    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedents i consideracions jurídiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'article 9 i els següents de la Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l'estatut marc del personal estatutari dels serveis de salut, modificats pel Reial decret llei 12/2022, de 5 de juliol, regulen les causes per efectuar nomenaments de personal estatutari temporal. D'altra banda, l'article 33.1 disposa que la selecció de personal estatutari temporal s'ha d'efectuar per mitjà dels procediments que permetin la màxima agilitat en la selecció, que s'han de basar en els principis d'igualtat, mèrit, capacitat, competència, publicitat i celeritat, i s'han d'haver negociat prèviament en la mesa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022 pel qual es regulen els procediments de selecció de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears per mitjà de la creació de borses úniques de feina per a cada categoria i especialitat (ratificat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de juny de 2022 i publicat al BOIB núm. 80, de 21 de juny 2022) estableix procediments especials de selecció; en particular, el punt 26 regula un procediment especial de selecció per a determinades categories quan l'ocupació de la plaça i la seva especificitat ho requereixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Com a requisit previ a l'inici del procés de selecció, cal adjuntar l'informe justificatiu oportú, en el qual s'han de descriure les característiques especials de la plaça o places a cobrir i que motiven l'aplicació del procediment especial de selecció. El 31 de març de 2026, el director gerent de l'Hospital de Manacor va emetre aquest informe justificatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En virtut del punt 1.b) —en relació amb el punt 3.d)— de la Resolució de la consellera de Salut de 10 de juliol de 2025 per la qual es deleguen diferents competències en matèria de personal estatutari en els òrgans del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 94, de 17 de juliol de 2025), el director general del Servei de Salut és competent per convocar i resoldre els procediments de selecció de personal estatutari temporal de les categories professionals de personal estatutari de gestió i serveis que figuren en els punts 26 i 27 de l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022. En conseqüència, el director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears ha de dictar una resolució per aprovar la convocatòria d'aquest procediment especial, en la qual cal identificar la plaça o places que s'ha de cobrir, obrir un termini de deu dies hàbils per presentar sol·licituds, determinar la composició de la Comissió de Selecció i el barem de mèrits que es valoraran i oferir informació sobre la prova teoricopràctica que els candidats han de superar. Aquesta resolució es publicarà en el BOIB i en el web del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. D'acord amb la disposició final dissetena de la Llei 4/2025, de 18 de juliol, que modifica la disposició addicional quinzena de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, els aspirants que participin en aquest procés selectiu han d'acreditar els coneixements de català establerts en les bases que regeixen la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Quant a la valoració del mèrit de coneixements de català, és aplicable l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 16 de gener de 2026 pel qual es modifica l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 4 de desembre de 2023 pel qual s'estableix un barem únic de puntuació dels mèrits de coneixement de català aplicable a tots els procediments selectius, de provisió i mobilitat del personal estatutari del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears i publicat en el BOIB núm. 10, de 20 de gener de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria d'un procés especial de selecció de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears per cobrir una plaça de la categoria d'enginyer/enginyera superior (especificitat biomèdica), corresponent a la gerència de l'Hospital de Manacor, a l'empara del que disposa el punt 26 de l'Acord regulador de selecció de personal temporal del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases que regeixen aquesta convocatòria, que figuren en l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Aprovar el model de sol·licitud per participar en aquesta convocatòria, que figura en l'annex 2 i que estarà disponible en el web del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Aprovar el model de prova teoricopràctica, que figura en l'annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Aprovar el barem de mèrits aplicable a la fase de concurs, que figura en l'annex 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Designar els membres de la Comissió de Selecció, que figuren en l'annex 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Ordenar que es publiqui aquesta resolució en el BOIB i en el web del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs de reposició davant l'òrgan que la dicta en el termini d'un mes comptador de l'endemà de la data de publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en relació amb l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de publicació, d'acord amb els articles 8 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, sens perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri oportú interposar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Anàlisi de compatibilitat electromagnètica, connectivitat i interoperabilitat amb els sistemes hospitalaris existents (HIS, RIS, PACS, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Supervisió tècnica de la instal·lació, verificació i posada en marxa dels equips.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Revisió de plans tècnics relatius a distribució de preses elèctriques, gasos medicinals i cablejat biomèdic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Assessorament en la implementació de tecnologies emergents: monitoratge remot, IA aplicada a imatge mèdica, biosensors, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Gestió integral del parc d'equipament electromèdic de l'hospital, incloent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. El procés de selecció consta d'una prova teoricopràctica i una fase de concurs, que seran valorades per la Comissió de Selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. El procés de selecció està regulat per aquestes bases de conformitat amb l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022 pel qual es regulen els procediments de selecció de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears per mitjà de la creació de borses úniques de feina per a cada categoria i especialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Per participar en aquesta convocatòria, tot aspirant ha de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'un estat membre de la Unió Europea o de l'Espai Econòmic Europeu, o tenir el dret a la lliure circulació de treballadors de conformitat amb el Tractat de la Unió Europea o altres tractats ratificats per Espanya, o bé tenir reconegut aquest dret per mitjà d'una norma legal. Hi poden participar igualment —qualsevol que sigui la seva nacionalitat— els cònjuges de les persones amb nacionalitat espanyola o d'un altre estat membre de la Unió Europea sempre que no estiguin separats de dret, així com els seus descendents i els del cònjuge o la cònjuge sempre que no estiguin separats de dret, siguin menors de 21 anys o bé superin aquesta edat i siguin dependents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir el títol o grau d'Enginyeria Superior o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo dins el termini per presentar sol·licituds. En els casos de les titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, cal acreditar que estan homologades per l'òrgan competent o que el títol està reconegut pel ministeri competent en matèria d'educació o d'universitats, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tenir la capacitat funcional necessària per exercir les funcions que es derivin del nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Tenir complerts 16 anys i no excedir de l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Acreditar el nivell de coneixements B2 de català, segons categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) No haver estat separat per mitjà d'un expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni estar inhabilitat absolutament o especialment per a llocs o càrrecs públics per mitjà d'una resolució judicial, ni estar inhabilitat per accedir al cos o a l'escala de funcionari o per exercir funcions similars a les que es desenvolupen en el cas de personal laboral que hagi estat separat o inhabilitat. En cas de ser ciutadà d'un altre estat, no pot estar inhabilitat o en una situació equivalent ni pot haver estat sotmès a una sanció disciplinària o equivalent que li impedeixi accedir a l'ocupació pública en el seu estat i en els mateixos termes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Formalitzar en el termini establert la sol·licitud de participació i el projecte, si és el cas, descrit en l'annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Pagar la taxa establerta per la normativa vigent. No obstant això, els aspirants que acreditin un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 % no han d'abonar la taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) No incórrer en el moment del nomenament en cap causa d'incompatibilitat d'acord amb el que estableix la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) No estar afectat per una resolució que impliqui ser exclòs de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) No tenir la condició de personal estatutari fix de la mateixa categoria a la qual opta en qualsevol servei de salut del Sistema Nacional de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Els aspirants han d'acreditar els requisits fefaentment en el moment de formalitzar la sol·licitud i els han de mantenir al llarg de tot el procés de selecció, en el moment del nomenament i durant tota la vigència del nomenament, llevat del requisit del punt 2.1.c), que l'han d'acreditar abans del nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Sol·licitud de participació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. El termini per formalitzar sol·licituds és de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. La sol·licitud i les instruccions per emplenar-la es poden descarregar en PDF des del web www.ibsalut.es (seguint la ruta Professionals &amp;gt; Recursos Humans &amp;gt; Treballa amb nosaltres &amp;gt; Convocatòries específiques).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. En aquest moment del procés, les persones que cursen una sol·licitud de participació són denominades aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. La taxa es pot pagar telemàticament en el web de l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears (www.atib.es). Si es paga directament en una entitat bancària col·laboradora, el codi que s'ha de consignar en el model de document tributari 046 és «BOGN» i en el resguard ha de figurar el segell de l'entitat bancària que justifiqui el pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5. La sol·licitud i els seus annexos —havent pagat prèviament la taxa corresponent— s'han de presentar a l'Oficina d'Assistència en Matèria de Registre o en una de les oficines auxiliars del Servei de Salut o per qualsevol de les vies previstes per l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6. Juntament amb la sol·licitud, l'aspirant ha de presentar el justificant del pagament de la taxa, els documents originals o còpies autèntiques que acreditin que compleix els requisits i els mèrits que pretén que es valorin i si és el cas, el projecte que es descriu l'annex 3 prova teoricopràctica. Consignar dades falses en la sol·licitud o en els mèrits al·legats implica l'exclusió definitiva de l'aspirant o de la persona seleccionada en el procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En conseqüència, l'aspirant és responsable de la veracitat de les dades i dels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 28.3 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, disposa que les administracions no exigiran als interessats presentar documents originals, llevat que amb caràcter excepcional la normativa reguladora aplicable estableixi el contrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, no se'ls requeriran dades o documents no exigits per la normativa reguladora aplicable o que hagin estat aportats anteriorment per l'interessat a qualsevol administració. A aquest efecte, l'interessat ha d'indicar en quin moment i davant quin òrgan administratiu ha presentat aquests documents, de manera que l'Administració pugui recaptar-los electrònicament per mitjà de les seves xarxes corporatives o d'una consulta a les plataformes d'intermediació de dades o altres sistemes electrònics habilitats a l'efecte, llevat que consti en el procediment l'oposició expressa de l'interessat o la llei especial aplicable en requereixi el consentiment exprés. Excepcionalment, si l'Administració no els pot recaptar, els pot sol·licitar a l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No cal presentar els documents que acreditin els serveis prestats com a personal estatutari temporal al Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.7. Els títols o mèrits expedits en una llengua que no sigui el català o el castellà s'han d'aportar traduïts a una d'aquestes llengües per un organisme oficial competent o un traductor jurat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Llistes provisionals d'admesos i exclosos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Un cop vençut el termini per presentar sol·licituds, la Comissió de Selecció publicarà en el web del Servei de Salut la resolució que contindrà les llistes provisionals d'admesos i d'exclosos (indicant la causa de la seva exclusió).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informar que en la llista provisional d'exclosos, en la qual s'indicaran els motius de l'exclusió, s'identificaran amb un asterisc els aspirants els requisits dels quals no s'han pogut verificar per mitjà de les plataformes d'intermediació de dades o altres sistemes electrònics habilitats a l'efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de les llistes per formular reclamacions o al·legacions i per esmenar les deficiències que la Comissió els hagi notificat; si no les esmenen es considerarà que desisteixen de la sol·licitud. Hauran de presentar els documents oportuns a la Comissió de Selecció per qualsevol de les vies que s'estableixen en la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Llistes definitives d'admesos i exclosos: posteriorment es publicaran al web del Servei de Salut les llistes definitives d'aspirants admesos (que passaran a denominar-se candidats) i d'exclosos (fent constar la causa de la seva exclusió), així com la data i el lloc de la prova teoricopràctica descrita en l'annex 3. Per mitjà de les llistes definitives es donaran per contestades les al·legacions o reclamacions formulades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. La puntuació total màxima que poden obtenir els candidats és de 100 punts: la màxima per a l'apartat de mèrits és de 40 punts i la màxima per a la prova teoricopràctica és de 60 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4. Prova teoricopràctica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La prova teoricopràctica, el contingut de la qual es descriu en l'annex 3, és eliminatòria i per superar-la i accedir a la fase següent cal obtenir una puntuació mínima de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Una vegada la Comissió de Selecció hagi valorat la prova de cada candidat, publicarà en el web del Servei de Salut la llista provisional de puntuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Els candidats disposaran d'un termini de cinc dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista per formular reclamacions o al·legacions. Hauran d'adreçar-les a la Comissió de Selecció per qualsevol de les vies que s'estableixen en la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Posteriorment, la Comissió de Selecció publicarà la llista definitiva de puntuacions de la prova teoricopràctica, per mitjà de la qual estimarà o desestimarà les al·legacions formulades i establirà la llista definitiva dels candidats, amb la puntuació obtinguda en la prova teoricopràctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquesta publicació, s'indicaran els candidats que han superat la fase eliminatòria, i que passen a la fase concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.5. Fase de concurs:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Una vegada la Comissió de Selecció hagi valorat els mèrits presentats pels candidats que hagin superat la prova teoricopràctica, publicarà en el web del Servei de Salut la llista provisional amb la puntuació de cada candidat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Els candidats disposaran d'un termini de cinc dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista per formular reclamacions o al·legacions. Hauran d'adreçar-les a la Comissió de Selecció per qualsevol de les vies establertes en la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Posteriorment, la Comissió de Selecció publicarà una diligència amb la llista definitiva de puntuació de la fase concurs dels candidats, per la qual s'estimaran o desestimaran les al·legacions formulades i establirà la llista definitiva dels candidats, amb la puntuació obtinguda en la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.6. Llista amb la puntuació total dels candidats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A proposta de la Comissió de Selecció, el director general del Servei de Salut dictarà una resolució i establirà la llista definitiva (puntuació de la prova teoricopràctica més valoració de mèrits- fase concurs) dels candidats, amb la puntuació final obtinguda en el procediment especial de selecció de personal estatutari temporal per cobrir una plaça de la categoria d'enginyer/enginyera superior (especificitat biomèdica) corresponent a la gerència de l'Hospital de Manacor del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears objecte d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es publicarà la llista definitiva de candidats exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta resolució es publicarà en el web del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Comissió de Selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. La Comissió de Selecció està formada pels membres que figuren en l'annex 5, tots amb la condició de personal del Servei de Salut i/o especialistes de la mateixa branca i amb una titulació de nivell acadèmic igual o superior a l'exigida per participar en aquest procediment especial de selecció i, si escau, almenys un ha de tenir el títol de l'especialitat si aquest s'exigeix per cobrir la plaça convocada. La Comissió compta amb un secretari, amb veu i sense vot, designat entre el personal fix de l'Administració sanitària, que ha d'estendre les actes de cada sessió de la Comissió de Selecció per fer constar les actuacions que ha dut a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. Els membres de la Comissió de Selecció s'han d'abstenir de participar en el procés si concorren les circumstàncies o motius que determina l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del règim jurídic del sector públic, i han de notificar aquesta circumstància a l'autoritat que els hagi designat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3. La Comissió de Selecció té les funcions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Determinar el contingut de la prova teoricopràctica seguint el model que s'estableix en l'annex 3 i la seva valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Requerir als aspirants que esmenin dins el termini i de la forma escaient els defectes formals que presenti l'acreditació dels requisits. Igualment, requerir als candidats que esmenin dins el termini i de la forma escaient els defectes formals que presenti l'acreditació dels mèrits al·legats o que aclareixin algun dels que pretenen que es valorin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Valorar els mèrits que al·leguin i acreditin els candidats que hagin superat la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Confeccionar la llista de puntuacions finals dels candidats, ordenada a partir de la més alta, i elevar-la al director general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Resoldre les reclamacions que els candidats hagin presentat dins el termini establert i de la forma escaient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Proposar al director general del Servei de Salut la llista definitiva amb les puntuacions finals dels candidats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.4. Amb la finalitat de garantir el desenvolupament correcte del procés selectiu i assegurar l'assessorament tècnic necessari en les diferents fases, es preveu la possibilitat que el director general pugui designar un assessor amb veu, però sense vot, que ha de tenir una titulació acadèmica de nivell igual o superior a l'exigida per a l'ingrés. La resolució de designació s'ha de publicar al BOIB i a la seu electrònica de la CAIB per informar-ne els candidats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Nomenament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. El nomenament s'oferirà al candidat que hagi obtingut la puntuació final més alta. Si diversos candidats tenen la mateixa puntuació s'aplicaran els criteris de desempat següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) A tots els efectes, en cas d'empat tindran prioritat les dones si el sexe femení està infrarepresentat en la categoria i l'especialitat, de conformitat amb l'article 43.4 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Si tot i així es manté l'empat, s'emprarà la puntuació relativa als serveis prestats com a criteri de desempat; si l'empat persisteix, se seleccionarà el candidat la lletra inicial del primer llinatge del qual sigui la primera en l'ordre alfabètic determinat per un sorteig públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Per raons d'eficiència i agilitat, si es presenta un únic aspirant a la convocatòria, se li podrà formalitzar de manera directa el nomenament com a personal estatutari de caràcter temporal sempre que compleixi tots els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. D'acord amb el punt 26.4 de l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022, la llista de candidats amb la puntuació final es podrà utilitzar com a borsa específica per fer crides de la categoria convocada sempre que tenguin les mateixes característiques especials que la plaça que s'hagi de cobrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta llista serà aplicable en la gerència que ha fet la convocatòria, però l'abast es podrà ampliar a la resta de les gerències del Servei de Salut sempre que es requereixi el mateix perfil i amb l'autorització prèvia del director general del Servei de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per cada mes de servei prestat a institucions sanitàries públiques del Sistema Nacional de Salut, de la Unió Europea o de l'Espai Econòmic Europeu com a personal estatutari, funcionari o laboral en la mateixa categoria que aquella a la qual s'opta: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per cada mes de servei prestat a institucions sanitàries públiques del Sistema Nacional de Salut, de la Unió Europea o de l'Espai Econòmic Europeu com a personal estatutari, funcionari o laboral en una categoria diferent d'aquella a la qual s'opta i per a la qual s'exigeixi la mateixa titulació o una d'equivalent: 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Per cada mes de servei prestat en institucions sanitàries públiques del Sistema Nacional de Salut, de la Unió Europea o de l'Espai Econòmic Europeu com a personal estatutari, funcionari o laboral en una altra categoria: 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. Els aspirants han d'aportar la documentació que acrediti els mèrits al·legats, que han de ser adequats als requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. Per valorar aquest apartat es tenen en compte els aspectes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La puntuació màxima que es pot obtenir per la totalitat dels subapartats que l'integren és de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Un mateix període de temps no pot ser valorat per més d'un dels subapartats que l'integren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) La fracció del mes computada per dies es calcularà proporcionalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Formació (màxim, 15 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Formació de postgrau:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Els títols oficials de màster universitari que estiguin relacionats directament amb el contingut de la categoria a la qual s'opta es valoren així:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ 0,54 punts per cada crèdit ECTS (Sistema Europeu de Transferència i Acumulació de Crèdits).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ 0,216 punts per cada crèdit LRU (sistema d'implantació dels crèdits europeus per mitjà de la Llei de reforma universitària).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Els títols universitaris propis de postgrau (certificat universitari, expert universitari, especialista universitari i màster universitari) que estiguin relacionats directament amb el contingut de la categoria a la qual s'opta es valoren així:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ 0,5 punts per cada crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ 0,2 punts per cada crèdit LRU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Si en el diploma o certificat figura el nombre d'hores en lloc dels crèdits, s'atorga un valor de 0,02 punts per cada hora de formació; si hi figuren simultàniament crèdits i hores, la valoració es fa sempre pels crèdits certificats; si no s'hi especifiquen hores ni crèdits, no es valora. Si no s'especifica el tipus de crèdit, es valorarà com a crèdit LRU. Si en un mateix document figuren crèdits LRU i ECTS, es tindrà en compte la puntuació més favorable al candidat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Formació continuada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Es valoren els cursos, els seminaris, els tallers, els congressos, les jornades, les reunions científiques i altres activitats formatives que estiguin relacionades directament amb el contingut i les funcions de la categoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ 0,2 punts per cada crèdit CFC (Comissió de Formació Continuada) o LRU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ 0,5 punts per cada crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Si en el diploma o certificat figura el nombre d'hores en lloc dels crèdits, s'atorga un valor de 0,002 punts per cada hora de formació; si hi figuren simultàniament crèdits i hores, la valoració es fa sempre pels crèdits certificats; si no s'hi especifiquen hores ni crèdits, no es valora. Tampoc es valorarà en aquest apartat haver superat assignatures d'un estudi acadèmic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Les activitats de formació es valoraran sempre que compleixin alguna de les característiques següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ Han d'estar acreditades per la Comissió de Formació Continuada de les Professions Sanitàries. L'acreditació ha de complir els criteris de la normativa de la Comissió de Formació Continuada del Sistema Nacional de Salut pel que fa als materials de promoció o certificació d'assistència de l'activitat, per la qual cosa han de constar-hi conjuntament el logotip, el text i el nombre de crèdits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ Han d'haver estat impartides, organitzades, subvencionades, acreditades o homologades per una administració pública, un col·legi professional o una entitat del sector públic institucional (d'acord amb la definició donada per l'article 2 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre), cosa que ha de constar en el certificat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ Han d'haver estat impartides, organitzades o acreditades per alguna universitat, cosa que ha de constar en el certificat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ Han d'haver estat promogudes per una organització sindical o entitat sense ànim de lucre i impartides en virtut d'un conveni subscrit amb una administració pública o una universitat, o bé han d'haver estat acreditades i/o subvencionades per aquestes, cosa que ha de constar en el certificat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ Han d'haver estat duites a terme en virtut dels acords de formació continuada amb les administracions públiques i organitzes i/o impartides per qualsevol dels promotors de formació continuada que hagin subscrit aquests acords, cosa que ha de constar en el certificat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‒ Han d'estar reconegudes com d'interès sanitari per l'òrgan de l'administració pública competent, cosa que ha de constar en el certificat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Coneixements orals i escrits de català (màxim, 5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Els coneixements de català es valoren de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Nivell C1: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Nivell C2: 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Llenguatge administratiu (LA): 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Els coneixements de català s'han d'acreditar per mitjà d'algun dels certificats oficials següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Certificat expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Certificat equivalent segons l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013 (BOIB núm. 34, de 12 de març de 2013). Si l'aspirant al·lega aquest tipus de certificat l'ha d'adjuntar al tràmit si no consta en el Registre de Personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Certificat homologat per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears. Cal disposar de la corresponent resolució d'homologació del certificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. Es valora només un certificat, excepte en el cas del certificat LA, en què la puntuació s'acumula a la de l'altre certificat que s'aporti. Si es presenta només el certificat LA, es valora igualment amb 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. Només es valoren els nivells superiors a l'exigit per a la categoria a la qual s'opta (llevat dels casos d'exempció, en els quals es valora com a mèrit).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
