    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en sessió ordinària realitzada el dia 20/04/2025, va aprovar entre d'altres, l'acord de &lt;strong&gt;modificació de l'acord núm. 25 de preus públics per a la prestació dels serveis d'escoles infantils 0-3 anys.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En compliment de la disposició addicional segona de l'acord número 25 de Preus Públics per la prestació dels serveis d'escoles infantils públiques de 0 a 3 anys, mitjançant la qual l'establiment o modificació dels preus públics queda delegada a la Junta de Govern Local, d'acord amb l'article 23.2.b) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;És procedent publicar el text complet aprovat, la redacció del qual és la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acord núm. 25 de Preus Públics per a la prestació dels serveis d'escoles infantils 0-3 anys.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. El preu públic dels epígrafs 4, 5 i 6 s'exigirà en règim d'autoliquidació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. El preu públic de l'epígraf 4 s'exigirà mitjançant càrrec en compte, per domiciliació bancària que autoritzarà la persona interessada. El preu públic dels epígrafs 5 i 6 s'exigirà en règim d'autoliquidació&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar aquest acord al portal de transparència d'acord el que disposa l'article 8.1.c de la Llei 19/2013, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar l'acord íntegre dels preus públics en el tauler d'edictes i en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, entrant en vigor l'endemà de la seva publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
