&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decret 24/2013, de 24 de maig, pel qual s'aproven els Estatuts de l'Institut Balear de la Natura (IBANAT), estipula en l'article 14.1 que correspon al Consell d'Administració l'aprovació de la relació de llocs de treball de l'entitat, així com aprovar els criteris bàsics de selecció del personal, d'acord amb els principis d'igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat en el marc de la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la sessió del Consell d'Administració de l'IBANAT de 27 de novembre de 2025 es duu, per a la seva aprovació, la proposta condicionada als informes favorables de la Direcció General de Funció Pública i de la Direcció General de Pressuposts, de les bases de la convocatòria del concurs de trasllats i de les places incloses, restant únicament pendent el nomenament dels membres de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració, segons el punt 7.2 de les bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 28 d'octubre de 2025, en sessió ordinària de la Comissió Paritària, s'han negociat i aprovat per unanimitat del Comitè d'Empresa la relació de places incloses en el concurs de trasllats, així com les bases que han de regir la convocatòria. El concurs de trasllats acordat amb el Comitè d'Empresa incloïa inicialment un total de 30 places de diverses categories professionals. No obstant això, en data 1 d'abril de 2026, en sessió ordinària, s'aprova modificar el nombre de places, eliminant la plaça amb codi RLT MED030202, de manera que el concurs inclou finalment 29 places de les categories professionals següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consta a l'expedient la Resolució del president de l'Institut Balear de la Natura, de data 16 d'abril de 2026, d'aprovació de la modificació de les bases de la convocatòria del concurs de trasllats, en relació amb l'eliminació de la plaça esmentada, quedant fixat el total en 29 places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les places incloses en el concurs de trasllats estan dotades a la relació de llocs de treball de l'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es faculta el director gerent per continuar amb la tramitació per a la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), amb els informes favorables previs de la Direcció General de Funció Pública i de la Direcció General de Pressuposts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Conveni Col·lectiu per al personal laboral al servei de l'Institut de la Natura publicat al BOIB número 54, de 16 d'abril de 2015 per Resolució del conseller d'Economia i Competitivitat per la qual es disposa la inscripció i dipòsit en el Registre de Convenis Col·lectius de les Illes Balears, i la publicació del Conveni col·lectiu de l'Institut Balear de la Natura (exp.: CC_TA_15/058, codi de conveni 07001922011997) aprovat el dia 14 de novembre de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Decret 24/2013, de 24 de maig, d'aprovació dels Estatuts de l'Institut Balear de la Natura (IBANAT) entitat pública empresarial, publicat al BOIB, número 74 de 25 de maig de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, aplicables a les entitats públiques empresarials, i per la resta de disposicions que li siguin aplicables se sotmet als principis de legalitat, servei a l'interès general, eficàcia, eficiència, estabilitat i transparència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. L'article 18 del Conveni Col·lectiu d'IBANAT estipula les normes que han de regular el concurs de trasllats del personal fix de l'empresa, les quals han estat consensuades amb la representació dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, en compliment de l'Acord del Consell d'Administració de 27 de novembre de 2025 de l'IBANAT i així com de la Resolució del president de l'Institut Balear de la Natura, de data de 16 de abril de 2026, d'acord amb tot l'anterior i com a òrgan convocant, en virtut de les funcions establertes a l'article 17 del decret 24/2013, de 24 de maig , d'aprovació dels Estatuts d'IBANAT, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar la convocatòria del concurs de trasllats i les bases específiques que han de regir aquesta convocatòria i procés selectiu, en els termes que estableix l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en la pàgina web de l'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el Consell d'Administració de l'IBANAT. El termini per interposar-ho és d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, no podent en aquest cas interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que s'hagi resolt expressament el recurs de reposició o s'hagi produït la desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El recurs de reposició s'haurà de presentar segons el que s'indica a l'art. 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, i s'entendrà desestimat quan no es resolgui i notifiqui en el termini d'un mes, a comptar de l'endemà de la seva interposició, quedant així oberta la via contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no s'utilitza el recurs potestatiu de reposició, es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 123 anteriorment citat, i en els articles 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant els Jutjats de lo Contenciós-administratiu de Palma de Mallorca en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La convocatòria del concurs s'ha d'anunciar mitjançant la publicació en el BOIB i a la pàgina web de l'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les places estan codificades perquè puguin ser identificades (annex 2). Els treballadors hauran de fer una sol·licitud per cada lloc de treball de la seva categoria a la qual vulguin concursar, sense afectar el nomenament del treballador ni limitar les possibilitats de reorganització de conformitat amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon: Forma de proveïment i requisits de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El proveïment dels llocs de treball objecte d'aquesta convocatòria es farà mitjançant concurs de mèrits entre el personal laboral fix de l'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer: Requisits de les persones aspirants i condicions de participació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden participar en aquest concurs de trasllats el personal laboral fix de l'IBANAT sigui quina sigui la seva situació administrativa, a temps complet i a jornada parcial, així com fix discontinu, en situació d'actiu i en excedència, que no hagin obtingut plaça en els dos anys anteriors, comptadors des de la data del nomenament fins a la data corresponent al darrer dia de presentació d'instàncies, que tenguin la mateixa categoria professional que la vacant objecte de concurs, tret dels suspesos per sanció, que no ho poden fer fins que no s'hagi complert aquesta sanció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualment hi poden participar els treballadors en situació d'excedència voluntària que hagin superat el període. Si obtinguessin plaça es posarà fi a l'excedència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per optar als llocs de treball s'han de complir els requisits de cada plaça que figuren al catàleg de Funcions d'IBANAT, i quan aquests siguin diferents al lloc de treball del qual es fixe, s'han d'acreditar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart: Presentació de sol·licituds i documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud per prendre part en aquest procés selectiu s'ha d'ajustar al model que s'adjunta en format d'annex (annex 3), el qual també es pot descarregar a la pàgina web de l'IBANAT, i es pot presentar telemàticament per qualsevol registre oficial. En tot cas, és necessari presentar la sol·licitud en temps i forma d'acord amb el que estableixen els apartats següents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per acreditar els requisits dels llocs de treball als quals vol optar, sempre que sigui necessari, així com estableix el punt 3.2 de les presents bases, les persones candidates, en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud de participació, han de presentar els originals acarats per registre oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les sol·licituds i la resta de documentació es poden presentar a qualsevol registre oficial, dels establerts a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'arxivaran sense més tràmit les sol·licituds que es presentin fora del termini previst.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb el venciment del termini per presentar sol·licituds caduca el termini per renunciar a participar en el concurs o desistir-ne.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquè: Acreditació dels requisits i dels mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits requerits, en els casos que estableix l'article 3.2 de les presents bases, i els mèrits de totes les persones candidates han d'estar referits al darrer dia del termini general dels deu dies hàbils per presentar sol·licituds, el qual es computa a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat l'anunci d'aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoren els mèrits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Experiència professional al lloc de treball al qual s'opta (en dies). Cal adjuntar vida laboral actualitzada pel seu còmput.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En cas d'empat es resol a favor del peticionari o peticionària amb més antiguitat a l'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si persisteix l'empat decideix la major edat de la persona peticionària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisè: Llistes de persones admeses i excloses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En haver finalitzat el termini per presentar sol·licituds, la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració ha de fer pública la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses del concurs amb expressió de la causa d'exclusió per a cada persona. Aquesta resolució s'ha de publicar a la pàgina web de l'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones excloses disposen d'un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació a la pàgina web de l'IBANAT, per esmenar les deficiències detectades i per aportar els documents preceptius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses del concurs de trasllats s'ha de publicar a la web de l'IBANAT, amb expressió de les causes d'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setè: Comissió Tècnica de Valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És l'òrgan encarregat de valorar i elaborar la proposta d'adjudicació de les places vacants a la vista de les sol·licituds presentades en funció dels mèrits acreditats per les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hi ha una única Comissió Tècnica de Valoració la composició de la qual és la següent: un president/a designat pel director gerent de l'IBANAT, d'entre el personal fix de l'IBANAT, i tres vocals elegits per sorteig d'entre el personal fix de l'IBANAT realitzat en presència del Comitè d'Empresa (annex 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constituïda la Comissió, aquesta ha de designar un secretari/a d'entre els membres, persona que serà l'encarregada de la realització de les actes de reunió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es nomena un/a suplent per a cada lloc de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració, seguint el mateix sistema d'elecció aplicat per a l'elecció dels membres titulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones integrants de la Comissió s'han d'abstenir de formar-ne part si concorren els motius d'abstenció que preveu la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Igualment, tampoc no poden formar-ne part els càrrecs de naturalesa política, el personal eventual de l'Administració ni els funcionaris interins, d'acord amb el que preveu la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i el Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Perquè la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració es constitueixi vàlidament, a l'efecte de dur a terme les sessions, les deliberacions, les valoracions, les puntuacions i la presa d'acords, es requereix sempre la presència del president/a i de la persona que realitzi les funcions de secretari/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones integrants de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració han d'aplicar els mèrits de conformitat amb el que disposa el punt cinquè. La persona que faci les funcions de secretari o secretària de la Comissió ha de signar els fulls de baremació, si bé tots els integrants presents han de donar la conformitat a l'acta a la qual s'adjuntin. S'ha d'estendre una acta de totes les reunions de la Comissió que, en acabar la sessió o abans de començar-ne la següent, han de signar tots els presents que hi hagin assistit. Les decisions s'han de prendre per majoria simple i en cas d'empat decideix el vot de qualitat del president o de la presidenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si alguna persona de la Comissió no vol signar l'acta, se n'ha de deixar constància a aquesta, la qual es donarà per vàlida sense la seva signatura i sens perjudici de la responsabilitat en què incorri aquesta persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els integrants de la Comissió poden fer constar en l'acta el seu vot contrari a l'acord i els motius que el justifiquen, i fins i tot el sentit del seu vot favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data de 17 d'abril de 2026 es va constituir la Comissió Técnica de Valoració, sent els membres els indicats a l'annex IV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitè: Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per resoldre el concurs és de vint dies hàbils comptadors des del dia en què es publiqui la llista definitiva de persones excloses i admeses en el concurs de trasllats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinc dies abans, com a mínim, de l'acompliment del termini màxim per resoldre previst en el punt anterior, la Comissió ha de publicar a la pàgina web d'IBANAT, la proposta provisional d'adjudicació dels llocs de feina objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atesa la proposta provisional esmentada, les persones interessades poden formular observacions o reclamacions en el termini de tres dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de l'exposició pública de la llista a la pàgina web d'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Després d'haver examinat les observacions i les reclamacions presentades dins el termini i, si es considera convenient, d'haver escoltat les persones afectades per la proposta, la Comissió ha d'elevar a definitiva la proposta d'adjudicació dels llocs de feina, la qual pot incloure, en tot cas, els canvis que siguin conseqüència de les observacions i reclamacions abans esmentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix la proposta definitiva pot incloure, respecte de la provisional, l'esmena d'ofici dels errors detectats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de donar a la proposta definitiva d'adjudicació dels llocs de feina objecte de la convocatòria la mateixa publicitat que a la proposta provisional. La Comissió ha de trametre la llista definitiva al departament de recursos humans d'IBANAT per dictar la resolució del director gerent que s'ha de publicar en el BOIB i a la pàgina web d'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novè: Adjudicació de destinacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'adjudicació de la nova destinació s'ha de fer efectiva en el termini màxim de vint dies hàbils des que es dicti la resolució a què es refereix l'apartat 8.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant això, quan les circumstàncies del servei ho aconsellin, per raons justificades degudament pel departament, la gerència d'IBANAT es reserva la facultat de posposar el trasllat del treballador o treballadora que hagi obtingut una nova destinació fins al moment en què quedi assegurada la prestació del servei en les destinacions afectades. A aquest efecte el treballador o treballadora ha de continuar ocupant el lloc des del qual es concursa fins que si li comuniqui el canvi efectiu i mentre romangui en aquesta situació no podrà reclamar cap tipus d'indemnització i/o compensació econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
