    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En la Junta de Govern Local de l'Ajuntament de Maó, en sessió ordinària de data 18 de maig de 2026, es van aprovar les bases específiques que han de regir la convocatòria del procediment selectiu per a la cobertura, pel torn lliure, d'una plaça de tècnic/a mitjà/a informàtica, Grup C, Subgrup C1, laboral fix, mitjançant concurs-oposició, inclosa en l' Oferta pública d' ocupació ordinària corresponent al 2023 de l'Ajuntament de Maó, d' acord amb les bases generals reguladores dels processos selectius de cobertura definitiva de places de la plantilla de l'Ajuntament, i és procedent publicar el text complet aprovat, la redacció de la qual és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES REGULADORES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA DEL PROCEDIMENT SELECTIU PER A LA COBERTURA, PEL TORN LLIURE, D'UNA PLAÇA DE TÈCNIC/A MITJÀ/NA D'INFORMÀTICA, GRUP C, SUBGRUP C1, ESCALA ADMINISTRACIÓ ESPECIAL, PERSONAL LABORAL FIX, DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE MAÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.1. - L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la provisió, mitjançant concurs-oposició, pel torn lliure, d'una plaça vacant de personal laboral fix, Grup C, Subgrup C1, de tècnic/a mitjà/na d'informàtica, escala administració especial, subescala auxiliar, de l'Ajuntament de Maó, inclosa a l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació de l'any 2023, publicada al BOIB número 73, de data 03-06-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;S'entén per places vacants tant les no cobertes temporalment com les places cobertes temporalment per personal laboral temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.2. - Plaça que es convoca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.3. - Programa. El temari que regeix la present convocatòria és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Temari general: És composa de 8 temes i és el que s'estableix en l'annex I, apartat “Temari part general Administració Especial. Grup C1”, de les Bases Generals reguladores dels processos selectius de cobertura definitiva de places de la plantilla de l'Ajuntament de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Temari específic: És composa de 32 temes i és el que s'estableix en l'annex I d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Normativa d'aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per les Bases generals que regulen els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari i personal laboral previstes en les ofertes públiques d'ocupació de l'Ajuntament de Maó, definitivament aprovades en data 23 de setembre de 2025 (BOIB núm. 147 de 06/11/2025) i per allò complementat en el present document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Transparència i protecció de dades personals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Al llarg del procés selectiu, es publicarà al portal de l'opositor de l'Ajuntament de Maó http://oposicions.ajmao.org tota la informació relacionada amb els diferents aspectes del desenvolupament d'aquest procés. A través d'aquest portal, es pot accedir al formulari d'inscripció i a les instruccions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones que, per motiu de violència de gènere, necessitin protegir la seva identitat pública han de sol·licitar aquesta protecció en la sol·licitud de participació en el procediment selectiu i han d'emplenar la declaració responsable de que es troben en aquesta circumstància, i que l'hauran d'acreditar quan siguin requerides, mitjançant algun dels documents relacionats en la Base 9a “Persones víctimes de violència de gènere” de les Bases Generals reguladores dels processos selectius de cobertura definitiva de places de la plantilla de l'Ajuntament de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones interessades en prendre part en la present convocatòria i que reuneixin els requisits exigits per participar-hi, hauran de presentar la sol·licitud telemàticament, a través portal de l'opositor http://oposicions.ajmao.org , en el termini de vint (20) dies naturals, a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La sol·licitud de participació s'efectuarà seguint l'indicat en l'apartat 3r de la Base 4a “Requisits generals de participació” i en la Base 8a “Presentació d'instàncies” de les Bases Generals reguladores dels processos selectius de cobertura definitiva de places de la plantilla de l'Ajuntament de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Requisits específics de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A més dels requisits generals de participació establerts en la Base 4a de les Bases Generals reguladores dels processos selectius de cobertura definitiva de places de la plantilla de l'Ajuntament de Maó, es concreten els requisits específics de titulació i nivell de llengua catalana que s'exigeixen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Titulació: S'haurà de disposar de la titulació oficial de formació professional grau mig en informàtica o en la rama (família) d'Informàtica o titulació equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivell de català: B2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Proves de la fase d'oposició&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La fase d'oposició consta de dues proves de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori, un tipus test (part general) i un supòsit pràctic (part específica). El resultat final de la fase d'oposició és la suma d'ambdues proves. La puntuació màxima de la fase d'oposició serà de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.1. - Prova teòrica (part general):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'exercici consistirà en contestar un qüestionari de 20 preguntes tipus test, més 10 preguntes addicionals de reserva que seran valorades en cas d'anul·lació d'alguna de les preguntes, durant un temps màxim de 30 minuts. Per a cada pregunta plantejada es proposaran quatre possibles respostes alternatives, sent només una d'elles la correcta. Els aspirants marcaran les contestacions als corresponents fulls d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les preguntes de l'exercici seran sobre les àrees de coneixement de l'Annex I, apartat “Temari part general Administració Especial. Grup C1”, de les Bases Generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La valoració d'aquesta prova serà entre 0 i 10 punts, quedant eliminada la persona aspirant que obtingui una puntuació inferior a 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El criteri de correcció serà el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cada pregunta només pot tenir una resposta correcta que serà valorada en 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les preguntes no contestades o en les què s'hagi marcat més d'una resposta no seran tingudes en compte, i per tant no resten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les respostes errònies es valoren de manera negativa. Per cada resposta errònia es descompta una quarta part (1/4) del valor d'una resposta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.2. - Prova teòric-pràctica (part específica):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'exercici consistirà en la resolució per escrit d'un supòsit pràctic proposat pel Tribunal relacionat amb les tasques i funcions de la plaça a cobrir i sobre qualsevol de les matèries que figuren al temari d'aquestes bases especifiques. El temps màxim per a la seva realització serà de 120 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El supòsit pràctic podrà plantejar una o diverses qüestions a desenvolupar, que podran ser o no independents entre si.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La valoració d'aquesta prova serà d'entre 0 i 20 punts, quedant eliminada la persona aspirant que obtingui una puntuació inferior a 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els candidats podran dur tot el material normatiu que considerin necessari per al desenvolupament de la prova teòric-pràctica únicament en format paper, sense anotacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Abans de l'inici de la prova, el Tribunal informarà dels criteris de valoració del supòsit pràctic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Calendari previst&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La primera prova d'oposició està prevista per al mes d'octubre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Des de la conclusió total de la primera prova fins al començament de la segona prova no podran transcórrer més de 45 dies naturals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Valoració dels mèrits de la fase de concurs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La valoració de mèrits es realitzarà conforme al següent barem (màxim 20 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8.1. - Experiència professional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuació màxima que es pot obtenir en aquest apartat és de 12 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a)&lt;/strong&gt; Per serveis prestats a l'Administració Pública en qualitat de personal funcionari de carrera, interí o personal laboral.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Els serveis prestats s'acreditaran mitjançant certificat, expedit per la secretaria o per l'òrgan competent en matèria de personal de l'Administració corresponent, en el qual ha de constar el grup, subgrup, el règim jurídic, l'especialitat de les funcions, la jornada desenvolupada i el període concret de prestació dels serveis, i al que s'acompanyarà d'un informe de vida laboral expedit per la Seguretat Social.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Als efectes de la valoració d'aquests mèrits es consideraran Administracions Públiques les definides a l'article 2.3 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Aquest apartat es valorarà a raó de:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;0,15 punts........................................................................ per mes complet de serveis prestats en llocs de treball com a assistent/a informàtic/a (C1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les fraccions inferiors al mes, es computaran prorratejant la puntuació indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No seran objecte de valoració els certificats que no incloguin la informació suficient per a poder valorar l'experiència d'acord amb els paràmetres mínims abans indicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No es valoraran els serveis prestats per l'Administració Pública en virtut d'un contracte administratiu subjecte a la Llei de contractes. Tampoc es valoraran els serveis prestat en qualitat de funcionari eventual o de confiança, de conformitat amb l'establert en l'article 20.4 de la Llei 3/2007 de 3 d'abril, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b)&lt;/strong&gt; Per serveis prestats en el sector privat relacionats amb la plaça, a un lloc igual o similar:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Es serveis prestats s'acreditaran mitjançant l'aportació de l'original del contracte laboral i informe de vida laboral emès per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social, en els quals hi haurà de constar de forma clara i expressa la categoria professional, la jornada desenvolupada i el període concret de prestació dels serveis.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Aquest apartat es valorarà a raó de:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;0,075 punts ................................................................................... per mes complet de serveis prestats en llocs de treball igual o similar al de la plaça que es convoca, tant en la variant d'empleat com també la d'autònom. Les fraccions inferiors al mes es computaran prorratejant la puntuació indicada.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Únicament serà valorat aquest apartat quan, de la documentació aportada pels aspirants, es desprengui que l'experiència laboral està directament relacionada amb les funcions de la plaça o lloc a cobrir.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La documentació acreditativa s'haurà de presentar segons indiquen les Bases Generals.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8.2. - Formació acadèmica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuació màxima que es pot obtenir en aquest apartat és de 3,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per titulació universitària oficial, sempre i quan estigui directament relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça objecte de la convocatòria. La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es valora el de nivell inferior o el primer cicle que sigui imprescindible per obtenir-lo. (No es valoraran els títols presentats com a requisit).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. Títol de grau o llicenciatura: 2,25&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. Diplomatura: 1,25&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. Títol oficial formació professional grau superior en informàtica o en matèria (família) informàtica: 0,75 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquests mèrits s'han d'acreditar mitjançant el títol o resguard d'haver abonat els drets per expedir-lo o bé amb el certificat corresponent en anvers i revers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La documentació acreditativa s'haurà de presentar segons indiquen les Bases Generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8.3. - Accions formatives:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuació màxima que es pot obtenir en aquest apartat és de 2,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a)&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Per cursos de formació i perfeccionament impartits o promoguts per les administracions públiques (estatal, autonòmica o local); els impartits en el marc dels acords de formació contínua entre l'Administració i els agents socials, així com els homologats per l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balears d'Administració Pública (EBAP), la Federació d'Entitats Locals de les Illes Balears (FELIB), i els impartits per la Universitat i per les escoles tècniques que estiguin relacionades amb el lloc de treball de la plaça convocada, els impartits per col·legis professionals, pels sindicats, o per centres d'ensenyaments oficials autoritzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es valoraran a raó de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;0,010 punts per cada 10 hores .......................................... quan els certificats dels cursos acreditin assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;0,020 punts per cada 10 hores .......................................... quan els certificats dels cursos acreditin aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquestes accions formatives es valoraran quan el contingut estigui directament relacionat amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b)&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Cursos d'informàtica i ofimàtica impartits per centres oficials, administracions públiques i centres de formació contínua de les administracions, així com els impartits en el marc dels acords de formació contínua entre l'Administració i els agents socials, directament relacionats amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball convocat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es valoraran a raó de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;0,005 punts per cada 10 hores ....................................... quan els certificats dels cursos acreditin&amp;nbsp;assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;0,010 punts per cada 10 hores ....................................... quan els certificats dels cursos acreditin aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per acreditar la realització dels cursos caldrà presentar un certificat de l'entitat que el va impartir amb indicació de si aquest és d'aprofitament o d'assistència i la durada d'aquest. En cas de no indicar el tipus, es considerarà d'assistència i en cas de no indicar-se les hores no es valorarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els cursos de menys de 10 hores o que no indiquin durada no es valoraran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La documentació acreditativa s'haurà de presentar segons indiquen les Bases Generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8.4. - Coneixements de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuació màxima que es pot obtenir en aquest apartat és de 2,00 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Certificat nivell C2: 1,25 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Certificat nivell C1: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu (LA): 0,75 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es justificarà mitjançant aportació del certificat o document lliurat per l'EBAP o la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o qualsevol dels certificats o documents considerats equivalents per l'Administració d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Contractació del personal de nou ingrés&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La contractació del personal seleccionat en aquesta oferta pública es farà en règim laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Concretament, pel que fa a la plaça vacant de Tècnic/a mitjà/na d'informàtica objecte d'aquest concurs-oposició és de tipus laboral, del grup C, subgrup C1, d'acord amb l'article 76 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el text refós de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La contractació del personal laboral fix, o en període de pràctiques suposarà, en el cas que la plaça vacant estigui ocupada de forma interina, l'extinció del contracte de treball de la persona que l'ocupa temporalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La finalització de la relació laboral del personal que ocupa les places de forma temporal, es produirà per ordre d'antiguitat del seu contracte en el lloc de treball objecte de l'OPO. S'exceptuen d'aquest ordre les places que estiguin cobertes temporalment per cobrir situacions especials dels seus titulars (comissió de serveis, serveis especials, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Ordre de prelació i adjudicació de places de les persones aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La relació d'aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició quedarà determinada per la puntuació obtinguda en el conjunt dels exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris de l'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'ordre de prelació final de les persones aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició vindrà determinat per la suma de tots els barems inclosos en aquestes Bases específiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'adjudicació dels llocs de treball es farà per ordre de prelació final atenent, a les preferències de les persones seleccionades i al número de places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Període de pràctiques&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La persona que hagi de ser contractada, haurà de superar un període de pràctiques. Durant aquest període tindrà la condició de personal laboral en període de prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquest període de pràctiques no s'aplicarà si el/la candidat/a seleccionat/da ja hagués cobert un lloc de treball de les mateixes o similars funcions a l'Ajuntament de Maó. Si el període anterior hagués estat inferior al període en pràctiques, aquest es realitzarà només per la diferència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El període en pràctiques tindrà la duració de 3 mesos, d'acord amb la base 24 “període de pràctiques” de les bases generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Qui no assumeixi els nivells suficients d'integració i eficiència al lloc de treball objecte de la convocatòria serà declarat no apte i perdrà, en conseqüència, tots els drets a la seva contractació com a personal laboral d'acord amb que estableix la base 24 “període de pràctiques” de les bases generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
