Aprovació de la MF-1036 i MFU-87 relativa a la creació d’una expansió més del lloc de feina F31330001 conservador/a i restaurador/a de Bens culturals ]] ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de 20/05/2026, es va aprovar el següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMER.-</strong> Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-1036 relativa a la creació d'una expansió més del lloc de feina F31330001 conservador/a i restaurador/a de bens culturals, de l'Àrea de Cultura, Turisme, Esports i Coordinació Municipal, en el sentit que es concreta a la proposta. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGON.- </strong>Aprovar la proposta MFU-87 relativa a les funcions específiques del lloc, que s'adjunta a la proposta. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER.- </strong>Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent a la seva aprovació. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>QUART.-</strong> Publicar el contingut de l'Acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
