&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Convocar el procediment selectiu per a la creació d'una borsa de treball OFICIAL 1ª BRIGADA MUNICIPAL, personal laboral de caràcter temporal, mitjançant procés selectiu amb valoració de mèrits, de l'Ajuntament de Campanet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar les bases que han de regir el procediment selectiu, que consten incorporades a l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la convocatòria i les bases en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la web municipal de l'Ajuntament de Campanet. Les quals s'exposen a continuació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases de la convocatòria que han de regir el procés selectiu per a la creació d'una borsa de treball d'oficial 1a brigada, personal laboral, de caràcter temporal, mitjançant procés selectiu amb valoració de mèrits, de l'Ajuntament de Campanet&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'art. 23.2 de la Constitució disposa que tots els ciutadans tenen dret d'accedir en condicions d'igualtat a les funcions i als càrrecs públics, amb els requisits que les lleis assenyalin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA.-OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA. &lt;/strong&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la creació d'una borsa de treball de d'oficial 1a Brigada de l'Ajuntament de Campanet, mitjançant CONCURS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les funcions del lloc de feina són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Manteniment preventiu i correctiu de les instal·lacions dels edificis municipals: electricitat, fontaneria, climatització/ventilació, fusteria/serralleria, paleta i pintura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Diagnosi d'avaries, execució de reparacions i reposicions menors en els edificis municipals; registre de parts i control bàsic d'estoc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Revisions funcionals d'il·luminació d'emergència, suport a inspeccions reglamentàries (PCI, elèctriques, tèrmiques, ascensors) i coordinació amb empreses externes quan pertoqui, corresponent als edificis municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Suport logístic d'espais i actes (muntatges/desmuntatges), i instrucció/guia del personal menys qualificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Instal·lacions d'aigua potable: gestió de mostrejos i coordinació amb laboratoris/empreses homologades; suport a inspeccions sanitàries i aplicació de mesures correctores indicades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Registre i traçabilitat: anotació de lectures, actuacions i incidències en els fulls de control; comunicació d'anomalies al responsable tècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Qualsevol altra tasca que li sigui comanada pels seus superiors relacionades amb les anteriors, així com amb el manteniment d'instal·lacions i infraestructures públiques: enllumenat, distribució d'aigua, vies públiques i clavegueram.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGONA.-NORMATIVA APLICABLE.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;És aplicable en aquesta convocatòria el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de Funció Pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, del 30 d'octubre, la Llei 7/1985, del 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, la Llei 20/2006, del 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, la Llei 39/2015, de l'1 d'octubre del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, i la Llei 40/2015, de l'1 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria servirà per a crear una borsa de treball de personal d'oficial 1a Brigada a l'efecte de qualsevol supòsit de contractació com a personal laboral temporal interí, d'acord amb l'article 11 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, en relació amb l'article 15 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, així com l'article 15 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de les Illes Balears,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA.-REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per ser admeses en aquest procés selectiu, les persones interessades han de complir, a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i durant tot el procés selectiu, els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, sense perjudici de l'establert a l'art. 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic del Treballador Públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre. Les persones aspirants de nacionalitat no espanyola hauran d'acreditar, mitjançant declaració responsable o un altre mitjà admès en dret, tenir un coneixement adequat de l'idioma espanyol, i se'ls podrà exigir, si escau, la superació de proves amb aquesta finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Tenir 16 anys complerts el dia que venci el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds i no excedir de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Estar en possessió del títol de Certificat Escolar, Graduat Escolar o Graduat en ESO, o bé estar en condicions d´obtenir-lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger serà necessari aportar la corresponent documentació que acrediti la seva homologació oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. Posseir la capacitat funcional, física i psíquica, pel desenvolupament de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f. No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de les administracions públiques ni trobar-se inhabilitat per a l'exercici de funcions públiques, de conformitat amb l'establert a l'article 56. 1 d) de la Llei 7/2007.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;g. Abans de ser contractada, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no està sotmesa a cap dels motius d'incompatibilitat establerts a la llei 53/1984 de 26 de desembre, que regula el personal al servei de les administracions públiques o comprometre's en el seu cas, a exercir l'oportuna opció en el període de temps que preveu l'article 10 de la disposició legal anterior, i no percebre pensió de jubilació de retir o d'orfenesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;h. Acreditar el coneixement de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell de certificat B1, mitjançant aportació del certificat o document entregat per l'EBAP o la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o qualsevol dels certificats o documents considerats equivalents per l'Administració d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;i. Permís de conduir classe B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;j. Acreditació d'haver abonat la taxa per procés selectiu. La taxa per participació en aquesta convocatòria, o drets d'examen, és de 15,29.-€, que s'hauran de fer efectius mitjançant ingrés al compte IBAN ES34 2100 0160 3002 0000 0421 i s'indicarà al concepte: nom, llinatges i “Oficial 1a Brigada”. (BOIB núm. 55 de 30/04/2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La manca de justificació del pagament de la taxa indicada determina l'exclusió de la persona aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquests requisits s'han de reunir a la data en què venci el termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Abans de la signatura del contracte, la persona interessada ha de fer constar que no du a terme cap altra activitat en cap lloc del sector públic i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. En cas de dur a terme alguna activitat privada, ha de declarar-la en el termini de deu dies següents a la signatura del contracte, perquè la Corporació pugui adoptar l'acord de declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUARTA.- FORMA I TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La present convocatòria es publicarà en el BOIB i la seva publicació serà la que regirà els terminis per a la presentació de la documentació. Les altres publicacions es faran mitjançant el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de la corporació (www.ajcampanet.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les sol·licituds per participar en el procés selectiu s'han de formalitzar segons el model que figura a l'&lt;strong&gt;annex I&lt;/strong&gt; d'aquestes bases, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;degudament emplenat i signat, adreçat al Batle, i s'han de presentar en el Registre General electrònic &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;(https://campanet.sedelectronica.es/info.0) o físic d'aquesta corporació, o per qualsevol dels mitjans admesos a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/15, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El termini per presentar sol·licituds serà de &lt;strong&gt;10 dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, comptats a partir de l'endemà al de la publicació d'aquestes bases en el BOIB. Quan l'últim dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'ha d'entendre prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els successius anuncis es publicaran únicament al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de la corporació (www.ajcampanet.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per ser admeses i prendre part en aquesta borsa bastarà que les persones interessades manifestin a la instància que reuneixen totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides a la base segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Amb la sol·licitud, cal aportar la documentació que s'indica a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Coneixements de la llengua catalana: còpia del certificat acreditatiu de posseir del nivell B1 de català (o del nivell superior a l'exigit).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. Titulació acadèmica exigida o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f. Documentació acreditativa dels mèrits que s'al·leguin. Els mèrits insuficientment acreditats no seran valorats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;g. Permís de conduir exigit a la base TERCERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el supòsit en que es presenti més d'un document, aquests s'han de presentar agrupats en un únic PDF o comprimits en un arxiu tipus RAR o ZIP. Mèrits que s'al·leguin per la seva valoració en la fase concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No s'admetrà cap documentació referida a mèrits un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies. En cap cas es requerirà documentació o esmena d'errors relativa als mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La falsedat en les dades que es facin constar a la sol·licitud o a la documentació annexa determina l'exclusió immediata de la persona sol·licitant, sense perjudici de les mesures legals que corresponguin. Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, les persones aspirants donen el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part a la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent i, especialment, la Llei Orgànica de Protecció de Dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUENA.-ADMISSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Complit el termini de presentació d'instàncies, el Batle dictarà resolució provisional d'admeses i excloses que es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de la corporació (www.ajcampanet.net) i es concedirà un termini de 3 dies hàbils, per poder esmenar el defecte que hagi motivat l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les reclamacions seran acceptades o rebutjades per resolució de la Batlia amb l'aprovació de la llista definitiva, i es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si no hi ha reclamacions, la llista provisional es considerarà elevada a definitiva l'endemà al de la finalització del termini per reclamar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISENA.- TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'òrgan encarregat de la selecció és el Tribunal Qualificador, el qual es determinarà per resolució del Batle de l'Ajuntament de Campanet, publicant-se al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica la seva composició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'òrgan de selecció serà col·legiat i la seva composició s'ajustarà als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres, i es procurarà, així mateix, la paritat entre dona i home. El personal d'elecció o de lliure designació política, els funcionaris interins i el personal eventual, no poden formar part dels òrgans de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, no podent ostentar aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador estarà constituït per tres membres. Es constituirà atenent els principis d'imparcialitat, professionalitat i especialitat, en funció de la disponibilitat de recursos. Tindrà la consideració d'òrgan col·legiat i, com a tal, estarà subjecte a les normes contingudes a la normativa de Règim Jurídic del sector públic. El tribunal podrà nomenar persones col·laboradores, especialistes i ajudants, que estaran sempre sota la seva direcció i control directes, per a aquelles proves que ho requereixen, limitant-se a l'exercici de les seves especialitats tècniques en base a les quals col·laboraran amb el tribunal amb veu, però sense vot. El personal assessor i especialista estarà sotmès a les mateixes causes d'abstenció i recusació que els membres del tribunal. El tribunal estarà compost per la Presidència, la Secretaria i una vocalia, actuant totes ells amb veu i vot. El tribunal no podrà constituir-se sense l'assistència, com a mínim de la meitat dels seus membres titulars o suplents indistintament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els membres del tribunal poden ser nomenats entre els membres de la Corporació convocant o entre el personal al servei de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els membres del Tribunal hauran d'abstenir-se d'intervenir, i ho notificaran a l'autoritat convocant, quan hi concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les decisions adoptades pel tribunal es poden recórrer en les condicions que estableix l'article 121 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Són funcions del Tribunal Qualificador:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Valorar els mèrits al·legats i acreditats per les persones aspirants, en la forma establerta en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Requerir, si escau, a les persones aspirants que hagin acreditat en temps mèrits, amb defectes formals, a l'efecte de la seva esmena, o quan es necessiti un aclariment d'algun dels mèrits acreditats dins el termini, i en la forma escaient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Confeccionar una llista, per ordre de prelació, de les persones que formin part de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. Resoldre les reclamacions presentades, en el termini establert i en la forma escaient, per les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. Elevar al Batle la composició definitiva de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f. Expedir, a petició dels aspirants, els justificants d'assistència corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Els mèrits acreditats per les persones candidates s'han de valorar d'acord amb els criteris de valoració establerts a la Base Setena.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La puntuació màxima que poden assolir els mèrits al·legats és de 30 punts, d'acord amb el que s'estableix a la mateixa Base Setena.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETENA.- PROCEDIMENT SELECTIU. CONCURS DE MÈRITS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador ha de valorar els mèrits degudament al·legats i acreditats per les persones aspirants en el moment de presentació de les instàncies a l'annex II. La valoració es&amp;nbsp;realitzarà segons el següent barem de mèrits, que s'estructura en dos blocs: experiència professional i formació. El primer bloc té una puntuació màxima global de 18 punts, amb puntuacions màximes parcials per cada apartat, tal i com s'especifica en la taula següent. El segon bloc té una puntuació màxima de 12 punts. La puntuació &lt;strong&gt;màxima total és de 30 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Les titulacions d'FP estaran relacionades amb les funcions a realitzar. S'admetran les corresponents a cicles formatius de els famílies d'instal·lació i manteniment, energia, aigua, electricitat i electrònica, només puntuant-se el títol de formació superior&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Es valoraran els Certificats Professionals, qualificacions professionals o equivalents de les següents famílies professionals:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No es valorarà la formació que s'hagi fet servir com a requisit d'accés a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Atesa l'especialitat de la plaça convocada solament es valoren com a mèrits les titulacions relacionades directament amb ella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La forma d'acreditar la titulació acadèmica és mitjançant la presentació d'una còpia del títol o del justificant d'haver satisfet els drets per a la seva expedició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No s'han de valorar les titulacions necessàries per accedir a la matriculació d'estudis d'un nivell superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Mitjançant certificat expedit per l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes o equivalent segons en el Marc Europeu Comú de Referència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cursos, seminaris, etc. Certificat o diploma oficial acreditatiu expedit per les Institucions públiques, sindicats o d'altres certificats homologats. Només es tindran en compte els cursos amb certificat d'APROFITAMENT, i no els d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Formació reglada. Es valoren les titulacions acadèmiques de caràcter oficial relacionades amb les funcions i diferents del requisit per a l'accés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Bloc II. Experiència professional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Serveis prestats a l'Administració: mitjançant un certificat lliurat per l'administració pública que correspongui. Es comptabilitzaran per mesos sencers i no es tindran en compte aquells períodes inferiors a un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Treballs realitzats en empreses públiques o privades: certificat de vida laboral, amb acreditació de la categoria i les funcions realitzades. En el cas que el certificat de vida laboral no acrediti la categoria i les funcions realitzades s'han de presentar fotocòpies dels contractes que acreditin aquests extrems. Es comptabilitzarà cada relació laboral (cada contracte) per mesos sencers i no es tindran en compte aquells períodes inferiors a un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els mèrits s'acreditaran amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. El fet de no acreditar qualsevol dels mèrits indicats en el termini assenyalat suposarà que aquests mèrits no es valorin a la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITENA.- LLISTAT PUNTUACIONS MÈRITS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el tribunal farà pública, en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'ajuntament, la llista de puntuacions obtingudes per les persones aspirants, que serà ordenada segons la puntuació total obtinguda, de major a menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas d'empat, en la puntuació final es tindrà en compte els següents mèrits i per aquest ordre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Experiència professional en funcions anàlogues a les del lloc que s'ha de proveir, a l'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Experiència professional en funcions anàlogues a les del lloc que s'ha de proveir, a l'empresa privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Per sorteig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de &lt;strong&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista, per fer al·legacions. El tribunal resoldrà les al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA.- CONTRACTACIÓ.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Un cop transcorregut el termini anterior, si no es presenten al·legacions, o bé un cop que hagin estat examinades les presentades, el Tribunal qualificador donarà per finalitzada la selecció, i elevarà a la Batlia la seva proposta definitiva de relació d'aprovats de la borsa de treball, per tal que dicti la corresponent resolució de constitució de la borsa de treball. Aquesta resolució es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament. Les persones aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridades per l'Ajuntament, per ordre de puntuació, quan es produeixi la necessitat de la contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESENA. – FUNCIONAMENT DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El procediment que es seguirà serà el de crides col·lectives. A aquest efecte, el Departament de Recursos Humans, enviarà un correu electrònic a tots els integrants de la llista, a l'adreça de correu electrònic que s'hagi assenyalat a la sol·licitud de participació en aquest procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el termini màxim de 24 hores a comptar des de la comunicació, la persona integrant de la borsa que estigui interessada ha de manifestar el seu interès responent al correu electrònic rebut. Si en aquest termini no manifesta la conformitat o no respon via correu electrònic, s'entendrà que renuncia a l'oferta del lloc de treball. En tot cas, tant si accepta com a si renuncia, mantindrà la seva posició a la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De les persones que hagin manifestat el seu interès i acceptació a l'oferta, de la forma indicada (resposta via correu electrònic), serà contractada aquella que estigui en la millor posició com conseqüència de l'ordre de prelació i puntuació obtinguda a aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De cada oferta de treball, quedarà constància a l'expedient, dels correus enviats per part de l'ajuntament, resposta obtinguda i prelació dels aspirants que hagin acceptat cadascuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquesta borsa de feina té una vigència màxima de &lt;strong&gt;tres (3) anys&lt;/strong&gt;, comptadors a partir de la data de la seva constitució, o fins que es declari la seva caducitat, per quedar exhaurida i no trobar aspirants que acceptin el lloc ofert en tres convocatòries diferents. Aquesta borsa anul·la de forma immediata qualsevol borsa anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ONZENA. – PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La persona proposada per la contractació, ha de presentar al Registre d'Entrada de l'Ajuntament (electrònic o presencial), en els &lt;strong&gt;cinc (5) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; següents a l'oferta de feina que es pugui realitzar, els documents acreditatius de reunir les condicions establertes. Per acreditar el punt e) de la base TERCERA, posseir la capacitat funcional, física i psíquica s'haurà de presentar una declaració jurada. La persona que en el termini fitxat, exceptuant els casos de força major, no presenti la documentació o si es comprova que no compleix algun dels requisits establerts a la base segona, no podrà ser contractat i seran anul·lades les seves actuacions, sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en què hagi recaigut per falsedat a la seva instància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si la persona suggerida no reuneix les condicions exigides a la base segona o no presenta la documentació acreditativa de reunir les condicions, es contractarà la persona que figuri amb més puntuació a la llista de la borsa de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si la documentació presentada és correcta, la Batlia podrà decretar la contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOTZENA.- INCIDÈNCIES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. En tot allò que no estigui previst a les presents bases, serà d'aplicació la resta de la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. El Tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procés selectiu en tot allò que no estigui previst a les bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Contra la convocatòria i aquestes bases, la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses, i d'acord amb la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i altres disposicions concordants, podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en un termini de 2 mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la seva publicació al BOIB, sense perjudici del recurs potestatiu de reposició, que es pot interposar en el termini d'un mes des de la data de publicació de l'acte o resolució davant la presidència de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si s'interposa recurs de reposició, el termini per a la seva resolució serà d'un mes, transcorregut, el qual es pot entendre desestimat per silenci administratiu i, en aquest supòsit, es pot plantejar el recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de 6 mesos des de la data de l'acte presumpte de desestimació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Així mateix, contra les resolucions definitives i actes de tràmit del Tribunal, si aquests darrers decideixen directament o indirectament el fons de l'assumpte, determinin la impossibilitat de continuar el procés selectiu, o produeixen indefensió o perjudici irreparable a drets i interessos legítims, les persones interessades podran interposar, en el termini d'un mes a comptar a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació, recurs d'alçada davant de la Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Igualment, les persones interessades poden interposar qualsevol altre recurs que considerin convenient per a la defensa dels seus interessos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra aquest acte administratiu, que esgota la via administrativa, es pot presentar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que ho ha dictat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-ho és d'un mes explicat des de l'endemà de rebre aquesta notificació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que s'hagi resolt el de reposició. El recurs de reposició potestatiu haurà de presentar-se en el Registre General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
