![CDATA[<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El Secretari General del Ple de l'Ajuntament de Palma fa saber, de conformitat amb la legislació vigent en matèria d'Hisendes Locals, que contra els acords d'aprovació inicial 2026MODBEP01 relatiu al canvi de finalitat de determinades despeses d'inversió finançades amb operacions d'endeutament a concertar a l'exercici 2026 i modificació de la base 62 les Bases d'Execució del Pressupost General de l'Ajuntament de Palma de l'any 2026, i la modificació de crèdit núm. 2026CE02, de crèdit extraordinari i suplement de crèdit finançat amb baixes de crèdit en el Pressupost de la corporació per a 2026, adoptats pel Ple de l'Ajuntament dia de 26 de febrer de 2026, no havent-se presentat al·legacions en el termini d'exposició pública comprès entre els dies 2 i 20 de març, ambdós inclosos, per la qual cosa queda APROVAT DEFINITIVAMENT transcrivint-se a continuació a nivell de capítols les aplicacions afectades a la modificació de crèdit:</span></span></span></p>
