Els càrrecs reservats a funcionaris d'habilitació estatal </span><strong><span style="background-color:null">(HE)</span></strong><span style="background-color:null"> es regiran per la seva normativa específica. Mentre no se celebrin els concursos i processos de lliure designació amb concurrència pública l'Alcalde per Decret podrà adscriure provisionalment a funcionaris o personal laboral de l'Ajuntament als diferents llocs de treball.
