&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en sessió celebrada el dia dia 26 de febrer de 2026 va aprovar la convocatòria per concedir subvencions per a Associacions i altres entitats sense ànim de lucre que desenvolupen programes de control i esterilització de colònies felines situades al terme municipal de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aquest Acord i les bases reguladores de la convocatòria de subvencions es va publicar al Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears núm 32 de 14 de març de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Transcorregut el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, el 16 d'abril de 2026 es reuneix la Comissió de Valoració per deliberar i proposar la resolució d'aquesta convocatòria d'acord amb les bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en sessió celebrada el dia 29 d'abril de 2026, va aprovar la proposta de la Comissió de valoració per a la concessió de subvencions de la convocatòria esmentada, i es procedeix a la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears l'Acord adoptat, per a la difusió i el coneixement públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Primera. CONCEDIR les següents ajudes pel desenvolupament de programes de control i esterilització de colònies felines al municipi de Calvià 2026:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Sos Animal, 24.625,39 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Segona. Requerir al beneficiari perquè executi i justifiqui la subvenció rebuda una vegada executat les actuacions subvencionades d'acord amb la base dotzena de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra el present acord, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des del dia de la publicació del present edicte en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb el que &lt;/span&gt;estableix&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; els articles 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
