&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Sr. Óscar Portas Juan, president del Consell Insular de Formentera, Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Atès l'acord de la Junta de Govern de data 10 de setembre de 2025 es va aprovar la convocatòria i les bases que han de regir el procés selectiu per proveir, com a personal funcionari de carrera, 14 places vacants de la categoria d'auxiliar sociosanitari i dotades pressupostàriament, corresponent a l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de l'any 2024, pel sistema d'accés de torn lliure i procediment de selecció concurs-oposició. Places enquadrades a la plantilla de personal funcionari, escala Administració Especial, grup de classificació C2, del Consell Insular de Formentera, BOIB núm. 123, de 16 de setembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Vist que l'extracte de l'esmentada convocatòria ha estat publicat al butlletí oficial de l'Estat (BOE) núm. 230, de 24 de setembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Atesa la documentació presentada per les persones aspirants que s'ha tramitat segons la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Atès el Decret de Presidència de data 5 de març de 2026, on s'aprovà, entre d'altres, el llistat provisional de persones aspirants admeses i excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Atès que ha transcorregut el termini per realitzar esmenes, al·legacions o reclamacions, i s'han presentat diversos escrits, segons informe emès per l'àrea de secretaria de data 17 d'abril de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per tot això, i en virtut de les competències que té atribuïdes la Presidència segons el Decret de Presidència de data 27 de desembre de 2024, (BOIB núm. 19, d'11 de febrer de 2025), en relació amb l'article 21.1.&lt;em&gt;q&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars i la resta de normativa aplicable en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ.- PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; aquest Decret de Presidència al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), al tauler d'anuncis de l'OAC del Consell Insular de Formentera i a la pàgina web de la corporació www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETÈ.- DONAR COMPTE&lt;/strong&gt; el present Decret de Presidència a tots els membres del Tribunal Qualificador, als assessors i als representants sindicals de la corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A l'hora de publicar les dades dels aspirants, serà per DNI, conforme a la normativa aplicable de la protecció de dades personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
