&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El 4 de març la vicepresidenta primera i consellera executiva de Cultura i Patrimoni, per delegació del Consell Executiu, va aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions 2026 per a la digitalització de les fitxes catalogràfiques dels objectes que formen part dels museus i col·leccions museogràfiques mitjançant el programa informàtic MuseumPlus. (La convocatòria es va publicar al BOIB núm. 33 de 14 de març de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. L&amp;apos;òrgan instructor ha emès l&amp;apos;informe sobre el compliment dels requisits de la convocatòria esmentada per part de les entitats beneficiàries proposades i s&amp;apos;ha emès informe favorable sobre els aspectes jurídics de la concessió de les subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. A l&amp;apos;expedient de referència consta l&amp;apos;existència de crèdit pressupostari adequat i suficient en les aplicacions pressupostàries 20 33210 46202 de l&amp;apos;exercici 2027 (20.000,00 € per la línia 1) i 20 33210 48903 de l&amp;apos;exercici 2027 (5.000,00 € per la línia 2), per tramitar aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Dia 29 de maig de 2026 la Intervenció Delegada, ha emès informe favorable sobre la proposta&amp;nbsp; de resolució de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. L&amp;apos;Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i el Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el reglament de la Llei 38/2003 general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el text refós de la Llei de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. La convocatòria de subvencions 2026 per a la digitalització de les fitxes catalogràfiques dels objectes que formen part dels museus i col·leccions museogràfiques mitjançant el programa informàtic MuseumPlus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Atès el previst a l&amp;apos;article 33.2.k de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, correspon la resolució de la convocatòria a la vicepresidenta primera i consellera executiva de Cultura i Patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstant l&amp;apos;anterior, al tractar-se d&amp;apos;una convocatòria de despesa anticipada, aquesta resta condicionada a l&amp;apos;existència de crèdit adequat i suficient per al finançament en l&amp;apos;exercici pressupostari al qual s&amp;apos;imputa la despesa (2027).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí oficial de les illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i traslladar la informació a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d&amp;apos;alçada en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva publicació. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant la vicepresidenta primera i consellera executiva de Cultura i Patrimoni o&amp;nbsp; davant el Consell Executiu, que és l&amp;apos;òrgan competent per resoldre&amp;apos;l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d&amp;apos;aquest recurs d&amp;apos;alçada, hi podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant la secció Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal d&amp;apos;Instància, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d&amp;apos;alçada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si un cop transcorreguts tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d&amp;apos;alçada i no n&amp;apos;heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s&amp;apos;entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant la secció Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal d&amp;apos;Instància, sense limitació de temps. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstant l&amp;apos;anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
