&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Biel Ferragut Mir, Batle-President de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de sa Pobla, a la vista la proposta del Tribunal qualificador del procés selectiu, mitjançant concurs per a la constitució d&amp;apos;una borsa de feina de tècnics en atenció sociosanitària, personal laboral temporal, respecte a la relació definitiva de puntuacions obtingudes per les persones que hi han participat, conforme ordre de puntuació, atès el que es disposa a la base vuitena de les bases reguladores de procés selectiu, atès, supletòriament, el que es disposa a l&amp;apos;article 22 del Reglament General d&amp;apos;Ingrés del Personal al Servei de l&amp;apos;Administració General de l&amp;apos;Estat i de Provisió de llocs de treball i Promoció Professional dels Funcionaris Civils de l&amp;apos;Administració General de l&amp;apos;Estat aprovat per Reial decret 364/1995, de 10 de març i conforme les competències que m&amp;apos;atorga l&amp;apos;article 21.1.h) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, de Bases de Règim Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Procedir de conformitat amb la base desena a les crides corresponents entre les aspirants abans relacionades a la fi d&amp;apos;efectuar les contractacions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució que esgota la via administrativa es pot interposar alternativament recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a contar des del següent al de la recepció de la present notificació, davant la batllia d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o recurs contenciós- administratiu, davant el jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, a contar des del dia següent al de la recepció de la present notificació, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa. Si optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s&amp;apos;hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. Tot això sense perjudici que pugui interposar se, qualsevol altre recurs que pogués estimar més convenient al seu dret. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
