&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES PER LES QUALS S'HA DE REGIR EL CONCURS PER A LA CREACIÓ D'UNA BORSA DE TREBALL DE NETEJADOR/A LABORAL TEMPORAL.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JUSTIFICACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Llei 31/2022, de 23 de desembre, de Pressuposts Generals de l'Estat per a l'any 2023, estableix al seu art. 20.CINC "1. La contractació de personal laboral, així com els nomenaments de personal funcionari i estatutari hauran de realitzar-se amb caràcter fix, indefinit o permanent, segons sigui procedent. No es podrà contractar personal temporal, ni realitzar nomenaments de personal estatutari temporal i de personal funcionari interí excepte en casos excepcionals i per a cobrir necessitats urgents i inajornables, en els supòsits i d'acord amb les modalitats previstes pel text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, en la seva redacció donada per Reial decret llei 32/2021, de 28 de desembre, el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic, en la seva redacció donada per la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, així com en la resta de normativa aplicable"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La urgència i necessitat de crear aquest borsí per a futures contractacions temporals ve motivada perquè l'Ajuntament d'Esporles no disposa de borsí per cobrir places De NETEJADOR/A en casos d'urgències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es necessari realitzar un procés selectiu àgil i urgent per crear un borsí de personal de neteja amb el que poder cobrir totes aquelles situacions que puguin subvenir per necessitats del servei, com ara necessitats urgents derivades de l'augment de la demanda puntual, baixes laborals, paternitats/maternitats, vacances que puguin produir-se a la plantilla de l'Ajuntament i altres necessitats urgents i inajornables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per tot allò exposat, la necessitat de crear un borsí per donar cobertura a aquelles situacions que es puguin donar de substitució o reforç, recollides al TREBEP i a l'ET, estan dins els supòsit d'excepcionalitat que recull l'art. 20.CINC de la Llei 31/2022, de 23 de desembre, de Pressuposts Generals de l'Estat per a l'any 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la creació, pel procediment de CONCURS, d'una &lt;strong&gt;borsa de treball de NETEJADOR/A&lt;/strong&gt; en règim de personal laboral, de caràcter temporal per cobrir en règim d'interinitat aquelles necessitats que puguin sorgir previstes al TREBEP i a l'ET.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La present convocatòria es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis, a la pàgina web d'aquest Ajuntament, i al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGONA.- REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per prendre part a la convocatòria es requereix els següents requisits generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola sense perjudici del que estableix l'article 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Tenir 16 anys complits i no excedir, en el seu cas, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa, el dia de la finalització del termini d'admissió de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Posseir la capacitat funcional pel desenvolupament de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de les administracions Públiques ni trobar-se inhabilitat per a l'exercici de funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;I els següents requisits específics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) El pagament de la taxa de 6,00€ de participació a processos selectius publicada al Boib núm. 147 de data 2 de desembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'import s'haurà de fer efectiu al número de compte següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Acreditar el requisit de coneixement de la llengua catalana, nivell A2, de conformitat amb l'article 5 del Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, que regula l'exigència de coneixements de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció publica a l'ocupació de llocs de treball que es convoquin en l'àmbit de l'administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, mitjançant l'aportació dins el termini per presentar sol·licituds del títol o certificat oficial corresponent, expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Publica o homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística que acrediti posseir el nivell A2 de coneixements de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Realització de la prova:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones aspirants que&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;no puguin acreditar&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;el coneixement de la llengua mitjançant la documentació corresponent, hauran de realitzar una&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;prova específica de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Descripció:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aquesta prova avaluarà el domini de l'expressió escrita i oral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualificació:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;El resultat de la prova serà d'apte" o "no apte". Les persones qualificades com a "no aptes" quedaran excloses del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Abans de prendre possessió de la plaça, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni realitza cap activitat al sector públic delimitat per l'art. 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals, per tal que la corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat. Abans de la signatura del contracte la persona interessada ha de fer constar que no realitza cap altre activitat en cap lloc del sector públic i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. En cas de realitzar alguna activitat privada ha de declara-la en el termini de deu dies naturals següents a la signatura del contracte, perquè la Corporació pugui adoptar l'acord de declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA.- FUNCIONS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Seran les pròpies de la titulació, en els termes previstos a la RLT publicada al boib 33 de data 15/03/2018, fitxa 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUARTA.- PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les sol·licituds per participar seran presentades al Registre General d'aquest Ajuntament, en el termini de deu &lt;strong&gt;(10) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al BOIB. Es publicarà també en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament (www.ajesporles.net) i al tauler d'anuncis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les instàncies es podran presentar també en la forma que indica l'article 66 de la Llei 39/2015 de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per ésser admesos i prendre part en el procés selectiu de la borsa de treball requerirà que els aspirants manifestin a la instància que reuneixen totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides a la base segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els aspirants hauran d'acompanyar a la seva instància (annex 1):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Copia del certificat que acrediti el coneixement de la llengua catalana, nivell A2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Justificant pagament de la taxa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Justificants dels mèrits a avaluar a la fase de concurs. (Els mèrits adduïts i no justificats pels aspirants en la forma indicada, no seran valorats).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUENA.- ADMISSIÓ DELS ASPIRANTS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'autoritat convocant dictarà resolució en el termini màxim de deu &lt;strong&gt;(10) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; aprovant la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tot allò es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, atorgant-se, d'acord amb l'article 68 de la dita Llei 39/2015, un termini de cinc &lt;strong&gt;(5) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, per poder esmenar el defecte que hagi motivat l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A la mateixa resolució s'efectuarà el nomenament dels membres del tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les reclamacions seran acceptades o rebutjades per resolució de la Batlia a la qual s'aprovi la llista definitiva, i es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament d'Esporles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si no hi ha reclamacions, la llista provisional es considerarà elevada a definitiva el dia següent al de la finalització del termini per reclamar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISENA.- TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador estarà constituït de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Vocals; Tres treballador personal laboral de l'Ajuntament d'Esporles o funcionaris de igual o superior categoria..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Secretari; la Secretària de la corporació o un/a funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament d'Esporles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Suplents: Per cada un dels membres del Tribunal podran designar-se suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Tribunal podrà designar els assessors que estimi convenients, que hauran de fer-se públics amb anterioritat a les proves en que participin i que podran actuar amb veu, però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència del president, del secretari i de la meitat, al menys, dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'abstenció i recusació dels membres del Tribunal en substanciarà d'acord amb el que disposes els art.23 i 24 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els membres del tribunal són personalment responsables del compliment de les bases de la convocatòria i dels terminis. Els dubtes o les reclamacions que es puguin donar amb la interpretació de l'aplicació de les bases de la present convocatòria, així com el que s'ha de fer en els casos no previst dins les bases, seran resoltes pel Tribunal, per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETENA.- PROCÉS DE SELECCIÓ:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Concurs, puntuació 40 punts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els mèrits que es valoraran a la fase de concurs, i que vindran referits a la data de termini de presentació d'instàncies, s'hauran de presentar juntament amb la sol·licitud per poder participar al procés selectiu i adjuntant model d'autobaremació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els mèrits a valorar seran els que es relacionen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experiència professional (18 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.- Serveis prestats a l'administració pública desenvolupant funcions o tasques anàlogues a la plaça que s'ofereix: 0,10 punts per mes complet, fins un màxim de 12 punts. En cas de contractes a temps parcial, la puntuació es prorratejarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.- Serveis prestats a persones, empreses, o fundacions privades desenvolupant funcions o tasques anàlogues a la plaça que s'ofereix: 0,05 punts per mes complet, fins un màxim de 6 punts. En cas de contractes a temps parcial, la puntuació es prorratejarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per poder valorar els mesos de feina s'haurà d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació del certificat de serveis prestats en el cas de l'experiència a l'administració pública ; i per a l'experiència en el sector privat s'haurà d'adjuntar la vida laboral i contracte de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Formació reglada (2 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.- Graduat en Educació Secundaria o equivalent: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.- Batxillerat, FP mitjà, FP superior, estudis de grau o equivalent: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Formació no reglada (10 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada amb una puntuació màxima de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament sobre matèria relacionada amb les tasques pròpies del lloc de feina o normativa pròpia de l'Administració Pública impartits per centres oficials, administracions públiques i centres de formació contínua de les administracions, i de funcionament de l'administració pública i similars directament relacionats amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball convocat. Es valorarà de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;0,05 punts per cada hora d'aprofitament certificada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;0,025 punts per cada hora d'assistència certificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;S'haurà d'acreditar amb certificat compulsat del títol d'assistència o aprofitament expedit pel centre o institució que hagi impartit el curs, amb indicació de les matèries tractades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cursos de formació transversals (5 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es valoraran els cursos relacionats amb les següents matèries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.- Cursos d'igualtat de gènere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.- Cursos de prevenció de riscs laborals Es valorarà de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;0,05 punts per cada hora d'aprofitament certificada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;0,025 punts per cada hora d'assistència certificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;S'haurà d'acreditar amb certificat compulsat del títol d'assistència o aprofitament expedit pel centre o institució que hagi impartit el curs, amb indicació de les matèries tractades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coneixement superior de llengua catalana (5 punts)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es valorarà el nivell de català per damunt del requerit per a la plaça, fins a un màxim de 5 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Nivell B1 o equivalent: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Nivell B2 o equivalent: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Nivell C1 o equivalent: 4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Nivell C2 o equivalent: 5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No es podran acumular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;S'haurà d'acreditar mitjançant documentació a presentar juntament amb la instància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITENA.- QUALIFICACIÓ I ORDRE DE CLASSIFICACIÓ DEFINITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La qualificació s'exposarà al tauler d'anuncis de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'ordre de classificació dels aspirants s'establirà en funció de la qualificació obtinguda; s'ordenaran de major a menor puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas d'empat, l'ordre es fixarà tenint en compte les millors puntuacions obtingudes a l'experiència professional. Si persisteix es resoldrà mitjançant sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA.- LLISTA D'APROVATS, PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTS I FORMALITZACIÓ DEL CONTRACTE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Acabada la qualificació, el Tribunal publicarà la relació d'aprovats al Tauló d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament en ordre de major a menor puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el moment de fer ús d'aquesta borsa de treball, l'aspirant al qui es dirigeixi una oferta de treball haurà de presentar al Registre General de l'Ajuntament, dins el &lt;strong&gt;cinc (5) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; següents a l'oferiment del lloc de feina, els documents acreditatius de reunir les condicions establertes. L'aspirant que en el termini fixat, exceptuant els casos de força major, no presenti la documentació o si es comprova que no compleix els requisits establerts a la base segona, o rebutja una oferta, no podran ésser contractats i seran anul·lades les seves actuacions, sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en que hagi recaigut per falsedat a la seva instància. En el seu lloc es contractarà la persona que, havent superat totes les proves selectives, hi figuri amb major puntuació a les llistes de qualificacions donades pel Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La borsa té una durada de &lt;strong&gt;tres (3) anys&lt;/strong&gt;, llevat que quedi obsolet o sense aspirants als qui es pugui dirigir una oferta de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESENA.- GESTIÓ DE LA BORSA:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el moment de fer ús de la borsa l'Ajuntament es comunicarà telefònicament amb els candidats fins a tres vegades i seguint l'ordre establert al termini del procés de provisió d'aquesta borsa. Si no s'ha pogut contactar amb aquesta persona es cridarà al següent candidat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas de que un aspirant rebutgi una oferta de l'Ajuntament no perdrà el seu ordre de prelació en el llistat sempre que presenti l'escrit de renúncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La renúncia al lloc de feina ofert, així com la no presentació de la documentació prevista en les presents Bases, suposarà la renuncia i exclusió de la borsa, exceptuant les següents situacions que s'hauran d'acreditar per l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es mantindrà l'ordre de la borsa de treball als aspirants que, en el moment de ser cridats, es trobin en alguna de les següents situacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Incapacitat temporal, incloent-se també la situació de suspensió de contracte per risc en l'embaràs. En aquest supòsit l'informe de baixa o certificat mèdic haurà de ser anterior a la data de la crida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Maternitat o paternitat, tant per naturalesa com per adopció o acolliment, durant aquest període, es produirà la suspensió temporal de la permanència a la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Raons de força major, apreciades per l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Trobar-se en el moment de la crida en servei actiu en qualsevol administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La justificació d'aquests casos s'haurà d'entregar en el termini concedit per presentar la documentació abans indicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Quan un mateix aspirant hagi rebutjat fins a tres vegades una oferta en el termini de sis mesos, en quedarà exclòs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ONZENA.- INCIDÈNCIES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris pel bon ordre del procés selectiu en tot el que no estigui previst en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les presents bases i convocatòries podrà ser impugnades de conformitat amb l'establert a la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra la convocatòria i les bases, que esgoten la via administrativa, es podrà interposar pels interessats recurs de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant la Presidència, previ al contencions-administratiu, tal i com estableix l'article 46 de la llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, Reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciós- administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De la mateixa manera, la jurisdicció competent per resoldre les controvèrsies en relació amb els efectes i resolució del contracte laboral serà la Jurisdicció Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOTZENA. FALTA ASPIRANTS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el cas de que abans dels tres anys de durada de la borsa l'Ajuntament tengui la necessitat de cobrir temporalment una plaça i no disposi de candidats, el batle podrà autoritzar per decret obrir un període excepcional de presentació de sol·licituds amb els mateixos requisits d'aquestes bases i publicar-ho únicament al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament d'Esporles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les noves persones admeses s'incorporaran a la borsa per ordre de puntuació però sempre a partir de la darrera persona admesa a la borsa original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
