<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Llistat provisional de persones aspirants ADMESES I EXCLOSES de la convocatòria per cobrir setze places vacants de bomber/a del Consell Insular de Formentera per torn lliure corresponents a les Ofertes Públiques d'Ocupació de 2024 i 2025.</strong></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atès l'acord de la Junta de Govern de data 19 de desembre de 2025 es va aprovar la convocatòria i les bases que han de regir el procés selectiu per proveir, com a personal funcionari de carrera, 16 places vacants de la categoria de bomber/a i dotades pressupostàriament, corresponent a les Ofertes Públiques d'Ocupació 2024 i 2025, pel sistema d'accés de torn lliure i procediment de selecció concurs-oposició. Places enquadrades a la plantilla de personal funcionari, escala Administració Especial, grup de classificació C1, del Consell Insular de Formentera, BOIB núm. 11, de 22 de gener de 2026.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Vist que l'extracte de l'esmentada convocatòria ha estat publicat al butlletí oficial de l'Estat (BOE) núm. 28, de 31 de gener de 2026.</span></span></span><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Atesa la documentació presentada per les persones aspirants que s'ha tramitat segons la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGON.- APROVAR </strong>el <strong>llistat provisional de les persones aspirants EXCLOSES que han d'esmenar documentació (Annex)</strong>, en el <strong>termini de 10 dies hàbils</strong>, comptadors des del dia següent en què es publica aquesta resolució al BOIB. En el cas que no s'esmeni dins d'aquest termini, les deficiències que hagin motivat la seva exclusió, la persona aspirant es considerarà exclosa.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER.-</strong> Es fa constar que la persona aspirant amb DNI ***4288** va presentar la sol·licitud fora de termini.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>QUART.- </strong>Les persones aspirants excloses disposen d'un termini de <strong>10 dies hàbils </strong>des del dia següent a aquell en què es publica aquesta resolució al BOIB, perquè puguin presentar-hi esmenes i possibles reclamacions. Les persones aspirants que no presentin al·legacions dins del termini assenyalat, en què justifiquin el seu dret d'estar-hi admeses, s'exclouran definitivament del procés.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>CINQUÈ.- PUBLICAR</strong> aquest Decret de Presidència al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), al tauler d'anuncis de l'OAC del Consell Insular de Formentera i a la pàgina web de la corporació www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A l'hora de publicar les dades dels aspirants, serà per DNI, conforme a la normativa aplicable de la protecció de dades personals, i en el supòsit present, atès que s'han posat les quatre xifres del mig, del DNI, conforme amb la disposició addicional setena de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, i resulta que aqueixes xifres coincideixen entre algunes persones aspirants, s'han afegit, en aqueixos casos, les inicials dels respectius noms d'aqueixes persones als efectes de perfecta identificació.</span></span></span></p>
