    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Selva, en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 19 de març del 2024, va aprovar inicialment la modificació del Reglament de la carrera professional horitzontal del personal de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Selva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que, amb data 10 de febrer de 2026, es va publicar al Butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears el corresponent anunci, i es va obrir un termini de trenta dies hàbils per a la formulació d&amp;apos;al·legacions, i que, una vegada finalitzat aquest termini sense haver-se presentat reclamacions durant el període d&amp;apos;exposició pública, l&amp;apos;acord plenari queda automàticament elevat a definitiu, s&amp;apos;aprova amb caràcter definitiu la modificació del citat Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El seu contingut es fa públic a continuació per a general coneixement i en compliment del que disposa l&amp;apos;article 70.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Acreditar el temps de serveis prestats requerit per a cada nivell d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;apartat 5.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11.2. Complir els requisits de formació i avaluació enumerats en aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11.3. No poden participar en convocatòria de progressió de nivell els que tinguin suspès el complement de carrera, mentre duri aquesta suspensió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«Per progressar a la carrera professional, es desenvolupa un model en què la millora contínua es configura com l&amp;apos;eix fonamental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Perquè els treballadors acollits al sistema de carrera professional horitzontal puguin progressar al nivell superior han de complir amb la regla següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11.1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquest Acord, es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, amb seu a Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació del present anunci, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de 13 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
