    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en exercici de les seues competències, va aprovà, en sessió extraordinari amb urgència de 29 d'abril de 2026, el desistiment dels expedients de sol·licitud de subvencions per a intervencions en béns del patrimoni cultural, per rehabilitar parets de pedra seca i per soterrar línies elèctriques i/o telefòniques existents, corresponent a la convocatòria 2020, de conformitat al següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Tenir per desistits de la seva petició d'atorgament de subvenció en matèria de patrimoni cultural els interessats que figuren a l'annex amb indicació del número d'expedient i tipus de subvenció, per no haver presentat la documentació requerida a l'atorgament en el termini establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Declarar conclòs el procediment i, per tant, arxivar els expedients indicats a l'annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Traslladar aquest acord a l'àrea Econòmica del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Notificar aquests acord als interessats i publicar el corresponent anunci al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d'anuncis de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
