El 3 de juliol de 2025, es va publicar la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a actuacions de suport a la mobilitat elèctrica (Programa MOVES III 2025)<strong><em> </em></strong>mitjançant la Resolució del conseller d&apos;Empresa, Ocupació i Energia d&apos;1 de juliol de 2025.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. Les persones o entitats que figuren en l&apos;annex d&apos;aquesta Proposta varen presentar una sol·licitud de subvenció en el marc de la convocatòria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3. Els tècnics de la Direcció General d&apos;Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic, en aplicació del procediment de concessió que estableix l&apos;apartat novè de la Resolució esmentada, han informat desfavorablement sobre la concessió de les subvencions descrites en l&apos;annex, amb la motivació que també hi figura.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1.
