En data 20 de febrer de 2026, el Coordinador General de Govern Municipal i Projectes de Ciutat, va emetre informe fonamentant les consideracions sobre l'evolució del règim retributiu del personal eventual de l'Ajuntament de Palma, durant els darrers quatre mandats municipals (el present inclòs) i en termes comparatius respecte els règims retributius del personal eventual dels municipis de gran població. L'informe conclou el següent:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white"><em><span style="background-color:white">“Atès la relació de fets, l'anàlisi i comparativa efectuada respecte el règim retributiu vigent del personal eventual en municipis de gran població equiparables al de Palma, i vista la fonamentació jurídica exposada, qui subscriu és del parer que es prengui en consideració als efectes de valorar, al seu cas, l'oportunitat d'iniciar i impulsar els tràmits escaients per procedir a una actualització de les retribucions del personal eventual d'aquesta corporació municipal del 17,30% per les categories amb una major retribució i del 22,53% per a les de menor retribució, quedant establertes, per tant, com segueix a continuació:</span></em></span></span></p> <table border="1" class="Table" style="background:white; Conforme a l'article 104 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local que disposa que el nombre, característiques i retribucions del personal eventual serà determinat pel Ple de la Corporació, al començant del seu mandat i que aquestes determinacions només podran modificar-se amb motiu dels pressuposts anuals. Així mateix, conforme amb l'article 127 h) del mateix text és competència de la Junta de Govern correspon h) aprovar les retribucions del personal i el número i règim del personal eventual.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="background-color:white">4. La disposició addicional vint-i-setena de la Llei 31/2022, de 23 de desembre, de Pressupostos Generals de l'Estat per a l'any 2023, referida al règim retributiu dels membres de les corporacions locals, la qual indica que, per els municipis amb una població entre 300.001 i 500.000 habitants, d'acord amb el previst a l'article 75 bis de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, el límit màxim total que poden percebre els membres de les Corporacions Locals per tots els conceptes retributius i assistències, exclosos els triennis a què, si escau, tinguin dret aquells funcionaris de carrera que es trobin en situació de serveis especials, és de 104.544,03 €.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="background-color:white">5. font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="background-color:white">Contra aquest acte administratiu, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot presentar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-lo és d'un mes comptat des de l'endemà de rebre aquesta notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que no s'hagi resolt el de reposició.
