&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;RESOLC FORMULAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;L'informe d'impacte ambiental del projecte d'una captació d'aigües subterrànies per reguiu al polígon 27, parcel·la 165 de Santa Eulària des Riu.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Determinació de subjecció a avaluació ambiental i tramitació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Segons s'estableix a l'article 7.2.a) de la Llei 21/2013 són objecte d'una avaluació d'impacte ambiental simplificada els projectes compresos a l'annex II d'aquesta llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tenint en compte el RD 445/2023, de 13 de juny de 2023, que modifica els annexos I, II i III de la Llei 21/2013, l'activitat projectada s'inclou a l'Annex 2, Grup 3 (perforacions, dragats i altres instal·lacions mineres i industrials) lletra a): &lt;em&gt;3º Perforacions per a l'abastiment d'aigua.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per tant, aquest projecte ha de seguir la tramitació ambiental com a Avaluació d'Impacte Ambiental Simplificada establerta al capítol II secció 2ª de la Llei 21/2013; també s'ha de complir el Decret legislatiu 1/2020, de 28 d'agost, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei d'Avaluació Ambiental de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Descripció del projecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El propòsit del projecte és fer un sondeig per la captació d'aigües i destinar-les al reguiu en el polígon 27, parcel·la 165, del T.M. de Santa Eulària des Riu (Eivissa). La referència cadastral de la parcel·la és 07054A02700165, i té una superfície total de 18.108 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La justificació de la necessitat del sondeig és tenir aigua per recuperar un cultiu, actualment abandonat i envaït per vegetació forestal i massa herbàcia, i realitzar una reconversió agrària intensiva en règim de reguiu introduint un cultiu de cítrics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El punt escollit per fer la perforació es troba a les coordenades UTM-ETRS89: x = 361300, y = 4317159, Z= 107,3 m.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Segons s'indica en el projecte, el sondeig es farà per roto-percussió &lt;strong&gt;a una fondària màxima de 146 metres&lt;/strong&gt;. La perforació es farà sense recuperació del testimoni, i es cimentaran mínim de 40 m, contats des de la boca del sondeig. Posteriorment s'entubarà en la seva totalitat fent servir una canonada cega, a excepció de la zona del aqüífer, que es farà amb canonada ranurada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Una vegada efectuada la perforació, l'entorn immediat del sondeig es pavimentarà amb una llosa de formigó de 50 cm de costat, amb aboca aigües cap a l'exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Finalitzat el sondeig, fins que s'instal·li la bomba d'extracció, es cobrirà amb una tapa metàl·lica sense apertures laterals o superiors per impedir l'accés al sondeig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Quan la bomba estigui instal·lada (a una fondària màxima de 107 m), es col·locarà un tub piezomètric, un comptador volumètric i una aixeta de pressa de mostres a la sortida del sondeig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El promotor dona les següents característiques d'extracció amb la bomba per reg:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cabdal màxim instantani d'extracció de la bomba de 1 l/s.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Volum anual màxim de 3.495,8 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Ús: reguiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Profunditat màxima del sondeig: 146 m.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Longitud de cimentació: mínima de 50 cm.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Una vegada estabilitzades les instal·lacions del sondeig, es contempla en el projecte la desinfecció de l'aigua, fent servir un producte adequat i d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 8, punt 2.3.3, del Pla Hidrològic de les Illes Balears (PHIB) en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si el sondeig fos negatiu (no es trobés aigua) o amb aigua salinitzada, el projecte recull el procediment de segellat per a evitar accidents i possibles contaminacions de l'aqüífer per vessament de contaminants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'esquema del procediment de clausura del pou per part del promotor és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Tall i apertura de la canonada en cas de que el sondeig estigués entubat mitjançant talls o perforacions longitudinals (aproximadament 10 cm oberts cada 40 cm de canonada).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Emplenar el pou amb pedres i roques a fi de taponar la perforació, i omplir els espais entre el material inert amb formigó fins anivellar el terreny al seu estat previ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El termini estimat d'execució dels treballs de perforació i entubat per sondeig és de 2 a 5 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Segons els càlculs que consten en el projecte, el pressupost total, incloent les mesures adoptades per a evitar, reduir, corregir i compensar els possibles efectes ambientals, serà de 6.025 €. Es desglossa aquest pressupost en els següents conceptes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cost de la cimentació del sondeig: si es a 40 metres: 5.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cost de la realització de la obra de la boca del sondeig: 850 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cost d'un sac de sepiolita: 25 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cost del tancament del sondeig antes de la instal·lació de la bomba: 150€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A la memòria del projecte s'adjunta un annex amb la resolució del Consell Insular d'Eivissa on figura l'entitat Barma Ibiza S.L. com titular d'explotació agrària preferent en el Registre Insular Agrari d'Eivissa (RIA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Resum del document ambiental&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Anàlisis de les alternatives avaluades&lt;/strong&gt; en el projecte:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Alternativa 0:&lt;/strong&gt; no fer el sondeig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Segons la valoració del promotor, si no es disposa d'una xarxa de reg a la finca, s'hauria de contractar camions cubeta per transportar l'aigua. Això suposaria el moviment periòdic de vehicles, amb el conseqüent increment d'emissió de gases d'efecte hivernacle. També justifica que les aigües d'aportació mitjançant camions cubeta provindrien d'altres sondeigs ubicats en la mateixa aigua subterrània, el què suposaria un con de depressió amb risc de major salinització de la massa de l'aigua i la creació de nous aljubs per contenir-la. A part, explica que durant els mesos d'estiu hi ha molta demanda d'aigua i els camions cubeta no poden subministrar-la degut a la pressió turística i a l'increment de les necessitats hídriques de la vegetació en períodes de major sequera. Contempla l'opció de recollir aigua de pluja però, considera que aquesta aportació hídrica seria insuficient pel cultiu de cítrics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Alternativa 1:&lt;/strong&gt; fer el sondeig en una altra ubicació. Segons el promotor, aquesta alternativa implicaria una eliminació més acusada de la vegetació a fi de fer rasses de canalització de canonades que arribin a la zona de reg o l'aljub si fos el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Alternativa 2 (escollida pel promotor):&lt;/strong&gt; Segons el promotor, l'elecció del punt de sondeig està feta en base a les següents consideracions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Possibilitat de trobar aigua durant la perforació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Reducció de l'eliminació de vegetació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Minvar les molèsties a la fauna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Millor opció per poder accedir la maquinària al lloc d'actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Reducció d'emissions de gasos d'efecte hivernacle al evitar el trànsit de camions cubeta transportadors de l'aigua de subministrament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;D'aquesta manera s'evita haver de construir més aljubs i fer rasses de conducció d'aigua de reg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El document del projecte, seguint les consideracions descrites a l'Annex 8 de &lt;em&gt;«Condicions tècniques per a l'execució, equipament i clausura de sondejos i pous»&lt;/em&gt; del PHIB, contempla les següents fases i plateja algunes mesures correctores per pal·liar-los:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Durant la fase de construcció &lt;/strong&gt;es preveuen els següents impactes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Possible eliminació de vegetació per a l'accés de les màquines (només en cas necessari).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Neteja de la zona en la què s'instal·larà la perforadora, el compressor i el camió dels materials de perforació. Aquesta fase ocuparà una superfície d'uns 60 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Generació de renou durant la perforació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Generació de vibracions durant la perforació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Utilització d'escumats durant les tasques de perforació; els escumats seran biodegradables (el promotor adjunta una fitxa tècnica en l'apartat d'annexos dl documento).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Generació de detritus i llots de perforació inerts. El promotor indica que una vegada secs es retolaran per la seva utilització &lt;em&gt;in situ&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Emissió de gasos d'efecte hivernacle durant la perforació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Impacte visual de la màquina durant la perforació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Eventual vessament de greixos i olis per avaria de la maquinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Durant l'execució del sondeig, hi ha risc de contaminació de l'aigua de l'aqüífer per substàncies químiques, com vessaments de combustibles de les màquines perforadores o d'altres contaminants que puguin infiltrar-se a les capes del sòl. La superfície afectada per l'execució de les obres serà de 60 m&lt;sup&gt;2 &lt;/sup&gt;per les feines de perforació (instal·lació de la perforadora, el compressor i el camió de materials).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Durant la fase d'explotació el promotor exposa els següents riscos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Contaminació a través de la boca del sondeig de l'aigua subterrània per vessaments incontrolats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Explotació per damunt dels paràmetres permissibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Utilització d'energia elèctrica per el funcionament de la bomba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Durant la fase d'abandonament &lt;/strong&gt;es contemplen les següents possibles afeccions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Contaminació a través de la boca del sondeig de l'aigua subterrània per vessaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Perill de caiguda de persones o animals per la boca del sondeig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Molèsties per renou en les tasques d'abandonament del sondeig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Les possibles afeccions ambientals&lt;/strong&gt; analitzats al projecte són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Sobre la població, només es produiria la molèstia per renou els dies que es fa el sondeig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Sobre la vegetació haurà eliminació de les espècies vegetals en l'àrea de treball (20 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;) per a la instal·lació dels materials que s'extrauen i els materials inerts (pedres i roques). El promotor indica que aquest material es farà servir per omplir el sondeig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El promotor esmenta que hi ha risc potencial de contaminació d'aqüífers per vessament incontrolat de substàncies contaminants en les fases de la construcció, funcionament i possible abandonament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el projecte es proposen les següents mesures reductores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1) Per evitar la contaminació del aqüífer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cimentació de l'espai anul·lar entre l'entubat i les parets del sondeig en la longitud programada de 40 metres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Pavimentació amb una llosa de formigó de 50 cm de longitud amb aboca aigües cap a l'exterior i amb un grossor mínim de 15 cm damunt la cota i 30 cm davall la cota del terreny.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Allunyament dels focus contaminants, especialment els hidrocarburs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3 Disposar d'un bidó per a la retirada de draps i de sacs de sepiolita per l'absorció de terra amb olis o greixos en cas d'avaries de la maquinària, així com gestionar els residus amb un gestor autoritzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2) Per minimitzar les emissions de CO&lt;sub&gt;2&lt;/sub&gt; a l'atmosfera, el compressor comptarà amb les revisions i manteniments periòdics indicats pel fabricant a fi d'evitar major consum del necessari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3) Per evitar les molèsties al veïnat i la fauna degut al renou i vibracions de la maquinària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es limitaran les feines a l'horari diürn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es mantindrà la maquinària en òptimes condicions (revisions periòdiques i manteniment).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4) Una vegada finalitzada l'obra, el perforista haurà de tancar la boca de sondeig per a evitar l'accés al mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Seguiment:&lt;/strong&gt; El promotor indica que es farà amb la direcció d'un director facultatiu, per fer el seguiment dels aqüífers, els nivells estàtics, la certificació de les normes tècniques del projecte, incloent la litologia perforada, tot d'acord amb el pla hidrològic de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Consultes a les Administracions públiques afectades i persones interessades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els òrgans competents i entitats consultades pel Servei d'Avaluació Ambiental (SAA) són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Servei d'Agricultura i Servei de Reforma i Desenvolupament Agrari de la Direcció General d'Agricultura, Ramaderia i Desenvolupament Rural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Servei de Protecció d'Espècies de la Direcció General de Medi Natural i Gestió Forestal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;GEN-GOB d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el moment de redactar l'informe es va rebre resposta dels següents òrgans consultats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. En data 14 de març de 2025 té entrada al SAA l'ofici de tramesa amb els informes tècnics de resposta del &lt;strong&gt;Servei de Gestió Forestal&lt;/strong&gt; de la Direcció General de Medi Natural i Gestió Forestal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El &lt;strong&gt;Servei de Gestió Forestal&lt;/strong&gt;, conclou el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«[...] &lt;strong&gt;Es recomana avaluar adequadament el motiu de sol·licitud del sondeig, ja que no existeix activitat agrícola en la zona actualment&lt;/strong&gt;.».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Exposa les següents consideracions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El sondeig planificat s'ubica sobre la massa d'aigua subterrània número 2006M1 denominada SANTA GERTRUDIS, considerada pel Pla Hidrològic de les Illes Balears actualment en vigor com en EN MAL ESTAT qualitativament (sobreexplotació).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. En la mateixa parcel·la existeix un expedient de Recuperació de Cultiu tramitat en 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Existeix un procediment de sol·licitud de sondeig paral·lel i simultani a la parcel·la contigua (parcel·la 93 del mateix polígon).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Durant la &lt;strong&gt;visita feta a la zona d'estudi es pot observar que la recuperació de cultiu declarada no es va realitzar&lt;/strong&gt;. Actualment, &lt;strong&gt;existeixen en la zona moviments de terres de gran magnitud i eliminació de vegetació forestal compatibles amb la construcció d'un habitatge.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Respecte al Risc d'incendis Forestals, en el cas d'autorització del sondeig, durant la realització de les obres caldrà complir el &lt;em&gt;Decret 125/2007, de 5 d'octubre, pel qual es dicten normes sobre l'ús del foc i es regula l'exercici de determinades activitats susceptibles d'incrementar el risc d'incendi forestal&lt;/em&gt;, especialment pel que fa a les mesures de prevenció durant l'època de perill d'incendi forestal i les accions conjunturals de prevenció (art. 8.2.c).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Referent a utilitzar maquinària i equips, en terreny forestal i àrees contigües de prevenció, el funcionament dels quals generi deflagració, espurnes o descàrregues elèctriques susceptibles de provocar incendis forestals, s'ha de tenir en compte el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'article 48.6.d de la Llei 43/2003, modificada pel RD 15/2022, que prohibeix l'ús d'aquestes màquines quan el risc d'incendis sigui molt alt o extrem (Alerta Foc 4). Es pot consultar a la pàgina &lt;strong&gt;alertafoc.caib.es &lt;/strong&gt;el nivell diari d'alerta per risc meteorològic d'incendi forestal vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les màquines que es facin servir a terrenys forestals, o a menys de 500 metres dels mateixos, s'utilitzaran extremant les precaucions en el seu ús i adequat manteniment (s'hi aplicaran mètodes de treball que evitin la provocació d'espurnes). El proveïment de benzina d'aquesta maquinària s'ha de realitzar a zones de seguretat aclarides de combustible vegetal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. En data 24 de març de 2025 &lt;strong&gt;la Direcció General d'Agricultura, Ramaderia i Desenvolupament Rural&lt;/strong&gt;, mitjançant el Servei de Reforma i Desenvolupament Agrari, envià un informe favorable des del punt de vista agrari, posant com a condicionant el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Abans s'haurà de recuperar per al conreu la zona de la parcel·la d'aproximadament 10.000 m2, per a la qual s'ha sol·licitat a la Conselleria de Medi Ambient i Territori la seva recuperació de cultiu de terrenys forestals de menys de 30 anys o superfícies abancalades.».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Elements significatius del projecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1- Segons la consulta feta en el visor IDEIB en data 10/10/2025, el sondeig projectat es troba sobre la massa d'aigua 2006M1 de Santa Gertrudis d'Eivissa, amb el codi ASS_22212_Sol·licitat-AAS_22212, amb les següents característiques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Distància mínima a la mar: 7.480 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Distància a la captació més propera: 259,8 m (CAS_333_Vigent-DI-__33769, d'ús de reguiu, en la finca “Racó des Fornet», polígon 2, parcel·la 48, de Santa Eulària des Riu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
	​​​​​​​&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A 288,2 m hi ha una altra captació d'ús domèstic (AAS_12411_Vigent-ASS_12411), coordenades UTM 31N: X: 361409, Y: 4316893.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2- Una vegada consultada la cartografia del visor IDEIB, es comprova que les característiques de les aigües subterrànies dins la zona prevista d'actuació són d'un &lt;strong&gt;estat quantitatiu dolent&lt;/strong&gt; (explotació &amp;gt; 100 %) i d'&lt;strong&gt;estat qualitatiu bo&lt;/strong&gt;. Entre les delimitacions que figuren en el Pla Hidrològic de les Illes Balears (articles 123.4 i 123.5) figura la prohibició de la seva explotació, excepte per reordenació existents, agricultura, geotèrmia i proveïment urbà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3- La zona projectada pel sondeig per ús de reguiu té la categoria de Sòl Rústic Comú (SRC forestal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquesta zona proposada per fer el sondeig corresponia antigament a un sistema de cultiu tradicional que en alguns sectors de la parcel·la es trobava en forma de bancals. Progressivament i per l'abandonament de les pràctiques agrícoles es va anant re-naturalitzant, sent ocupat per vegetació forestal amb peus arboris de pins i algunes savines, vegetació forestal arbustiva i vegetació baixa i herbàcia pròpia de sols esquelètics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4- L'àmbit del projecte no es troba afectat per cap zona definida en la &lt;em&gt;Llei 1/1991&lt;/em&gt;, de 30 de gener, &lt;em&gt;d'espais naturals de règim urbanístic de les àrees d'especial protecció de les Illes Balears (LEN). &lt;/em&gt;La parcel·la on es vol desenvolupar el sondeig no es troba afectada per cap espai de la Xarxa Natura 2000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El punt de sondeig projectat està ubicat dins la tessel·la IB1a_622, en un hàbitat d'Interès Comunitari 2022 amb qualitat alta, visitat i amb el següent codi:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6220*: Prats i erms mediterranis amb gramínies i anuals, basòfils (&lt;em&gt;Thero-Brachypodietea&lt;/em&gt;). Cobertura 10 %. Associació amb &lt;em&gt;Andropogonetum hirto-pubescentis&lt;/em&gt;, aliança amb &lt;em&gt;Hyparrhenion hirtae.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A la mateixa tessel·la hi ha 20.597 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; d'un hàbitat no prioritari d'alta qualitat, codi 5330 Matollars termomediterranis i predesèrtics, compost per: &lt;em&gt;Cneoro tricocci-Pistacietum lentisci &lt;/em&gt;(Associació &lt;em&gt;Cneoro tricocci-Pistacietum lentiscia&lt;/em&gt;, aliança amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Oleo sylvestris-Ceratonion siliquae).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5- Segons consulta feta en el visor Google Maps en data 13/10/2025, s'observa que justament al punt projectat per fer un sondeig de reg s'està fent una excavació per la construcció d'un habitatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6- &lt;strong&gt;Vulnerabilitat del projecte enfront del risc d'accident greu o catàstrofe:&lt;/strong&gt; el punt projectat per al nou sondeig es correspon amb un sector de la parcel·la que es troba catalogada com Zona de Risc Moderat de incendio i un altre sector com a de Risc Molt Alt d'incendi, segons la cartografia de Zones d'Alt Risc Forestals (ZAR) que figura en el IV Pla Forestal 2015-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7- &lt;strong&gt;Patrimoni cultural i històric&lt;/strong&gt;: en el visor IDEIB (consulta de dia 10/10/2025) es comprova que dins la parcel·la on es projecta el sondeig i que ara mostra una excavació per a la construcció d'un habitatge, hi ha tres marges de pedra. Aquest tres elements estan considerats com bens d'interès etnològic, construïts amb la tècnica de pedra en sec (considerada com a patrimoni cultural immaterial a la normativa europea). Actualment els marges estan colonitzats per vegetació forestal (principalment &lt;em&gt;Pinus halepensis)&lt;/em&gt; i vegetació herbàcia pròpia del bosc mediterrani.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Consideracions tècniques&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El punt escollit per fer la perforació es troba a les coordenades UTM31N-ETRS89: x = 361300, y = 4317159, a una profunditat màxima programada de perforació de 146 m.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. En el projecte no es recullen les feines de tala d'arbrat (majoritàriament pins) ni el desbrossament de la vegetació herbàcia per fer el sondeig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. No s'indiquen les instal·lacions de canonades de reg que partiran del pou cap a la zona d'explotació agrària ni les possibles rasses que s'haurien d'executar. Tampoc se defineixen les dotacions elèctriques que haurà de fer servir el sistema de reguiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. El promotor del projecte de sondeig no coincideix amb el titular de l'explotació. L'aprofitament agrari associat a l'aprofitament hídric ha d'estar vinculat a l'explotació agrària. Cal assenyalar que el promotor del projecte de sondeig és l'entitat Ecofinca Santa Amelia S.L., que no es correspon amb el titular de l'explotació agrària preferent (Barma Ibiza S.L) inscrita en el Registre Insular Agrari d'Eivissa (RIA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Segons la consulta feta en data 10/10/2025 del visor Google Earth, es comprova que dins la parcel·la hi ha moviment de terres amb excavació per la construcció de grans dimensions, possiblement d'un habitatge. Aquesta modificació d'ús de la parcel·la s'ha fet entre els anys 2024 i 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. El punt de sondeig projectat està ubicat dins la tessel·la: IB1a_622, en un hàbitat d'interès comunitari prioritari amb qualitat alta, visitat, el 6220* Prats i erms mediterranis amb gramínies i anuals, basòfils (&lt;em&gt;Thero-Brachypodietea&lt;/em&gt;), con una cobertura del 10 %. També hi ha l'hàbitat d'interès comunitari, con el codi 5330 Matollars termomediterranis i predesèrtics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. L'informe del Servei d'Agricultura, Ramaderia i Desenvolupament Rural considera que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Abans s'haurà de recuperar per al conreu la zona de la parcel·la d'aproximadament 10.000 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; per a la qual s'ha sol·licitat a la Conselleria de Medi Ambient i Territori la seva recuperació de cultiu de terrenys forestals de menys de 30 anys o superfícies abancalades.».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. L'informe del &lt;strong&gt;Servei de Gestió Forestal&lt;/strong&gt; recomana avaluar adequadament el motiu de sol·licitud del sondeig, ja que &lt;strong&gt;no existeix activitat agrícola en la zona actualment&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El tècnic de gestió forestal indica que al mateix polígon, en la parcel·la contigua (parcel·la 93) existeix un expedient de «Recuperació de Cultiu», tramitat en l'any 2023 (RC058-23), que encara no s'ha dut a terme i que, durant la visita feta recentment a la zona d'estudi es pot observar que la recuperació de cultiu declarada no es va realitzar. Fa constar que actualment, tant a la parcel·la objecte d'aquest informe com a la parcel·la veïnal núm 93 del mateix polígon, existeixen moviments de terres de gran magnitud i d'eliminació de vegetació forestal que evidencia la construcció d'un habitatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Ateses les consideracions tècniques i revisada la documentació facilitada pels òrgans competents i entitats consultades pel Servei d'Avaluació Ambiental (SAA), manca informació rellevant i actualitzada al document ambiental per tal de poder informar al respecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conclusions de l'informe d'impacte ambiental&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per tot l'exposat anteriorment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;No és possible dictar una resolució fonamentada sobre els possibles efectes adversos del projecte sobre el medi ambient, atès que no es disposa de suficients elements de judici, segons el que preveu l'art. 47, apartat 2, lletra &lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;, de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental i, per tant, s'ha de procedir a la finalització del procediment amb arxiu de l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Es publicarà el present informe d'impacte ambiental al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.3 de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;L'informe d'impacte ambiental no ha de ser objecte de cap recurs, sense perjudici dels que, si s'escau, siguin procedents en la via administrativa o judicial davant de l'acte, si s'escau, d'autorització del projecte, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.6 de la Llei 21/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. &lt;/strong&gt;Aquesta resolució s'emet sense perjudici de les competències urbanístiques, de gestió o territorials de les administracions competents i de les autoritzacions o informes necessaris per a l'aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
