Durant aquest termini les persones interessades podran examinar l'expedient i presentar les reclamacions que estimin pertinents. Transcorregut aquest termini, si no s'han presentat al·legacions, s'entendrà elevat a definitiu aquest acord d'aprovació inicial i entrarà en vigor una vegada s'hagi complert allò que disposa l'article 112.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del Règim Local, i també l'article 169 del Text Refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, aprovat per RD Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març”.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aquest Acord estarà exposat al públic durant quinze dies, en compliment d'allò indicat a l'article 169 i següents del Real Decret Legislatiu 2/2004,de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals.
