font-size:12px">D'aquests expedients administratius el Vicepresident Executiu de Ports dels Illes Balears, en data 14 d'octubre de 2025, va dictar les resolucions per les quals s'inicia el procediment per a la declaració d'abandonament d'embarcacions tipus pastera i motors procedents de ports de la competència de Ports dels Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En aquestes resolucions va ser nomenat instructor del procediment al Sr. Antoni Armengol Garau que podrà ser recusat de conformitat amb el que preveu l'article 24 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Es notifiquen aquestes Resolucions en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat i Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> atorgant als possibles interessats vista de l'expedient durant un termini de QUINZE (15) dies hàbils perquè puguin formular les al·legacions i proposar la pràctica de les proves que estimin pertinents de conformitat amb l'article 115.3. c de la Llei 10/2015, de 21 de juny, de&nbsp;Ports&nbsp;dels Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
