&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Mitjançant la Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitats de 6 de febrer de 2025, es va autoritzar la modificació de la configuració del l'IES Politècnic, de Palma, com a conseqüència de la supressió progressiva dels estudis d'educació secundària obligatòria i batxillerat (BOIB núm. 18, de 8 de febrer). Amb aquesta autorització el centre va quedar configurat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ensenyaments autoritzats:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Posteriorment, la Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitats de 2 de febrer de 2026, va actualitzar l'oferta formativa de formació professional per al curs 2025-2026 dels ensenyaments autoritzats, com a conseqüència de la implantació, el canvi de perfil o de règim dels cicles formatius de formació professional en centres públics d'educació secundària, en centres integrats de formació professional i en centres d'educació de persones adultes (BOIB núm. 17, de 5 de febrer). Amb aquesta modificació els ensenyaments de formació professional a l'IES Politècnic varen quedar configurats de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. A la mateixa Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitats de 2 de febrer de 2026, per la qual es va actualitzar l'oferta formativa de formació professional per al curs 2025-2026 dels ensenyaments autoritzats, com a conseqüència de la implantació, el canvi de perfil o de règim dels cicles formatius de formació professional en centres públics d'educació secundària, en centres integrats de formació professional i en centres d'educació de persones adultes (BOIB núm. 17, de 5 de febrer), es va actualitzar l'oferta formativa de l'IES Ses Estacions, de Palma. Amb aquesta modificació els ensenyaments de formació professional a l'IES Ses Estacions varen quedar configurats de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ensenyaments de formació professional autoritzats:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- CFGS Tècnic superior en Administració i finances (ADG32) (torn vespertí, modalitat dual i a distància)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. El Pla d'Infraestructures educatives previst entre 2024 i 2034 recull la reforma de l'IES Politècnic i la seva conversió en un centre integrat de formació professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. La reforma de l'IES Politècnic s'ha de dur a terme per fases i, per aquest motiu, és necessari traslladar els estudis de la família professional d'Informàtica i comunicacions a l'IES Ses Estacions, amb la finalitat de poder començar a impartir els cicles formatius en aquest centre i alliberar espais a l'IES Politècnic per iniciar-ne la transformació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. En l'informe dels caps del Departament de Planificació i Centres i del Departament de Formació Professional i Qualificacions Professionals emès el 21 de novembre de 2024, es preveia l'oferta formativa del nou CIFP Politècnic, una vegada finalitzada la reforma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. En data 21 d'abril de 2026, el cap del Departament de Formació Professional i Qualificacions Professionals va emetre un informe en relació amb les necessitats de professorat derivades del trasllat a l'IES Ses Estacions de la impartició dels estudis de la família professional d'Informàtica i comunicacions que actualment s'imparteixen a l'IES Politècnic. L'informe preveu el trasllat A l'IES Ses Estacions de la impartició del cicle formatiu de grau mitjà de Sistemes microinformàtics i xarxes (IFC21), amb quatre grups, i detalla les especialitats docents i la càrrega horària necessàries per impartir aquests ensenyaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. En data 30 d'abril de 2026, la gerent de l'Institut Balear d'Infraestructures i Serveis Educatius va emetre un escrit sobre l'estat d'execució de les obres d'ampliació de l'IES Ses Estacions, en el qual informa que la data de finalització prevista és el 10 de maig de 2026 i que, d'acord amb el ritme actual d'execució dels treballs, es preveu el compliment d'aquest termini, sempre que no es produeixin incidències que puguin alterar el calendari previst.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. Atès que la impartició del cicle formatiu de grau mitjà de Sistemes microinformàtics i xarxes (IFC21), de la família professional d'Informàtica i comunicacions, s'ha de traslladar de l'IES Politècnic a l'IES Ses Estacions, és necessari adoptar les mesures administratives corresponents perquè l'alumnat matriculat en aquests ensenyaments pugui continuar-los a l'IES Ses Estacions a partir del curs escolar 2026-2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. Per tot això, és necessari autoritzar, amb efectes de l'inici del curs escolar 2026-2027, la modificació de la configuració de l'IES Ses Estacions i de l'IES Politècnic, amb el trasllat del cicle formatiu de grau mitjà de Sistemes microinformàtics i xarxes, de la família professional d'Informàtica i comunicacions; adoptar les mesures necessàries perquè l'alumnat que actualment cursa els estudis afectats pugui continuar-los en aquest centre, i instar la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats perquè dugui a terme les actuacions necessàries per fer efectiu el trasllat del professorat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11. El 7 de maig de 2026, la cap del Servei de Planificació Educativa va emetre un informe favorable sobre l'autorització del trasllat del cicle formatiu de grau mitjà de Sistemes microinformàtics i xarxes, de la família professional d'Informàtica i comunicacions de l'IES Politècnic a l'IES Ses Estacions, es modifica la configuració d'ambdós centres, i es disposen les mesures relatives a la continuïtat de l'alumnat i al trasllat del professorat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;12. El 7 de maig de 2026, la directora general de Planificació i Gestió Educatives va emetre una proposta de resolució per la qual s'autoritza el trasllat del cicle formatiu de grau mitjà de Sistemes microinformàtics i xarxes, de la família professional d'Informàtica i comunicacions de l'IES Politècnic a l'IES Ses Estacions, es modifica la configuració d'ambdós centres, i es disposen les mesures relatives a la continuïtat de l'alumnat i al trasllat del professorat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Disposar que l'alumnat que actualment cursa a l'IES Politècnic els ensenyaments de Tècnic en Sistemes microinformàtics i xarxes (IFC21) continuï aquests estudis a l'IES Ses Estacions a partir del curs escolar 2026-2027, d'acord amb les actuacions administratives que pertoquin en matèria de matrícula, expedients acadèmics i gestió acadèmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Instar la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats perquè adopti les mesures necessàries per fer efectiu, d'acord amb el procediment que correspongui en matèria de personal docent, el trasllat del professorat de l'IES Politècnic a l'IES Ses Estacions afectat pel trasllat de la impartició del cicle formatiu de grau mitjà de Sistemes microinformàtics i xarxes (IFC21), de la família professional d'Informàtica i comunicacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Inscriure aquesta autorització en el Registre estatal de centres docents (RCD) del Ministeri d'Educació, Formació Professional i Esports i en el Registre autonòmic de la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Comunicar aquesta Resolució a les direccions dels centres afectats, a la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats; a la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa; al Departament de Gestió Econòmica de la Secretaria General de la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats i al Departament d'Inspecció Educativa (DIE) perquè en prenguin coneixement als efectes oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller d'Educació i Universitats en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;També s'hi pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
