    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Regidor de Funció Pública, Seguretat Ciutadana, Civisme, Medi Natural, Entorns Saludables i Mercats, per resolució núm. 12998, de 25 de maig de 2026, ha resolt el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.- Aprovar la substitució del vocal 4 titular i vocal 6 suplent del Tribunal qualificador que ha de dirigir el desenvolupament del procés selectiu pel torn lliure per cobrir 1 plaça de PROFESSOR/A MÚSIC SAXÒFON, 1 plaça de PROFESSOR/A MÚSIC OBOÈ i 1 plaça de PROFESSOR/A MÚSIC TROMPA , Subescala Serveis Especials, classe comeses especials/banda de música, grup A, subgrup A1, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponents a l'oferta pública d'ocupació del any 2022 (BOIB núm. 171 de 31 de desembre de 2022)&amp;nbsp; i de l'oferta d'ocupació pública, taxa específica, de l'any 2025, publicada al BOIB núm. 33 de 15 de març de 2025, en el sentit que allà on diu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar la present resolució a les persones interessades i publicar-la al BOIB, així com a&amp;nbsp; la pàgina web de l'ajuntament i a la Seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovada, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
