    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en sessió celebrada el dia 24 de març de 2026, ha aprovat les Bases reguladores i la convocatòria per a la concessió de subvencions per a persones que hagin generat alta inicial en el règim especial d'autònoms l'any 2025, en el municipi de Calvià, i es procedeix a publicar al Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears l'acord aprovat, les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACORDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; JUSTIFICAR l'excepcionalitat de la convocatòria en règim de concurrència, puix que es considera acreditada l'existència de raons d'interès públic, social, econòmic o humanitari que dificulten l'aplicació del règim general, resultant així procedent amb caràcter excepcional la tramitació de les subvencions concedides PEL PROCEDIMENT DE RÈGIM DE CONCESSIÓ DIRECTA PER RIGORÓS ORDRE D'ENTRADA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; APROVAR les bases i la convocatòria per a la concessió de subvencions per a persones que hagin generat alta inicial en el règim especial d'autònoms l'any 2025, en el municipi de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; REGISTRAR la convocatòria, amb caràcter previ a la publicació de les bases reguladores i la convocatòria, a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions, acompanyada del text aprovat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; PUBLICAR les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de les citades subvencions al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; AUTORITZAR la despesa amb import de 32.000 € (trenta-dos mil euros) per a l'anualitat 2026 corresponent a la partida pressupostària 305-24160-4800003, “SUBV.EMPRENEDORIA MUNICIPI CALVIÀ”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 1. Objecte de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria és regular la concessió de subvencions per a potenciar i promoure les empreses de recent creació al municipi de Calvià, així com l'activitat econòmica del municipi. Aquestes subvencions estan dirigides a donar suport als inicis de l'activitat econòmica d'aquelles persones físiques que hagin generat un alta inicial en el Règim Especial de Treballadors Autònoms (d'ara endavant RETA), entre l'1 de gener i el 31 de desembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 2. Règim jurídic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tots els extrems no prevists en aquestes Bases, serà aplicable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 19/2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern (d'ara endavant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L19/2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reial decret 130/2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de 8 de març, pel qual s'aprova la base de dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres subvencions públiques (d'ara endavant, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RD 130/2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 11/2016&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes (d'ara endavant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L11/2016&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 39/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques (d'ara endavant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;LPACAP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 3/2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de 28 de febrer, d'Ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 8/2016&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de 30 de maig, per a garantir els drets de lesbianes, gais, trans, bisexuals i intersexuals i per a erradicar la LGTBI fòbia (d'ara endavant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L8/2016&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 3. Crèdit pressupostari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- L'import total destinat a la convocatòria serà de trenta-dos mil euros (32.000 €) per a l'anualitat 2026 corresponent a la partida pressupostària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sempre que la disponibilitat pressupostària i els mitjans tècnics ho permetin, es podrà ampliar el crèdit consignat inicialment per a aquesta convocatòria, la qual cosa requerirà una modificació d'aquesta. Tret que s'estableixi una altra cosa, aquesta possible modificació no implicarà que el termini per a presentar sol·licituds s'ampliï, ni afectarà la tramitació ordinària de les sol·licituds presentades i no resoltes expressament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Es concedirà una quantia fixa de mil euros (1.000 €) a les sol·licituds que compleixin amb els requisits d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 4. Publicació. Publicitat i transparència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Després de l'aprovació de les bases reguladores (d'ara endavant BB.RR.) i la convocatòria, es procedirà al registre de la convocatòria, a la Base de dades Nacional de Subvencions, (d'ara endavant BDNS). S'haurà d'adjuntar al formulari de registre el document d'aprovació de les BB.RR. i la convocatòria; així com l'extracte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Després d'això, les BB.RR. i la convocatòria s'hauran de publicar al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (d'ara endavant BOIB), a la pàgina web municipal i al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Es procurarà publicar l'aprovació de les BB.RR. i la convocatòria el mateix dia que la publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria, (amb el codi d'identificació que hagi assignat la BDNS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'eficàcia jurídica de la convocatòria està condicionada a la publicació del seu extracte al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- A l'efecte de donar compliment a les obligacions de publicitat i transparència establertes en la LGS i en la L19/2013, s'haurà de remetre a la BDNS, en la seva qualitat de Sistema Nacional de Publicitat de Subvencions i Ajudes Públiques, informació sobre les concessions, els pagaments efectuats, les resolucions del procediment de reintegrament i les resolucions fermes del procediment sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 5. Persones beneficiàries i requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.- Persones beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden ser beneficiàries d'aquesta subvenció les persones físiques, que hagin generat una alta inicial al Règim Especial de Treballadors Autònoms (d'ara endavant RETA), entre l'1 de gener i el 31 de desembre de 2025, al municipi de Calvià i compleixin els següents requisits al moment de presentació de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisits de les persones beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones beneficiàries han de complir els següents requisits en el moment de presentació de la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Que estiguin empadronades a Calvià abans de l'1 de gener de 2025 i, com a mínim, fins a la data de presentació de la sol·licitud de participació en aquesta convocatòria de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Que tinguin centre de treball al municipi o, en defecte d'això, exerceixin una activitat itinerant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Constar d'alta en el Cens d'activitats econòmiques de l'Agència Estatal de l'Administració Tributària i amb domicili fiscal al municipi de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Que hagi causat alta inicial en el RETA, (o en el règim especial per compte propi de la Seguretat Social que correspongui) entre l'1 de gener i el 31 de desembre de 2025 i s'hagin mantingut d'alta de manera ininterrompuda fins a la data de presentació de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) En cas de persones treballadores autònomes o per compte propi que formin part de comunitats de béns; cooperatives; entitats sense personalitat jurídica o societats civils no excloses i societats laborals, hauran de presentar la sol·licitud a títol personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Les persones sol·licitants d'aquestes subvencions hauran de trobar-se al corrent de pagament de les seves obligacions tributàries i davant la Seguretat Social, i no ser deutores per reintegrament davant l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Complir tots els requisits previstos en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Exclusions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Queden excloses aquelles persones que han estat d'alta com a autònomes durant els dotze mesos anteriors a la data de l'alta per la qual se sol·licita la subvenció, al mateix grup de l'impost d'activitats empresarials, (IAE), per al qual se sol·licita la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Queden excloses de la subvenció que estableix aquesta convocatòria les persones treballadores autònomes que formin part de societats mercantils de capital, (Societats Limitades, Societats Anònimes, etc.), amb l'única excepció de les Societats Laborals, que sí que podran ser beneficiàries conforme al que es preveu en l'apartat 5.2; o de les societats civils no professionals o sense objecte mercantil, les comunitats de béns sense objecte mercantil i les persones físiques donades d'alta en el RETA en qualitat de familiars col·laboradors del treballador autònom titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- No poden obtenir la condició de beneficiaris els sol·licitants en els quals es doni alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 13 apartats 2 i 3 de la LGS. Tampoc poden tenir la condició de beneficiaris els sol·licitants que hagin estat sancionats, d'acord amb l'article 11 de la L11/2016 o l'article 37 de la L8/2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma i termini de presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- El termini per a presentar sol·licituds començarà a partir de l'endemà de publicar-se l'extracte d'aquesta convocatòria al BOIB, i quedarà obert fins a esgotar el crèdit pressupostari o fins al dia 31 de juliol de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Només s'admetrà una sol·licitud per cada persona treballadora autònoma. En el cas de formar part de societats laborals, haurà de fer la sol·licitud a títol personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de presentació d'una nova sol·licitud, haurà de renunciar expressament a l'anterior; en cas de no fer-ho, només es tindrà en compte la primera sol·licitud registrada. En cas de renúncia expressa, la data a l'efecte de l'ordre de prelació dels expedients, serà la de la nova sol·licitud registrada o la data de registre de renúncia en cas que aquesta sigui posterior a la segona sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- El model de sol·licitud que s'ha de presentar és el que figura en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, en la secció de l'Institut de Formació i Ocupació de Calvià, (d'ara endavant IFOC), dintre de l'apartat d'Emprenedoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.calvia.com/es/areas-municipales/ifoc/emprendimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a presentar documents per via telemàtica és necessari disposar d'un certificat digital o del sistema Cl@ve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- Si la sol·licitud no compleix els requisits legals i els exigits en les bases reguladores d'aquesta convocatòria, es requerirà una sola vegada a la persona interessada perquè esmeni les deficiències, pels mateixos mitjans indicats en el punt 4 del present article, dins d'un termini de deu dies, d'acord amb l'article 68 de la LPACAP, amb la indicació que, si no ho fa així, se li tindrà per desistit de la seva petició, prèvia resolució que haurà de ser dictada en els termes previstos a l'article 21 de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'esmena, s'entendrà com a data definitiva de presentació de la sol·licitud, la data de presentació dels documents requerits a través dels mitjans contemplats en el punt 4 d'aquest article.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- La inexactitud, la falsedat o l'omissió de caràcter essencial de qualsevol dada en la documentació aportada deixaran sense efecte aquest tràmit des del moment en què es conegui i amb l'audiència prèvia a la persona interessada. En conseqüència, comporten la inadmissió de la sol·licitud de subvenció, sense perjudici que puguin ser causa de revocació de la subvenció, si es coneixen amb posterioritat a la concessió, i comporten, així mateix, l'exigència de les responsabilitats de qualsevol tipus en què s'hagi pogut incórrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- La presentació de la sol·licitud de subvenció implica autoritzar a l'Ajuntament de Calvià perquè pugui verificar les dades i afirmacions declarades per la persona sol·licitant, excepte en cas de denegació expressa. En aquest cas, la persona sol·licitant haurà d'aportar els certificats i la documentació corresponents, juntament amb la sol·licitud de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- En tot cas, les persones sol·licitants han de presentar, juntament amb la seva sol·licitud, els documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Certificat de situació censal de l'Agència Estatal d'Administració Tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Informe de vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El document o certificat acreditatiu de les facultats de representació, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Només en cas que les persones interessades s'oposin a l'autorització a què fa referència el punt primer d'aquest apartat, han d'aportar amb la seva sol·licitud, juntament amb la documentació esmentada al paràgraf anterior, els documents següents actualitzats a data de presentació de la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Certificat d'empadronament històric al municipi de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Certificat de l'Agència Estatal d'Administració Tributària d'estar al corrent al compliment de les obligacions tributàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Certificat de l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Certificat de la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social d'estar al corrent de pagament de les seves obligacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Certificat d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb l'Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Còpia del DNI/NIE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- En el model de la sol·licitud de la subvenció prevista en aquesta convocatòria, s'inclouran les següents declaracions responsables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Declaració que la persona sol·licitant no està sotmesa a cap de les circumstàncies que recull l'apartat 2 i 3 de l'article 13 de la LGS, ni tampoc hagi estat sancionada d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 37 de la L8/2016, per a garantir els drets de lesbianes, gais, trans, bisexuals i intersexuals i per a erradicar l'LGTBI-fòbia, que es troba inclosa en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Declaració de tots els ajuts de minimis rebuts durant els dos exercicis fiscals anteriors i durant l'exercici fiscal en curs que estiguin subjectes al Reglament (CE) núm. 2023/2831 de la Comissió, de 13 de desembre de 2023, relatiu a l'aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del Tractat de Funcionament de la Unió Europea als ajuts de minimis o a altres reglaments de minimis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Declaració de veracitat de dades bancàries, a l'efecte de l'ingrés derivat del procediment, segons el model inclòs en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Declaració de la persona sol·licitant que, en els últims tres anys, no ha estat sancionada per resolució administrativa ferma o condemnada per sentència judicial ferma perquè hagi exercit o tolerat pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, d'acord amb l'article 11.2 de la L11/2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Declaració responsable que la persona sol·licitant compleix tots els requisits i condicions per a l'accés a la subvenció, sense perjudici de la facultat de l'Ajuntament de Calvià per a consultar els sistemes d'informació corresponents i verificar el compliment dels esmentats requisits i condicions per part de les persones beneficiàries de la subvenció, sempre que aquestes l'hagin autoritzat i, en cas contrari, mitjançant un requeriment. Aquesta comprovació podrà fer-se amb anterioritat o amb posterioritat a la concessió de la subvenció. En cas de detectar l'incompliment d'alguna condició, serà procedent la denegació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Declaració responsable de no trobar-se inclòs en cap de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 13, apartats 2 i 3, de la LGS, que impedeixen obtenir la condició de beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Declaració responsable que la persona sol·licitant accepta la cessió de tractament de les seves dades en relació amb l'execució d'aquesta convocatòria de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Declaració responsable que és certa i completa la informació continguda en la sol·licitud de subvenció i altra documentació aportada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- Excepcionalment, si l'Ajuntament de Calvià no pot obtenir la documentació relativa a aquesta subvenció, podrà sol·licitar a la persona interessada que l'aporti, tal com preveu l'article 28.3 de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 8. Procediment de concessió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Per a la concessió de la subvenció que estableix aquesta convocatòria s'aplicarà un criteri de resolució per rigorós ordre d'entrada de les sol·licituds en el registre, mitjançant el tràmit establert a aquest efecte, atès que, d'acord amb la seva naturalesa, no són necessàries ni la comparació ni la prelació de les sol·licituds en un únic procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Les sol·licituds de subvenció es resoldran individualment, encara que no hagi acabat el termini de presentació, fins que es resolguin tots els expedients presentats dins del termini o fins a esgotar el crèdit disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- En cas que dins de l'expedient no consti la documentació que es requereix o hi hagi anomalies en la documentació presentada que impedeixin avaluar correctament l'expedient, i una vegada que s'hagi requerit, d'acord amb l'article sisè, punt 5, d'aquestes bases, la data de presentació de l'esmena estableix l'ordre de prelació per a l'atorgament de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- El pagament de l'ajut s'efectuarà mitjançant transferència bancària, una vegada que s'hagi dictat la resolució de concessió, i a càrrec dels pressupostos de l'exercici 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 9. Òrgans competents per a l'ordenació, instrucció i resolució del procediment de concessió de la subvenció. Termini de notificació de la resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- L'òrgan competent per a instruir el procediment de tramitació de sol·licituds és l'Institut de Formació i Ocupació de Calvià, a través de la Unitat d'Emprenedoria i Dinamització Empresarial, que actuarà d'ofici realitzant totes les actuacions necessàries per a determinar, saber i comprovar les dades en virtut dels quals s'ha de resoldre la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- L'òrgan competent per a l'atorgament de la subvenció serà la Junta de Govern Local de l'Ajuntament de Calvià (JGL), sense perjudici del que determina el següent apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- El procediment de concessió es resoldrà de manera parcial tramitant la seva concessió i conseqüent ordre de pagament immediat sense esperar la resolució de la totalitat de la convocatòria, mitjançant l'oportuna aprovació de la Junta de Govern Local (JGL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- El termini màxim per a dictar i publicar o notificar la resolució és de sis mesos comptats a partir de l'endemà de la presentació de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si una vegada que ha transcorregut aquest termini no s'ha notificat cap resolució expressa, s'entén per desestimada la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 10. Obligacions de les persones beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Són obligacions de les persones beneficiàries d'aquests ajuts les que estableix l'article 14 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- La persona beneficiària ha de desenvolupar i mantenir l'activitat objecte de la subvenció, l'alta en el RETA i l'alta en el cens d'activitats econòmiques de l'Agència Estatal de l'Administració Tributària, de manera ininterrompuda, durant un mínim de dotze mesos, des de l'alta inicial que motiva la sol·licitud, produïda entre l'1 de gener i el 31 de desembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- La persona beneficiària ha d'informar a l'Ajuntament de Calvià de qualsevol alteració de les condicions que s'hagin tingut en compte per a concedir la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- L'incompliment d'aquestes obligacions comporta la denegació o l'inici del procediment de reintegrament total de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 11. Mesures de garantia que, si és el cas, es consideri precís constituir a favor de l'òrgan concedent, mitjans de constitució i procediments de cancel·lació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es considera necessari exigir garanties per a assegurar el compliment dels compromisos assumits per les persones beneficiàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 12. Circumstàncies que, a conseqüència de l'alteració de les condicions tingudes en compte per a la concessió de la subvenció, podran donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, una vegada concedides les subvencions a les persones beneficiàries, podrà modificar la seva assignació mitjançant resolució motivada per incompliment de les obligacions i determinacions contingudes en aquestes bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 13.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compatibilitat o incompatibilitat amb altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualssevol Administracions o ens públics o privats, nacionals, de la Unió Europea o d'organismes internacionals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les subvencions concedides seran compatibles amb altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualssevol Administracions o ens públics o privats, nacionals, de la Unió Europea o d'organismes internacionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra les presents Bases i convocatòria, que posen fi a la via administrativa, podrà interposar-se, amb caràcter potestatiu, recurs de reposició davant l'òrgan que va dictar la resolució en el termini d'un (1) mes, de conformitat amb el que es disposa en els articles 123 i 124 de la LPACAP. O bé, recurs contenciós administratiu davant els Tribunals competents en el termini de dos (2) mesos, comptats des de l'endemà de la seva publicació al BOIB, conforme al que es disposa als articles 10 i 45 i següents de la L29/1998.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
