    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en sessió celebrada el dia 24 de març de 2026 va aprovar la convocatòria per a concedir ajudes econòmiques destinades a fomentar la reactivació econòmica de l´activitat agrària i ramadera en el municipi de Calvià i es procedeix a publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears l´acord adoptat, les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de subvencions, per a la seva difusió i el seu coneixement públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprovar una convocatòria per a la concessió d'ajudes econòmiques destinades a fomentar la reactivació econòmica de l'activitat agrària i ramadera en el municipi de Calvià, per a l'any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona&lt;/strong&gt;. Autoritzar la despesa de 70.000,00 € per a les ajudes objecte d´aquesta convocatòria a càrrec de la partida pressupòstària 303 41400 4800000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera&lt;/strong&gt;. Ordenar la publicació de les bases de la convocatòria d'ajuda en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions, així com en el tauló municipal i en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOCATÒRIA PER A LA CONCESSIÓ DE SUBVENCIONS PER AL FOMENT DE LA REACTIVACIÓ ECONÒMICA DE L'ACTIVITAT AGRÀRIA I RAMADERA EN EL MUNICIPI DE CALVIÀ, 2026&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exposició de motius&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'agricultura i ramaderia s'enfronta a un procés de transformació estructural derivat, entre d'altres factors, de la progressiva liberalització del comerç mundial, l'ampliació europea, la reforma de la Política Agrícola Común (PAC), el desenvolupament tecnològic, l'augment de les exigències mediambientals y les noves demandas de qualitat i seguretat alimentària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per això, són necessàries intervencions estructurals que millorin la competitivitat de les explotacions agràries y permetin assegurar el manteniment d'un teixit socioeconòmic estable, dinàmic i atractiu. A més, les administracions públiques han de facilitar que aquestes explotacions desenvolupin estratègies d'optimització basades en l'ús de factors de producció, aprofitament de les noves tecnologies, orientació cap a productes de qualitat reconeguda -ateses les demandes de la societat- donant opcions a la diversificació de les produccions i, tot això, sota la perspectiva de la millora mediambiental y el manteniment de les condicions d´higiene i benestar animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En aquest marc, l´Ajuntament de Calvià ha de contribuir a assolir els objectius següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Millorar l'eficiència en l'ús dels recursos, la qual és fonamental per desenvolupar una agricultura sostenible&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Fomentar accions directes per a conservar, protegir i millorar els recursos naturals, fomentant la competitivitat de l´agricultura i la ramaderia en el municipi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Protegir i millorar els mitjans de vida rurals i el benestar social, garantint la gestió sostenible dels recursos naturals i l'acció per al clima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Augmentar la resiliència de les persones, de les comunitats i dels ecosistemes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Considerant que, una part important de l'activitat financera del sector públic es canalitza mitjançant les subvencions, a l'objecte de donar resposta, amb mesures de recolzament financer, a demandes socials i econòmiques de persones i entitas públiques o privades, el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de l´Ajuntament de Calvià contempla millorar l'àmbit rural mitjançant aquestes bases i la seva corresponent convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Amb aquestes bases, queden inclosos els principis generals que han d'inspirar la gestió de les subvencions com a part essencial de l'activitat de foment de les administracions públiques com ara la igualtat, transparència, objectivitat, publicitat, concurrència i no discriminació, així com la millora de l'eficàcia en el acompliment dels objectius fixats per l'administració i l'eficiència en l'asignació i utilització de recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Règim jurídic&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per tots els extrems no previstos en aquestes Bases serà aplicable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Lei 38/2003,de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions (d'ara endavant LGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions (d'ara endavant RLGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Llei 19/2013,de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern (en endavant Llei 19/2013)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Reial Decret 130/2019, de 8 de març, pel qual s'aprova la Base de Dades Nacional de subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajuts públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. Pressupost municipal de l'any 2026 i les seves bases d'execució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f. Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (d'ara endavant LPACAP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;g. Llei 3/2019, de 31 de gener, Agrària de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;h. Ordenança municipal per a la defensa i conservació del patrimoni verd del municipi de Calvià (BOIB núm. 19, del 13 de febrer de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;i. Resta de normativa que sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. Objecte i àmbit d´aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. L'objecte d'aquestes bases és regular la concessió de subvencions en règim de concurrència competitiva amb prorrateig, segons el que estableix l'article 22 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, amb la finalitat de donar suport a la revitalització del sector agropecuari a través de mesures de foment, compensació y dinamització del sector, y promoure la cura del patrimoni verd al municipi de Calvià, dins l'àmbit d'aplicació de les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. L'àmbit d'aplicació de les ajudes regulades en la present convocatòria són explotacions y espais destinats a actividades agrícoles-ramaderes en terrenys rústics del terme municipal de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona. Activitat subvencionable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Seran despeses subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Línia 1. Adquisició d'adobs&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Línia 2. Adquisició d'arbrat&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Compra i plantació de garrovers, ametllers, oliveres, figueres, albercoquers, melicotoners, pereres, pomeres, atzeroles, noguers, magraner, codonyer, ginjoler, nespler, servera exclusivament).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Línia 3. Adquisició d'alimentació per a animals&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Alimentació per a animals, dels exemplars enregistrats al Registre d'Explotacions Ramaderes (REGA) en l'actualització de l'any 2026, de les espècies ovina, caprina, porquí, vacuna, ases, someres, caragols, abelles i aviram. Inclou menjar ja elaborat o preparat, així com llavors per a sembrar per a alimentació animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Queden exclosos específicament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. tots els suplements alimentaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. menjar per exemplars (de qualsevol tipus) que no estiguin enregistrats a l'actualització del REGA de l'any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. menjar per cavalls.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Línia 4. Inversions en transformació, comercialització i millora de la producció&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. El cost de les inversions i adquisicions de béns, equips, instal·lacions (noves i millores a les ja existents), eines exclusivament agrícoles, maquinària agrícola nova o de segona mà adquirida a través d'empresas o autònoms amb el codi de la Classificació Nacional d'Activitats Econòmiques (CNAE) G4661, G4662 o similars, i reparacions de les pròpies. La maquinària de segona mà haurà d´estar inscrita en el registre ROMA. Així mateix,, seran subvencionables la compravenda entre professionals i/o particulars de vehicles i maquinària agrícola, matriculats a Espanya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En relació a les instal·lacions, s'hi inclouen els materials imprescindibles per a la construcció o millora dels següents elements o similars:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Tancats (pals, malles, filferros, etc)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Sistemes de reg; inclou bombes d'aigua, tubs de reg, programador, aixetes, plaques de cobriment de safareigs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Hivernacles i ombràculs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Corrals per animals y caeres (rucs) abelles; inclou material com: tancaments, portes, menjadors, abeuradors, malles, filferros, plaques de cobriment, etc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Estructures i/o material per planter o germinació de llavors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Llavors que no es destinin a alimentació animal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Adquisició d'animals de las espècies ovina, caprina, porquí, vacuna, ases, someres, caragols, abelles i aviram. Queden exclosos els cavalls&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. Inversions i despeses en transformació, comercialització o desenvolupament de productes agrícoles i ramaders dins la pròpia explotació, per exemple, envasos, etiquetatge&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. També s'inclouen les tasques que s'han contratat a persones físiques o jurídiques externes (terceres parts) per manteniment de l'explotació agrària, com poda, roturació de la terra o similars. En aquest cas, la persona beneficiària pot subcontractar el 100 % de l'activitat, sempre i quan se compleixin els articles 46 i 29.7 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Així mateix, queden inclosos els estudis tècnics vinculats a: determinar la viabilitat d'un projecte, identificar les característiques i/o les necessitats i/o les oportunitats agronòmiques de l'explotació agrària, construcció o muntatge d'instal·lacions agrícoles o d'instal·lacions de transformació, desenvolupament o comercialització de productes, altres tipus d'estudis o anàlisis similars. En este cas, la persona beneficiària pot subcontractar el 100 % de l'activitat, sempre i quan se compleixin els articles 46 i 29.7 de la LGS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Quedan específicamente exclosos de la línia 4:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Canvis o adquisició d'oli de motor o filtres d'oli&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Canvis o adquisició de bateries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Canvis o adquisició de pneumàtics que no siguin de tractor o remolc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Canvis o adquisició de productes d'un sol ús com bombetes, fil de desbrossadora i similars&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. Carburants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f. Lloguer de maquinària i eines&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;g. Compra de material alimentari per matances (espècies, budells, etc)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;h. Peces de roba (guants, cascs, botes, etc) i material de papereria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;i. Material per instal·lacions que no sigui directament i imprescindiblement necessari per realitzar l'activitat agrícola-ramadera (por exemple: aplics de llum decoratius, malles per fer ombra decoratives)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;j. Pintures&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;k. Herbicides i pesticides convencionals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;l. Clor, lleixiu, desinfectants, anti-algues o similars pel tractament de pous, cisternes, safareigs i similars&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;m. Material de qualsevol tipus per piscines o altres tipus de dipòsits d'aigua no utilizats amb finalitats agrícoles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;n. Eines que no estiguin vinculades a l'activitat agrícola-ramadera de forma indubtable; per exemple, queden exclosos: martells, radials, cisells, paleta de guixaire, trepants, etc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;o. Muntatge d'instal·lacions o material per instal·lacions que no estiguin vinculades a l'activitat agrícola-ramadera de forma indubtable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;p. Materials com perns, grapes o altres elements similars si no estan vinculats de forma estricte a les instal·lacions agrícoles-ramaderes abans esmentades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;q. Parets seques, instal·lacions que requereixin llicència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;r. Qualsevol activitat de transformació que es realitzi fora de l'explotació agrícola&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Línia 5. Agroambient i clima: inversions que afrontin reptes relacionats amb el medi ambient, benestar animal, i que millorin l'eficiència de l'ús dels recursos i la reducció de les afeccions ambientals, relacionades amb:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a. &lt;/em&gt;Protecció de varietats autòctones en risc d'erosió genètica: utilització de varietats locals de llavors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Foment de races autòctones: augment de l'explotació ramadera amb races autòctones mallorquines: ovelles, cabres, vaques, porcs, aviram&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Control biològic de plagues: utilització de tècniques i productes respetuosos amb el medi ambient&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Estalvi d'aigua: instal·lació de reg localitzat, recollida de pluvials, sistemes d'aprofitament d'aigua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. Aplicació de tècniques d'agricultura ecològica en general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Línia 6. Operacions de manteniment d'arbres i arbredes recollits al Catàleg d'Arbres i Arbredes singulars del Terme Municipal de Calvià:&lt;/em&gt; per a poder dur a terme qualsevol operació de manteniment als arbres i arbredes inclosos en el Catàleg del terme municipal de Calvià (poda de manteniment i neteja, operacions d'estabilitat arbòria, tractament fitosanitari, entre d'altres).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Qualsevol tipus d'actuació dins d'aquesta línia haurà de ser autoritzada prèviament per l'Ajuntament, segons la Ordenança municipal per a la defensa i conservació del patrimoni verd del municipi de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Cada un dels conceptes han d'estar lligats, de forma indubtable, al manco a una de les següents activitats, les quals s'han de dur a terme dins la pròpia explotació o finca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Activitat agrària: el conjunt de treballs necessaris pera les actuacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El manteniment del sòl, la vegetació y el ramat i l'obtenció de productes agrícoles y ramaders&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Manteniment dels arbres i arbredes recollits al Catàleg d'Arbres i Arbredes Singulars del terme municipal de Calvià&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. L'emmagatzematge, la separació, la classificació i l'envasament de la producció pròpia,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. La venda directa i la promoció de producció pròpia, sense transformació o amb una primera transformació dins els elements que integren l'explotació, a mercats municipals o a llocs que no siguin establiments comercials permanents, sempre que el producte final estigui inclòs en l´annex I de l´article 38 del Tratat de Funcionament de la Unió Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. També inclou l'aprofitament i la valoració com a entrada agrària de les matèries primeres secundàries obtingudes a explotacions agrícoles o ramaderes amb enfocament d'economia circular pel que fa a recursos i nutrients, sempre que siguin per a ús de l'explotació pròpia .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. La gestió o la direcció i la gerència de l'explotació agrària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Activitat agrària d'oci y d'autoconsum: conjunt de treballs fets a sòl rústic amb la finalitat d´obtenir productes agraris que es destinen principalment al consum de la persona titular, o per al manteniment del paisatge agrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Activitat complementària de l'activitat agrària: les activitats següents sempre que estiguin vinculades a l'explotació agrària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. L'activitat de transformació dels productes de l'explotació agrària, sempre que es dugui a terme amb productes de la pròpia explotació o d'explotacions agràries preferents associades, de conformitat amb la legislació agrària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Les activitats relacionades amb la conservació de l'espai natural i la protecció del medi ambient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. La formació en tècniques i matèries pròpies agràries i l'elaboració d'estudis i recerques de l'àmbit agrari i rural que tinguin relació amb l'activitat que es porta a terme a la finca pròpia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Activitat de transformació agrària o agroalimentària: qualsevol acció que alteri substancialment el producte inicial, inclòs el tractament tèrmic, el fumatge, la curació, la maduració, l´assecatge, la marinada, l´extracció, l´extrusió o una combinació d'aquests procediments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. La promoció, foment, millora, manteniment i/o difusió de las matèries pròpies de l'àmbit rural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. No es consideraran subvencionables en general:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Altres despeses relacionades amb:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. els contractes d´arrendament amb opció a compra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. les despeses financeres en general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. els interessos, recàrregs o sancions administratives i penals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. les despeses de procediments judicials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. les despeses de notaria o registrals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. les despeses d´assessoria jurídica o financiera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. les despeses pericials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. les despeses administratives i tributs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9. les despeses de l´assegurança&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Les inversions de reposició o mera substitució d´equips i maquinària, excepte si la nova adquisició correspon a equips o maquinària distints dels anteriors per la tecnologia utilitzada o pel seu rendiment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. La compra de drets de producció agrícola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Las varietats agrícoles que tinguin la consideració d´organisme modificat genèticament per la reglamentació de la Unió Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. Les despeses de veterinari, farmacèutiques o de laboratoris de mostres en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera. Persones beneficiàries.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Las persones destinatàries d´aquestes subvencions són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. les persones físiques o jurídiques, públiques o privades titulars o arrendatàries d´explotacions agrícoles o ramaderes del terme municipal de Calvià&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. les entitats sense ànim de lucre que tinguin el seu domicili social i àmbit d'actuació al municipi de Calvià, estiguin inscrites al Registre d´Associacions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears y que tinguin per objecte alguna de les finalitats especificades en el punt 2 de la presente convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En qualsevol cas, s'estableix com a requisit que la persona beneficiària sigui titular d'una explotació agrària enregistrada en el Registre Insular Agrari (RIA), una explotació ramadera en el Registre d´Explotacions Ramaderes (REGA) o d'una explotació (agrària o ramadera) registrada al Consell Balear d´Agricultura Ecològica ( CBPAE), o que sigui la persona que exerceix l'activitat pagesa de forma indubtable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. No podran obtenir la condició de personas beneficiàries de les subvencions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones o entitats que es trobin en qualsevol de les situacions que s'indiquen en l'article 13 Llei 38/2003. En particular, cal destacar el fet de no trobar-se al corrent de pagament dels deutes amb l'Ajuntament i del pagament de les obligacions derivades del reintegrament de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quarta. Procediment de concessió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El procedimient de concessió serà el de concurrència amb prorrateig. Això vol dir que, per les línies 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 i 6, en cas de que l'import de les subvencions superi el de la partida pressupostària, es procedirà al prorrateig entre totes les persones beneficiàries de l'import.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. En aquest cas, es calcularà l'import total de les subvencions com la suma de les que correspondrien a cada persona beneficiària si no s'hagués superat el de la partida, i es calcularà el percentatge que correspon a cada persona beneficiària per línia . A continuació, es distribuirà l'import en funció d'aquest percentatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta. Criteris d'otorgament i determinació de la quantia de la subvenció.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Com que no està limitat el nombre de persones beneficiàries no caldrà comparar les sol·licituds presentades a fi d'establir una prelació entre les mateixes. Tampoc hi haurà prelació amb l'ordre d'arriba per registre de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Les actuacions subvencionables s'han d'haver executat o s'han d'executar entre l'1 d'agost de 2025 i el 30 de juny de 2026, ambdós inclosos, complint els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Factures i pagaments únics s'han d'haver emès i fet en aquestes dates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Només s'admet una factura per adquisició per a poder separar les possibles línies i possibles impostos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. No s´admeten en cap cas pagaments ni factures posteriors al 30 de juny de 2026 en la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Las línies no són excloents entre sí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Las quanties sol·licitades han de ser proporcionals a l'activitat exercida, a la superfície de l'explotació i/o al cap de rama&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. S'estableix un màxim per línia que s'aplicarà en el total de sol·licituds presentades per cada persona física, jurídica o entitat sense ànim de lucre interessada, seguint els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Línia 1: Adobs&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas de no disposar de RIA, el màxim d'adobs serà de 1500 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas de disposar de RIA, el màxim subvencionable és de 2500 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Línia 2: Arbres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas de no disposar de RIA, el màxim d'arbres serà de 500 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas de disposar de RIA, el màxim subvencionable és de 1000 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Línia 3: Alimentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;nº femelles reproductores caprí/oví inferior o igual a 15: màxim subvencionable de 1500 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;nº femelles reproductores caprí/oví entre 16 y 100: màxim subvencionable de 2000 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;nº femelles reproductores caprí/oví superior a 100: màxim subvencionable de 3500 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;per a qualsevol altre animal: màxim de 1500 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En qualsevol cas, s'estableix un màxim de 2500 euros/persona sol·licitant per a la línia 1,1000 euros/persona sol·licitant per a la línia 2, 3500 euros/persona sol·licitant per a la línia 3, 2500 euros/persona sol·licitant per a la línia 4, 2500 euros/persona sol·licitant per a la línia 5 i 500 euros/persona sol·licitant per a la línia 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. L'import inicial de les subvencions es calcularà considerant el 75 % de l'import de la base imposable (BI) de les factures justificatives de les actuacions subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Aquest import inicial servirà de base per al càlcul dels següents augments:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. 10 %, quan l'explotació agrària estigui inscrita al Registre Insular Agrari (RIA), aplicable a totes les línies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. 10 % en cas de dispersió parcel·lària en el context de les presents subvencions, és a dir, en cas de dues o més parcel·les:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. la superfície de cada una d'elles no supera les 2 ha, o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. la suma de las superfícies de las parcel·les no supera les 2 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;aplicable a totes les línies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. 20 % quan la persona beneficiària tingui una edat compresa entre 18 i no hagi cumplit els 41 anys, aplicable a totes les línias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. 10 % extra en cas de sol·licitar la línia 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els imports resultants dels augments se sumaran a l'import inicial de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. En cap cas, la suma de l'import inicial més els imports corresponents als augments podrà superar el 100 % de la base imposable, ni els límits per línia y per NIF/CIF que s'especifiquen en les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisena. Forma i termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds s'hauran de redactar d'acord al model normalizat (annex I de la presente convocatòria) que es penjarà a la pàgina web del Servei de Medi Ambient i Transició Ecològica-Món Rural dins el portal de l´Ajuntament: www.calvia.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Les sol·licituds podran presentar-se en qualsevol de les formes i llocs establerts en l'apartat 4 de l'article 16 de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud implica la justificació de les despeses de l'actuació objecte de subvenció, aquesta derivarà en el reconeixement de l'obligació. A aquest efecte haurà de lliurar la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Una relació de les còpies acarades de les factures originals completes girades per terceras persones al beneficiari o beneficiària de la subvenció o els documents de valor probatori equivalent en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa. En el cas d'operacions entre la pagesia integrada en el règim agrari, s'haurà d'acompanyar un document emès per un operador econòmic del sector que acrediti que el valor de l'operació s´adapta al valor de mercat del concepte facturat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No s´admetran en cap cas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Factures a nom d´una persona compradora que no sigui la persona sol·licitant, ni que no contenguin totes les dades necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Altres documents que no siguin factures, como albarans ni proformes (ni tan sols si indiquen que s´ha efectuat el pagament)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. S'admet el pagament en metàl·lic per quantitats inferiors a 1000 euros IVA inclòs. Per imports de 1000 euros o més, s'han de presentar els justificants de pagament de la factura a través de targeta bancària o justificant bancari o taló.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Les sol·licituds es poden presentar durant 2 mesos a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de l´extracte de la convocatòria al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si es necessita ajuda, s´ha de sol·licitar cita prèvia al telèfon 971130577 o al correu electrònic medioambiente@calvia.com. No s'atendrà a cap persona sense cita prèvia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Les actuacions que es podran subvencionar en aquesta convocatòria seran les realitzades i abonades entre l'1 d'agost de 2025 i el 30 de juny de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Com a regla general, s'ha de presentar una sol·licitud per explotació agrària (entenent, en el context de las presents subvencions, explotació agrària identificada pel RIA o pel codi CBPAE agrari, ramat enregistrat al REGA i al CBPAE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Dues o més persones beneficiàries poden sol·licitar subvencions per activitats que cada una d´elles realitza dins la mateixa explotació agrària només quan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. per una/es mateixa/es parcel·la/es, les activitats que realitzen són, indubtablement, diferents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. per parcel·les diferents incloses en el mateix RIA o CBPAE agrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el cas de persones sol·licitants que no disposin de RIA/REGA i/o CBPAE, només es podrà presentar una sol·licitud per DNI/CIF, independentment del número de parcel·les que s'incloguin en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Altres casos no contemplats en les presents bases es revisaran de forma individualitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. Amb la sol·licitud s'inclou una declaració responsable, por la qual la persona interessada declara:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. En el seu cas, que la persona que ostenta la representació legal de l'entitat no està inhabilitada per a contractar amb les administracions públiques o per obtenir una subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Que es troba al corrent de totes les obligacions fiscals amb l'Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Que se està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Les dades bancàries aportades son vertaderes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. En el cas de les entitats, que no es troben en la situació prevista a l´article 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f. Que la persona sol·licitant és la que exerceix l´activitat pagesa de forma indubtable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;g. Que l´actuació o servei declarat s´ha realitzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;h. Si n´és el cas, que s´adjunta la memòria d´actuacions realitzades signada pel representant legal de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;i. Que s´adjunten las factures de les despeses realitzades i que aquestes no superen el valor de mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;j. Que la relació final de despeses de l´actuació assenyalada és la que s´adjunta i correspon sense cap dubte a l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;k. El cost per a dur a terme el projecte és sense IVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9. Les persones sol·licitants podran referir les seves sol·licituds a qualsevol de les línias relacionades a les presents bases, no essent aquestes excloents entre si.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;10. Qualsevol sol·licitud que se presenti en representació de la persona beneficiària, ha d´anar acompanyada de l'acreditació de la representació. Els mitjans d'acreditació són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Escriptura de nombrament de persona administradora, o de poder i (re)elecció de càrrecs, o de constitució de societat, i similars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Certificat de la Direcció General d´Agricultura i Ramaderia sobre el Registre de societats agràries de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. En el cas d´associacions sense ànim de lucre, acreditació signada pel/per la secretari/secretària amb la informació de la persona representant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Apoderament &lt;em&gt;apud acta &lt;/em&gt;efectuat per comparecència personal o electrònica en la corresponent seu electrònica, o a través de l´acreditació de la seva inscripció en el registre electrònic d´apoderaments de l´Administració Pública competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;11. En el cas de que s´advertís que la sol·licitud, o la documentació exigides, no reuneixen els requisits que estableix aquest article, es requerirà a les personas interessades perquè en el termini de deu (10) dias hàbils esmenin la falta o acompanyin els documents preceptius, amb indicació que, si no ho fa, es considerarà que desisteix de la petició, prèvia resolució que s´ha de dictar en els termes que preveu l´article 21 de LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setena. Comprovació de dades.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Amb conformitat a l´establert en l´article 28 de la LPACAP, les personas interessades tenen el dret de no aportar documents que ja estiguin en poder de l´ajuntament o haguin sigut elaborats per qualsevol altra administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. En cas que la persona sol·licitant vulgui incloure l´acreditació del REGA, només s'acceptarà com a vàlida la fulla de registre oficial de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. L´Ajuntament de Calvià podrà consultar o demanar, llevat que la persona interessada s´hi oposi, les dades necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vuitena. Publicació. Publicitat i transparència&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Les bases reguladores es publicaran en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (d´ara endavant BOIB), a la pàgina web municipal de Món Rural i al tauler d´anuncis de l´Ajuntament. Les publicacions posteriors es faran al tauler municipal i a la pàgina web de Món Rural de l´Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. La convocatòria s´ha de registrar, en primer lloc, a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (en endavant BDNS) acompanyada del text de la convocatòria i del seu extracte. Un cop registrada, l´extracte es publicarà, amb el codi d´identificació que s´hagi assignat la BDNS a la convocatòria, en el BOIB. El text íntegre es publicarà a la pàgina web municipal i al tauler d´anuncis de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. A l'efecte de donar compliment a les obligacions de publicitat i transparència establertes en la LGS i en la Llei 19/2013, s'haurà de remetre a la BDNS, en la seva qualitat de Sistema Nacional de Publicidad de subvencions i ajudes públiques, informació sobre les concessions, els pagaments realizats, les resolucions de procediment de reintegrament i les resolucions fermes del procediment sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena. L'òrgan competent per l'ordenació, instrucció i resolució del procediment de concessió de la subvenció. Termini de notificació de la resolució.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. L'òrgan competent per l´ordenació del procediment de concessió serà la Tinença de Batlia de Món Rural i per a la instrucció del procediment serà la Direcció General de Món Rural de l´Ajuntament de Calvià. La propuesta de concessió, mitjançant l'òrgan instructor se formularà a l´òrgan concedent per un òrgan col·legiat (Comissió de Valoració) compost per les següents persones membres, que contaran amb veu i vot:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Presidència: El tinent de batle delegat de Món Rural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Secretaria. El secretari de l´ajuntament o persona en qui delegui&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Dos vocalies: Cap de servei de Medi Ambient i Transició Ecològica i Tècnica de Món Rural o persona en qui deleguin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquest òrgan podrà recabar quants informes se considerin necessaris d´altres organismes, així com requerir, mitjançant l'òrgan instructor, a la persona sol·licitant a que presenti documentació o aclariments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. L'òrgan competent per l'atorgament de les subvencions serà la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. El procedimient de concessió es resoldrà en el termini de quinze (15) dies des de la data d'elevació de la proposta de resolució. Mitjançant resolució s'acordarà tant l´atorgament de les subvencions como la desestimació i la no concessió, per desistiment, renúncia o impossibilitat material per causes sobrevingudes&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;Es motivarà de conformitat a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. A efectes de notificació, les resolucions de concessions de subvencions es publicaran al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a la seu electrònica municipal (www.calvia.com).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La resolució posa fi a la via administrativa i es pot recórrer mitjançant la interposició de recurs potestatiu de reposició davant del mateix òrgan que va dictar la resolució, d'acord amb el que disposa l'art. 123 de la Llei 39/2025, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El termini per interposar-lo és d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a la seu electrònica municipal (www.calvia.com), i no es pot, en aquest cas, interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que s'hagi resolt expressament el de reposició o se n'hagi produït la desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El recurs de reposició s'ha de presentar al Registre General d'aquest Ajuntament o en les dependències i mitjans a què es refereix l'art. 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015 abans esmentada, i s'entendrà desestimat quan no es resolgui i es notifiqui en el termini d'un mes, a comptar de l'endemà de la seva interposició, quedant en aquest cas expedita la via contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De no utilitzar el recurs potestatiu de reposició, es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós-administratiu, conforme al que estableix l'article 123 anteriorment citat, i els articles 45 i següents de la Llei 29/98, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa administrativa, davant els Tribunals d'Instància, Secció del Contenciós- Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a la seu electrònica municipal (www.calvia.com).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que s'estimi pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Desena. Finançament.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Durant l'exercici pressupostari 2026, es destina la quantitat de 70.000 euros a les subvencions objete de la present convocatòria, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària de exercici 2026 “subvencions pagesos” (303 41400 4800000), distribuïts de la següent manera: 15.000 € per a la línia 1, 5.000 € per a la línia 2, 20.000 € per a la línia 3, 14.500 € per a la línia 4, 14.500 € per a la línia 5 i 1.000 € per a la línia 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. La concessió de les ajudes estarà condicionada a la disponibilitat pressupostària i en tot cas, fins a esgotar-se el crèdit destinat a la convocatòria. En cas de que no s'esgoti la quantia de qualsevol de les línias, la quantia sobrant d´aquestes se podrà assignar a les altres en cas de que aquestes s'esgotin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. L'import de la despesa autoritzada podrà ser incrementat, amb caràcter previ a la resolució de les sol·licituds presentades, per l'òrgan que tingui atribuïda la competència per raó de la quantia de la modificació, sense que això doni lloc a una nova convocatòria. L'efectivitat de la quantia addicional queda condicionada a la declaració de disponibilitat de crèdit en un moment anterior a la resolució de la concessió de les subvencions. Tot això es durà a efecte de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 58 de Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Onzena. Criteris de graduació dels possibles incompliments de condicions imposades amb motiu de la concessió de les subvencions. Reintegrament.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Serà procedent el reintegrament de la subvenció en els casos que preveu la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions y en la seva normativa de desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Procedirà el reintegrament de les quantitats percebudes i l´exigència de l´interès de demora corresponent des de moment del pagament de la subvenció fins a la data en què s´acordi la procedència del reintegrament, o la data en què la persona deutora ingressi el reintegrament si és anterior a aquesta, en els següents casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Obtenció de la subvenció falsejant les condicions requerides o ocultant aquelles que ho haguessin impedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Incompliment total o parcial de l´objectiu, de l´activitat, del proyecte o la no adopció del comportament que fonamenten la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Incompliment de l´obligació d´adoptar les mesures de difusió contingudes en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Resistència, excusa, obstrucció o negativa a les actuacions de comprovació i control financer previstes en aquestes bases així com l´incompliment de les obligacions comptables, registrals o de conservació de documents quan d'això es derivi la impossibilitat de verificar l´ocupació donada als fons percebuts, el compliment de l´objectiu, la realitat i regularitat de les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. Incompliment de les obligacions imposades per l´ajuntament a les personas beneficiàries, així com dels compromisos per aquests assumits, amb motiu de la concessió de la subvenció, sempre que afectin o es refereixin a la manera en què s'han d'aconseguir els objectius, realitzar l´activitat, executar el projecte o adoptar el comportament que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f. Incompliment de les obligacions imposades per l´ajuntament a les personas beneficiàries, així com dels compromisos per aquests assumits, amb motiu de la concessió de la subvenció, diferents dels anteriors, quan d´això es derivi la impossibilitat de verificar la ocupació donada als fons percebuts, el compliment de l´objectiu, la realitat i regularitat de les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dotzena. Comprovació de les subvencions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Entre els deures de totes les persones beneficiàrias d´una subvenció s´inclou la de justificar davant l´òrgan concedent el compliment de les condicions, la realització de l´activitat i el compliment de la finalitat que determina la concessió o gaudi de la subvenció, d'acord amb el que preveu l´article 14.1.b) de la LGS. Per a això, les persones beneficiàrias s´han de sotmetre a les actuacions de comprovació que efectuï l´òrgan concedent de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. La justificació de l´acompliment de les condicions i dels objectius previstos, constitueixen un acte con forma documental i de caràcter obligatori, que correspon a la persona beneficiària de la subvenció y que dóna inici a les actuacions de comprovació de l'òrgan concedent amb vista a la seva verificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La persona beneficiària de la subvenció ha de complir doncs, no només les condicions de fons que determinin el dret a la subvenció, sinó també les condicions formals referides a la forma i el temps d'acreditació de aquelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Una vegada que la persona beneficiària ha presentat la justificació de la subvenció, amb l´estructura i abast que estableixen aquestes bases, aquella ha de ser comprovada per l´òrgan concedent, d´acord amb el que estableix l´article 32 de la LGS, segons el qual "l'òrgan concedent comprovarà l´adequada justificació de la subvenció, així com la realització de l'activitat i el compliment de la finalitat que determinin la concessió o gaudi de la subvenció".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Correspon a la tècnica de Món Rural, com a part de l´òrgan concedent de la subvenció, examinar la realització de les persones beneficiàries de les activitats subvencionades, així como el compliment de la finalitat que determina la concessió i gaudi. La tècnica de Món Rural, com a part de l'òrgan concedent de la subvenció, haurà d'establir un pla d´actuació per a comprovar la realització per les persones beneficiàries de les activitats subvencionades per tal de procedir a la comprovació que estableix la Llei general de Subvencions. Aquest pla hauria de supervisar la totalitat de les subvencions concedides o bé es pot establir una mostra de les concedides, cas de ser així s'haurà d´especificar la forma de selecció de la mostra, així com els principals aspectes a comprovar en el moment de la seva realització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Efectuades les actuacions oportunes per a la comprovació de la realització de les activitats que constitueixen l'objecte de la subvenció i el compliment de la finalitat prevista, la tècnica de Món Rural ha de finalitzar el procediment amb un informe tècnic responsable de la comprovació en el que faci constar l´adequació de la subvenció als objectius proposats, recollint de forma desglossada el complimient de les obligacions, requisits i resultats fixats per a cada persona beneficiària i subvenció. En cas contrari, haurà d'iniciar el procediment de sol·licitud de reintegrament parcial o total de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tretzena. Compatibilitat o incompatibilitat amb altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualssevol administracions o ens públics o privats, nacionals, de la Unió Europea o d'organismes internacionals.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les subvencions concedides seran compatibles amb altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualssevol administracions o ens públics o privats, nacionals, de la Unió Europea o d´organismes internacionals. La suma de les subvencions compatibles rebudes no podran sumar en cap cas més del 100 % de la base imposable de les despeses subvencionables o justificades per les diferents administracions o entitats que han donat les ajudes o subvencions per un mateix concepte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Catorzena. Obligacions de les persones beneficiàries.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Són obligacions de las personas beneficiàrias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Col·laborar en las actuacions de seguiment de l´Ajuntament, i aportar tota la informació que li sigui requerida, així com qualsevol altres de comprovació i control que fossin necessàries amb la finalitat de verificar el compliment específic de les obligacions associades a l´ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Sotmetre´s a les actuacions de comprovació i inspecció que l´Ajuntament consideri pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Conservar els documents justificatius de l´aplicació dels fons rebuts, tenint en compte que puguin ser objecte de les actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Exercir l´activitat agrària i mantenir les inversions realitzades durant almenys dos anys, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució de concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. Les persones beneficiàries hauran de donar publicitat de les subvencions i ajuts percebuts en els termes i condicions establerts en la Llei 19/2013, de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f. Les personas beneficiàries hauran de donar l´adequada publicitat de caràcter públic del finançament de programes, activitats, inversions o actuacions de qualsevol tipus que siguin objecte de subvenció, en els termes reglamentàriament establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;g. Les persones beneficiàries tenen l´obligació de comunicar a l´Ajuntament l´obtenció per la mateixa activitat d´altres subvencions o ajudes financeres concedides per altres Administracions Públiques amb posterioritat a la resolució final municipal, en un plaç màxim de 30 dies naturals des de la recepció de la notificació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinzena. Recursos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Contra aquestes bases, que posen fi a la via administrativa, podrà interposar, amb caràcter potestatiu, recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l´ha dictada, d´acord amb el que disposa l´art. 123 de la Llei 39/2025, d´1 d´octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El termini per interposar-lo és d´un mes a comptar des de l´endemà de la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a la seu electrònica municipal (www.calvia.com), i no es pot, en aquest cas, interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que s´hagi resolt expressament el de reposició o se n´hagi produït la desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El recurs de reposició s´ha de presentar al Registre General d´aquest Ajuntament o en les dependències i mitjans a què es refereix l'art. 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015 abans esmentada, i s´entendrà desestimat quan no es resolgui i es notifiqui en el termini d´un mes, a comptar de l´endemà de la seva interposició, quedant en aquest cas expedita la via contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De no utilitzar el recurs potestatiu de reposició, es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, confome al que estableix l'article 123 anteriorment citat, i els articles 45 i següents de la Llei 29/98, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa administrativa, davant els Tribunals d´Instància, Secció del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l´endemà de la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a la seu electrònica municipal (www.calvia.com).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que s´estimi pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
