El 31 de maig de 2025, es publica la Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitats per la qual es concedeixen, per als exercicis 2024 a 2027, ajuts per a l'ampliació de centres educatius privats autoritzats, i per a la reconversió de centres que atenen regularment infants de 0 a 3 anys sense autorització educativa a centres educatius de primer cicle d'educació infantil (BOIB núm. 69, de 31 de maig de 2025).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">2. El 8 de maig de 2026, la Congregación Agustinas Hermanas del Amparo Curia General presenta un certificat (GOIBE341469/2026) de renúncia a l'ajut concedit per al centre CC Ramon Llull d'Andratx.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">3. El 19 de maig de 2026, Grupo Pekes SL presenta un escrit (GOIBE367227/2026) de renúncia a l'ajut concedit per al centre Escoleta Mafalda de Palma.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">4. D'acord amb l'apartat 15.4 de les bases de la convocatòria dels ajuts, qualsevol alteració de les condicions tengudes en compte per concedir l'ajut pot donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de concessió.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong><span style="color:black">Fonaments de dret</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">1.
