun dels requisits, perdran tots els drets que es puguin derivar de la seva participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA. TRIBUNAL AVALUADOR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els òrgans de selecció seran col·legiats i la seva composició s'haurà d'ajustar als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres. La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, i no es podrà ostentar aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú altre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal Avaluador estarà constituït per tres membres, havent-se'n de designar igual nombre de suplents. Haurà de comptar amb un/a president/a, un/a secretari/ària que actuarà amb veu i vot. La composició serà predominantment tècnica, i hauran d'estar en possessió de titulació o especialitat igual o superior a les exigides per a l'accés a la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents, indistintament, ni sense el seu president/a, ni sense el seu secretari/ària, i prendrà les decisions per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Batle de Vilafranca de Bonany nomenarà els membres del Tribunal i els seus suplents i es publicarà juntament amb la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del Tribunal hauran d'abstenir-se de formar-ne part quan concorrin les circumstàncies previstes als articles 23 i 2 4 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Els aspirants podran recusar-los pels mateixos motius, en cas de no abstenir-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA. INICI I DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCEDIMENT DE SELECCIÓ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1 Fases del sistema de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El sistema de selecció és el de concurs oposició i tindrà una puntuació màxima de 100 punts en total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El concurs oposició consisteix en la realització successiva de les fases d'oposició i de concurs, per aquest ordre, les quals es descriuen a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La fase d'oposició del concurs oposició consisteix en la realització de la prova prevista en la convocatòria per tal de determinar la capacitat i l'aptitud de les persones aspirants. La fase d'oposició té caràcter eliminatori i és necessari superar-la per poder passar a la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La fase de concurs consisteix en la valoració dels mèrits que al·leguin les persones aspirants. Aquesta fase no té caràcter eliminatori. Els mèrits que s'han de valorar són els de l'annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La puntuació total s'obté de la suma de les puntuacions en les dues fases. La puntuació de la fase d'oposició representarà un 60 % de la puntuació assolible en el procés selectiu. La fase de concurs representarà un 40 % del total de la puntuació assolible en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Fase d´oposició (60 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants seran convocats en crida única. En qualsevol moment el Tribunal podrà requerir els opositors perquè acreditin la seva personalitat. Els candidats han d'acudir proveïts del NIF o, si no, passaport o carnet de conduir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició constarà de la prova de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori següents. Tindrà una puntuació màxima de 60 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Exercici tipus test&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori i eliminatori. Consistirà a respondre un qüestionari tipus test de 50 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives, de les quals només una és correcta, entre els 40 temes que figuren a l'Annex 3. Les preguntes es poden fer en llengua catalana o castellana. Cada pregunta que es respongui correctament es valorarà amb 1,2 punts. Les preguntes amb resposta errònia llevaran 0,05 punt i les preguntes no resoltes no es valoraran. Hi haurà cinc preguntes més de reserva, que s´han de contestar, pel cas, que s´anul·li o hagi qualsevol errada en les preguntes de l'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prova es valorarà de 0 a 60 punts i cal obtenir un mínim de 30 punts per superar-la. La durada màxima de la prova serà de noranta minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relació provisional de persones aprovades: qualificació dels exercicis i revisió d´exàmens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació de l´ exercici de la fase d´oposició es farà pública mitjançant la llista provisional de persones que l'hagin superat en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament així com a la seva pàgina web. Les persones aspirants poden presentar per escrit en el registre de l'Ajuntament en el termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació del resultat de l´exercici, les observacions o al·legacions que considerin oportunes, que hauran de ser resoltes de forma motivada pel Tribunal en els tres dies hàbils següents. Als efectes assenyalats, s'ha de facilitar la vista dels exercicis de les persones opositores si els demanin en temps i forma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relació definitiva de persones aprovades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resoltes les reclamacions, el Tribunal publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Vilafranca de Bonany. La llista definitiva de persones aprovades en la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3 Fase de Concurs (40 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada la fase d'oposició s'atorgarà un termini de cinc dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de la llista definitiva d'aspirants que han superat la fase d'oposició, perquè les persones que hi figurin presentin els documents acreditatius dels mèrits que s'al·leguin a la fase de concurs, i que vindran referits a la data de termini de presentació de sol·licituds al procés selectiu, seguint l'ordre establert al barem de mèrits que consten en aquestes bases, mitjançant originals o còpies aportades pels interessats que es responsabilitzaran de la seva veracitat de conformitat amb el previst a l'article 28 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits al·legats i no justificats pels aspirants en la forma indicada al paràgraf anterior, no seran valorats pel Tribunal Qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tota la documentació que es presenta en llengua estrangera ha d'anar acompanyada de la traducció jurada corresponent a la llengua catalana o la castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta fase només serà aplicable als aspirants que superin la fase d'oposició. La puntuació màxima que es pot assolir a la fase de concurs és de 40 punts. Els mèrits al·legats i justificats pels aspirants a la fase de concurs i que el Tribunal valorarà es regiran pel barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3.1. Experiència professional: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;puntuació màxima 25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pels serveis prestats a l'Administració pública local i al sector públic local (als efectes definits a l'article 2 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic) en qualitat de personal funcionari de carrera o interí o personal laboral, en la categoria d'auxiliar administratiu. Serà valorat a raó de 1 punt per any de serveis prestats, amb un màxim de 25 punts. Les fraccions d'any es computen prorratejant la puntuació anual pels mesos complets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pels serveis prestats a la resta d'Administracions públiques i al sector públic, en qualitat de personal funcionari de carrera o interí o com a personal laboral, en la categoria d'auxiliar administratiu. Es consideren administracions públiques a aquests efectes les definides a l'article 2 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Serà valorat a raó de 0,5 punts per any de serveis prestats, amb un màxim de 25 punts. Les fraccions d'any es computen prorratejant la puntuació anual pels mesos complets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma d'acreditació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tots els casos cal aportar l'informe de vida laboral expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els serveis prestats s'hauran d'acreditar mitjançant certificat lliurat per l'organisme competent. Mitjançant certificació de serveis prestats, o certificat equivalent, expedit per l'Administració pública corresponent, còpia de contracte de treball, o qualsevol altre mitjà admissible en Dret, en què consti la plaça i/o el lloc de treball exercits o la categoria professional, grup o subgrup de classificació, el període de prestació dels serveis, la vinculació amb l'Administració (funcionari de carrera o interí o personal laboral). No es valoraran els serveis prestats com a personal eventual, segons el que estableix l'article 12.4 de l'EBEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants empleats públiques d´aquest Ajuntament, podran fer remissió al seus expedients personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulacions acadèmiques oficials: Puntuació màxima 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat es valoren altres titulacions acadèmiques de caràcter oficial o l'equivalència de les quals tingui reconegut i establert el Ministeri d'Educació, Cultura i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es valora el de nivell inferior o el primer cicle que sigui imprescindible per obtenir-lo o el que hagi estat valorat com requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació de la titulació o la certificació acreditativa expedida per institució pública, oficial o homologada, en original o còpia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per llicenciatura o estudis universitaris de grau: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Doctorat Universitari: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Màster o Expert Universitari, estudis de Postgrau (o equivalents): 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3.3. Formació i perfeccionament: Puntuació màxima de 8 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran les accions formatives específiques i relacionades directament amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada. Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris, promoguts per les administracions públiques, els impartits en el marc dels acords de formació continuada entre l'Administració i els agents socials, l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP) i els cursos impartits per centres docents oficials i homologats, col·legis oficials i universitats públiques i/o privades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Valoració: els cursos relacionats amb les tasques pròpies de la plaça es computen amb 0,02 punts per cada hora d'aprofitament i amb 0,01 punts per a cada hora d'assistència, amb un màxim de 8 punts. Si no s'especifica la durada, no podran ser valorats. Si el curs no s´especifica si és d´assistència o aprofitament, es considerarà d´assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'han d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació de la titulació o certificació acreditativa expedida per institució pública, oficial o homologada, en original o còpia compulsada en què constin les hores de durada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3.4. Llengua catalana: Puntuació màxima de 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El coneixement de la llengua catalana: es valorarà segons el barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat Nivell C1: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat Nivell C2: 3,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu: 0,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de presentar més d'un títol o certificació només es valorarà el de més puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada per part del Tribunal la valoració dels mèrits aportats es faran públiques en el tauler d'anuncis de l'ajuntament de la seu electrònica, les llistes provisionals de puntuacions obtingudes en la fase de concurs, així com la llista provisional de l'aspirant seleccionat del concurs oposició. Les persones aspirants disposaran de tres dies hàbils per fer reclamacions, comptadors des de la publicació de les llistes provisionals. Les reclamacions presentades seran resoltes pel tribunal en un termini de tres dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que dos o més aspirants obtinguessin la mateixa qualificació total, es desfarà l'empat aplicant el criteri següent: puntuació més alta en la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resoltes les reclamacions, el Tribunal ha d'aprovar la relació definitiva de les puntuacions de la fase de concurs i la relació definitiva d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu, i la publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas no pot ser un nombre d'aspirants superior al de places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador elevarà al batle la llista definitiva de la persona aspirant declarada apte o no apte, qui resoldrà i n'ordenarà la publicació en el termini de tres dies hàbils en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, a més del tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'ajuntament. La resolució esmentada, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot recórrer en els termes que estableix l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentació de documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana, mitjançant l'aportació del certificat de nivell B2 de coneixements de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Acreditació de tenir la condició de personal funcionari de carrera de l´Ajuntament de Vilafranca de Bonany amb al menys dos anys d´antiguitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No requereixen presentació aquells documents que es trobin en poder de l'Ajuntament o se'n pugui comprovar la informació per tècniques telemàtiques segons es regula en l'article 28 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En aquest darrer cas l'interessat ha d'indicar en quin moment i davant quin òrgan administratiu va presentar els documents esmentats, i les administracions públiques els han de sol·licitar electrònicament a través de les seves xarxes corporatives o d'una consulta a les plataformes d'intermediació de dades o altres sistemes electrònics habilitats a l'efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
