    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Sr. Batle-President de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eugènia en data 26 de maig de 2026 ha dictat la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Atès que per acord de la Junta de Govern de data 11 de febrer de 2026 es varen aprovar les Bases específiques per a la constitució d'una borsa extraordinària pel sistema de concurs, per a nomenaments com a personal funcionari interí de la Policia Local de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eugènia les quals es vàren publicar íntegrament en el Boib núm. 21 de data 14 de febrer de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Atès que en data 11 de maig de 2026 es va publicar la Resolució de Batlia de les puntuacions provisionals obtingudes pels aspirants atorgant un termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució a la página web municipal, per tal que es poguessin efectuar les reclamacions i observacions oportunes sobre la valoració dels mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Atès que ha transcorregut el termini sense que s'hagin presentat al·legacions o reclamacions al llistat de puntuacions provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En ús de les atribucions legals que em confereix la legislació vigent,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar aquesta resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eugènia (www.ajsantaeugenia.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, i d'acord amb la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i altres disposicions concordants, podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu de Palma de Mallorca, en un termini de 2 mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la seva publicació, sense perjudici del recurs potestatiu de reposició que es pot interposar en el termini d'un mes des de la data de publicació de l'acte o resolució davant la presidència de la Corporació. Si s'interposa recurs de reposició, el termini per a la seva resolució serà d'un mes, transcorregut el qual es pot entendre desestimat per silenci administratiu i, en aquest supòsit, es pot plantejar el recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de 6 mesos des de la data de l'acte presumpte de desestimació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
