    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtut del Decret núm. 2026-0122, de data 24 de març de 2026 de l&amp;apos;expedient 271/2026, s&amp;apos;ha disposat el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb els articles 91.1 de la Llei 7/1985 de bases del règim local i 128.1 del Text refós 781/1986 del règim local sobre formulació per les corporacions locals de l&amp;apos;oferta d&amp;apos;ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atesa la necessitat de cobrir les places de personal vacants a la Plantilla d&amp;apos; aquesta Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 70 del text refós de la llei de l&amp;apos;estatut bàsic de l&amp;apos;empleat públic aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d&amp;apos;octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Fent ús de les atribucions que em confereix la legislació i en concret el 21.1 g) de la LBLR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar potestativament recurs de reposició davant la Batlia d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, a comptar des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació del present anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques; o bé directament recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació esmentada, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. Tot això, sense perjudici que se&amp;apos;n pugui interposar qualsevol altre que es consideri procedent.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
