&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 15 de desembre de 2025, la Comissió Negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu de l'empresa &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Diario de Ibiza &lt;/span&gt;acordà&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la modificació de determinats aspectes del Conveni Col·lectiu de l'empresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 03 de març de 2026, Maria Eulalia Girela Serrano, en representació de la Comissió Negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu de l'empresa &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Diario de Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;, sol·licità el registre, el dipòsit i la publicació de la citada acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. L'article 90.3 del Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Reial decret 713/2010, de 28 de maig, sobre registre i dipòsit de convenis col·lectius, acords col·lectius de treball i plans d'igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. L'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per tot això, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Inscriure i dipositar l'acord d'aprovació de l'acta d'aprovació de la modificació&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de determinats aspectes del Conveni Col·lectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de la Comissió Negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu de l'empresa &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Diario de Ibiza &lt;/span&gt; signada el 15 de desembre de 2025 en el Registre de Convenis col·lectius, Acords col·lectius de treball i Plans d'igualtat de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar l'acord en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial dels Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Ordenar la traducció del text a la llengua catalana i fer constar que la versió castellana del text és l'original signada per la Comissió Negociadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Notificar aquesta Resolució a la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACORDS ASSOLITS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER. ESTRUCTURA SALARIAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El complement &lt;em&gt;ad&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; personam&lt;/em&gt; no es tindrà en compte per establir el salari mínim per categoria en la comparativa amb el conveni sectorial de premsa diària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. INCREMENT SALARIAL FIX&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'acorda l'aplicació d'un increment de l'1&amp;nbsp;% sobre els conceptes salarials fixos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Salari base&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Complement salarial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Amb efectes des de l'1 de gener del 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. GARANTIA SECTORIAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els increments acordats s'aplicaran sens perjudici de les variacions que es puguin pactar en el conveni sectorial de premsa diària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART. CLÀUSULA DE REVISIÓ DEL TREBALL DOMINICAL (ARTICLE 22 DEL CONVENI COL·LECTIU)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'acorda aplicar al treball dominical (complement diumenges – article 22 del Conveni col·lectiu) una revisió basada en la variació anual de l'IPC publicada per l'organisme oficial competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ. PROCEDIMENT D'ACTUALITZACIÓ DE L'IPC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es prendrà com a referència la taxa de variació anual de l'IPC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'increment s'aplicarà exclusivament al concepte «Diumenges – article 22 del Conveni col·lectiu».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La mesura entrarà en vigor amb efectes d'1 de gener del 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ. DELEGACIÓ DE PRESENTACIÓ EN EL REGCON&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comissió Negociadora &lt;strong&gt;ACORDA&lt;/strong&gt; delegar expressament en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. María Eulalia Girela Serrano, amb DNI 76419941-A, la facultat de fer tots els tràmits necessaris per presentar, registrar i, si escau, esmenar aquest acord de modificació del Conveni col·lectiu davant del Registre de Convenis Col·lectius (REGCON), incloent-hi la signatura electrònica i aportació de documentació complementària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;I sense que hi hagi més assumptes per tractar, s'aixeca la sessió a les 13.00 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
