    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Decret 68/2012, de 27 de juliol, pel qual es regula el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), estableix a l'article 15 la competència per ordenar la inserció d'edictes al BOIB i, al punt 4, especifica que les institucions o ens públics no esmentats en els tres primers punts han d'acreditar els òrgans i les persones que, d'acord amb la seva normativa específica, estan facultats per ordenar o sol·licitar la inserció de textos al BOIB. Si no hi ha acreditació específica, cal entendre que en correspon a qui exerceixi la representació de l'òrgan, l'ens o la institució de què emana el text.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;D'altra banda, segons l'article 27 dels Estatuts de la Fundació, el director gerent de la Fundació és la persona competent per desenvolupar la política de personal aprovada pel Patronat i, amb aquesta finalitat, seleccionar el personal, subscriure o rescindir els contractes, executar els acords del Patronat en matèria de retribucions, acordar les sancions, exercir la direcció superior del personal al servei de la Fundació i mantenir les relacions amb els òrgans de representació de personal, a més de totes aquelles actuacions que en aquesta matèria li siguin encomanades, sens perjudici de les funcions que corresponen al president.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Fundació té encomanades, entre d'altres, la funció de gestionar mitjans i recursos al servei d'execució de programes de recerca clínica, bàsica i aplicada, el desenvolupament tecnològic i la innovació al camp de la salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per poder dur a terme aquestes funcions, la Fundació necessita efectuar la incorporació d'un investigador o investigadora postdoctorals per al programa FOLIUM del projecte GREAT IdISBa: Generate Research Excellence and Advanced Therapies in IdISBa» convocatoria finançada pel pla anual 2023 de l'Impost de Turisme Sostenible (ITS2023-121 GREAT).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El projecte “GREAT IdISBa: Generated Research Excellence and Advanced Therapies in IdISBa” té com a objectiu establir programes de captació de talent investigador que impulsi la contractació a la Fundació Institut de Recerca Sanitària Illes Balears (IdISBa), en règim de concurrència competitiva, de personal investigador i de suport a la investigació que puguin contribuir a la inversió, investigació i innovació en la producció de resultats en salut a la Fundació IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'article 23.2 de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableix els criteris que han de seguir els ens públics de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma en la contractació de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els articles 17 i 18 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposen que s'han d'aplicar els principis d'igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat en les contractacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Decret 17/2019, de 15 de març, pel qual s'aprova l'Estatut del personal investigador laboral al servei dels instituts de recerca sanitària de les Illes Balears, estableix el règim jurídic del personal investigador dels instituts de recerca sanitària de les Illes Balears integrats al sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La introducció del contracte indefinit d'activitats cientificotècniques per mitjà del Reial decret llei 8/2022, de 5 d'abril, convalidat per la Llei 17/2022, de 5 de setembre, de reforma de la llei de la ciència, té entre els seus objectius, millorar l'estabilitat laboral del personal investigador, tècnic o de gestió de projectes de recerca i és la modalitat que proposem per a la contractació del personal que resulti adjudicatari d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tot i que l'article 20.1 de la Llei de la ciència recull de manera expressa una remissió general per a totes les modalitats de contracte de treball del personal investigador, en què s'inclou el contracte d'activitats cientificotècniques –ET i les seves normes de desenvolupament, convenis col·lectius aplicables, i si escau l'EBEP–, considerem que la norma específica que cal aplicar és l'article 23 bis, i l'altra normativa referenciada actuarà com a norma supletòria aplicable en cada cas. En aquest efecte, l'IdISBa proposa, per al personal investigador que resulti adjudicatari, la formalització d'un contracte d'activitats cientificotècniques que regula l'article 23 bis de la llei de la ciència, l'objecte de la qual és «la realització d'activitats vinculades a línies de recerca o de serveis cientificotècnics, incloent-hi la gestió cientificotècnica d'aquestes línies que es defineixen com un conjunt de coneixements, inquietuds, productes i projectes construïts de manera sistemàtica al voltant d'un eix temàtic on conflueixin activitats realitzades per un o més grups de recerca, i en requerirà el desenvolupament seguint les pautes metodològiques adequades en forma de projectes d'R+D+i».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'apartat segon B de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 23 de febrer de 2007, de modificació de l'àmbit d'aplicació i de determinació de l'abast de control del punt 5 de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 de desembre de 1995, preveu la comptabilitat i la rendició de comptes de les empreses públiques de la comunitat autònoma, pel que fa a la selecció de personal dels ens públics de la comunitat autònoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per tot això, i en l'exercici de les competències que m'atribueix l'article 28.1 i dels Estatuts fundacionals vigents,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El procés per a la contractació d' un investigador o investigadora postdoctoral per al programa FOLIUM del projecte «GREAT IdISBa: Generate Research Excellence and Advanced Therapies in IdISBa», per a la línia de recerca «Sensors basats en la nanotecnologia per a la detecció de biomarcadors diagnòstics d'infecció» de la Fundació Institut d'Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears amb els requisits, les característiques i els criteris de selecció següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I.&amp;nbsp;Requisits de la plaça&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisits de la persona candidata&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Estar en possessió del títol de grau en Biologia, Biomedicina, Biotecnologia, Bioenginyeria, Bioquímica o afins de l'àmbit de la salut/biologia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Haver obtingut el títol de doctor o doctora a l'àmbit de la Biomedicina, Biotecnologia, Bioenginyeria o similar a partir de l'1 de gener de 2021&lt;sup&gt;&lt;em&gt;1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, o una altra nacionalitat en els casos en què l'article 57 del TREBEP permeti l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Posseir la capacitat funcional per a l'exercici de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tenir complits setze anys i no excedir l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No haver patit un acomiadament per mitjà d'un expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni estar en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a llocs o càrrecs públics per mitjà d'una resolució judicial. En cas de ser ciutadà o ciutadana d'un altre estat, no estar en inhabilitació o en una situació equivalent, ni haver rebut cap sanció disciplinària o equivalent que li impedeixi accedir a l'ocupació pública en el seu estat i en els mateixos termes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Emplenar el formulari d'inscripció (&lt;strong&gt;annex 2&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Emplenar el formulari d'autoavaluació (&lt;strong&gt;annex 3&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No es valoren els CV de les persones que no compleixin els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'incompliment d'alguna de les normes descrites més amunt suposarà l'exclusió del procés selectiu de la persona candidata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;1&lt;/sup&gt;&amp;nbsp;En la comptabilització del termini indicat s'exclouen les interrupcions degudes als motius següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1r Períodes de descans derivats de maternitat o paternitat gaudits d'acord amb les situacions protegides que recull el Règim General de la Seguretat Social. S'aplica una ampliació d'un any per cada fill.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2n Malaltia o accident greus de la persona sol·licitant, amb baixa mèdica igual o superior a tres mesos. S'aplica una ampliació d'un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3r Atenció a persones en situació de dependència, d'acord amb el que recull la Llei 39/2006, de 14 de desembre, de promoció de l'autonomia personal i atenció a les persones en situació de dependència, per un període mínim de tres mesos. S'aplica una ampliació d'un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquests períodes dinterrupció s'indicaran i acreditaran en el moment de presentar la sol· licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. Funcions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Desenvolupar programes de recerca propis de la seva àrea i incorporar-se al grup de recerca de l'IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Potenciar les línies de recerca existents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les sol·licituds es poden presentar al registre físic de la Fundació Institut de Recerca Sanitària Illes Balears o mitjançant el correu electrònic&lt;sup&gt;&lt;em&gt;2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/sup&gt;de la Unitat de Recursos Humans: idisba.convocatorias@idisba.es. Cal indicar el codi d'expedient «FOLIUM-2023-GTERi» a l'assumpte del correu electrònic. Les sol·licituds presentades per qualsevol altre mitjà, correu o format no es consideren presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El termini de recepció de sol·licituds és de 15 dies hàbils des de l'endemà de la data de publicació de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i documentació relativa als requisits per participar en el procediment de selecció, es publicarà una resolució, a la pàgina web de la Fundació, mitjançant la qual s'aprovarà la llista provisional de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, amb la indicació de les causes d'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Casos d'exclusió: &lt;/strong&gt;presentar la sol·licitud fora de termini; no reunir els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses o omeses disposen d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució provisional, per esmenar els defectes o adjuntar la documentació que sigui preceptiva. En cas de no esmenar o adjuntar la documentació indicada, s'entendrà que desisteixen de la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Finalitzat el termini indicat al paràgraf anterior, es dictarà una resolució mitjançant la qual s'aprovarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses del procés selectiu, juntament amb la baremació provisional. Les persones aspirants disposen d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista definitiva d'admesos, per esmenar els defectes de baremació o adjuntar la documentació que sigui preceptiva. No és esmenable informació publicada anteriorment (hagi estat prèviament esmenada o no) si no hi ha hagut canvis o correccions per part del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Després de la publicació, s'assignarà dia i hora de l'entrevista de manera individual a totes les candidatures presentades incloses. La persona candidata ha de confirmar la seva participació a l'entrevista perquè li sigui adjudicada una hora concreta. En cas que l'entrevista es faci virtualment, la documentació original ha de presentar-se quan així ho sol·liciti la Unitat de Recursos Humans de l'IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A l'IdISBa hi ha una reserva del 7% dels llocs de treball per a persones amb discapacitat, d'acord amb el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, del 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'EBEP. No obstant això, aquesta plaça no està reservada a aquest efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VI. Modalitat de contractació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contracte indefinit d'acord amb l'article 23 bis de la llei de la ciència, al programa «GREAT IdISBa: Generate Research Excellence and Advanced Therapies in IdISBa»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els contractes finançats amb càrrec a les ajudes objecte d'aquesta convocatòria segueixen les regles de compatibilitats vigents a l'IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Remuneració&lt;/strong&gt;: 35 164,42 euros bruts anuals en 12 pagues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El contracte disposa d'una borsa de màxim 2 000 € per realitzar accions de mobilitat, enteses com a estades de mínim de tres mesos en centres de recerca nacionals o internacionals de prestigi reconegut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VII. Acreditació dels requisits i mèrits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Presentació d'un CVA (1 de gener del 2021 fins a la data de tancament de la present convocatòria)&lt;sup&gt;&lt;em&gt;3&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;S'ha de presentar en format electrònic PDF, generat d'una de les formes següents: i) de forma automàtica des de l'editor CVN o ii) des de qualsevol institució certificada a la norma currículum vitae normalitzat (CVN) de la FECYT que ofereixi el servei CVA. Experiència professional: mitjançant certificat signat per la persona responsable de l'entitat on s'han presentat els serveis, amb especificació del temps d'experiència en els àmbits valorables en aquesta convocatòria. No es valoren els mèrits que no s'hagin referenciats degudament a l'Annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La documentació acreditativa de tots els mèrits s'ha de presentar juntament amb la sol·licitud. En cas de presentar inicialment còpies no confrontades, s'ha de presentar a l'entrevista la documentació original acreditativa de tots els mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt; En la comptabilització del termini indicat s'exclouen les interrupcions degudes als motius següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

S'aplica una ampliació d'un any per cada fill.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2n Malaltia o accident greus de la persona sol·licitant, amb baixa mèdica igual o superior a tres mesos. S'aplica una ampliació d'un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3r Atenció a persones en situació de dependència, d'acord amb el que recull la Llei 39/2006, de 14 de desembre, de promoció de l'autonomia personal i atenció a les persones en situació de dependència, per un període mínim de tres mesos. S'aplica una ampliació d'un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En el cas de mobilitat nacional a Espanya, aquesta ha de suposar no sols un canvi de centre sinó també mobilitat entre diferents comunitats autònomes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Estades breus o contractes laborals postdoctorals de 3-6 mesos en el cas de mobilitat internacional o 6-12 mesos per a mobilitat nacional (6 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Estades significatives o contractes laborals postdoctorals de 6-12 mesos en cas de mobilitat internacional o més d'1 any en cas de suposar mobilitat nacional (12 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Estades d´excel·lència a l'estranger o contractes laborals postdoctorals de més d'1 any que suposin mobilitat internacional (25 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas d'haver realitzat la tesi doctoral en un centre fora del territori nacional, si l'activitat postdoctoral es realitza en un centre diferent del de la tesi, i sempre suposant el trasllat com a mínim a una altra ciutat, es considera mobilitat nacional a criteris de puntuació, sempre sota avaluació de direcció científica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Doctorat amb menció internacional o realitzat a un centre estranger (5 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Activitats divulgatives a la societat organitzades per institucions científiques (0.5 punts per participació; 2.5 punts màx.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

S'aplica una ampliació d'un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;X. Empat de candidatures&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el procés d'entrevista personal, el tribunal qualificador elaborarà una acta final del procés de selecció, en què constarà la llista de persones seleccionades, que seran les que tinguin una major puntuació sobre la base dels resultats de la valoració dels mèrits acreditats i l'entrevista personal. Després d'aquest procés, es publicarà una resolució provisional de la convocatòria a la pàgina web de la Fundació, mitjançant la qual s'aprovarà la llista provisional del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposen d'un termini de &lt;strong&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista provisional per a esmenes. Després d'aquest termini, es publicarà la resolució definitiva de la convocatòria. L'entitat es posarà en contacte amb les persones&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;seleccionades per comunicar-los la resolució del procés de selecció. En cas de renúncia de la persona aspirant, se segueix l'ordre de puntuació obtingut per la resta d'aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Als treballs publicats com a conseqüència de l'activitat desenvolupada, s'ha de fer constar el finançament pel pla anual 2023 de l'Impost del Turisme Sostenible i la gestió de la beca per l'IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
