28661 386693 940 CAIB CAIB ca 28660 CAIB 2026-05-26 2026-05-28 2026-05-28 ![CDATA[<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de 20/05/2026, es va aprovar el següent:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMER.- </strong>Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-1027 relativa a la creació del lloc de treball de Psicòleg/loga adscrit al Departament Assistencial de Policia Local, en el sentit que es concreta a la proposta.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGON.- </strong>Aprovar les funcions del lloc incorporat a la proposta, que son les següents:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">&nbsp;- Certificar l'aptitud per la tinença d'armes dels i les agents de policia local </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Efectuar el control periòdic per a la capacitació per la tinença de les armes al personal policial. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Proposar la retirada d'armes, per motius psicològics, i fer-ne el seguiment als agents de policia local. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Realitzar entrevistes i avaluacions psicològiques als membres de la Policia Local. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Elaborar informes psicològics derivats de la seva tasca professional. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Coordinar-se amb el Servei de Prevenció i Vigilància de la Salut i la resta d'unitats policials implicades en la seva tasca professional. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Assessorar en la part psicotècnica per determinar perfils professionals als tribunals de processos selectius dels comandaments policials. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Qualsevol altra tasca que li sigui encomanada pel superior jeràrquic d`entre les que corresponen a l'escala, subescala, classe, especialitat o categoria d'adscripció del lloc de treball. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER.- </strong>Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent a la seva aprovació. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>QUART.- </strong>Publicar el contingut de l'Acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
