    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant el decret núm. 5483, de data 13/03/26 (SEGRA 835479), s'ha acordat el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 13 de novembre de 2024, el Ple de l'Ajuntament de Palma, va adoptar el següent acord (Ple_20241113_01_022): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“6.- Aprovar definitivament l'Ordenança municipal reguladora de les zones de baixes emissions (ZBEs) juntament amb el projecte per a la implantació de la ZBE, Fase I, del Centre de Palma, de conformitat als informes tècnics adjunts i amb la redacció que es recull a l'Annex del mateix acord”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acord íntegre del Ple, amb l'Ordenança municipal reguladora de les zones de baixes emissions, els seus annexes relatius a les ZBEs, l'àmbit, limitacions, requisits d'accés i registre municipal de matrícules sense distintiu apropiat, i el projecte tècnic de la ZBE del Centre de Palma, es publicaren al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) núm. 167, de 21 de desembre de 2024. D'acord amb la seva Disposició final segona, entrà en vigor el dia 22 de desembre de 2024, el dia següent de la seva publicació en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb el seu article 1, aquesta Ordenança estableix la creació i la gestió de les zones de baixes emissions, determinada per la Llei 7/2021, de 20 de maig, de canvi climàtic i transició energètica, al municipi de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén per ZBE, segons la definició donada per la Llei de canvi climàtic, l'àmbit delimitat per una administració pública, en exercici de les seves competències, dins el seu territori, de caràcter continu i en el qual s'apliquen restriccions d'accés, circulació i estacionament de vehicles per a millorar la qualitat de l'aire i mitigar les emissions de gasos d'efecte d'hivernacle, d'acord amb la classificació dels vehicles pel seu nivell d'emissions conformement al que estableix el Reglament general de vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La implementació de les ZBEs que s'estableixen per a la ciutat de Palma, regulada a l'article 5 de l'Ordenança, està integrada i és coherent amb els instruments municipals de planificació urbana estratègica i normativa de qualitat de l'aire i d'acció contra el renou, així com les mesures adoptades pel Pla de mobilitat urbana sostenible de Palma (PMUS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per raons d'interès general, com a conseqüència de l'aprovació de l'Ordenança de la ZBE i la limitació de temps per donar la corresponent difusió i divulgació de la ZBE del Centre de Palma, abans de la seva implantació, i amb la finalitat de facilitar la informació necessària als ciutadans sobre l'accés, circulació i estacionament a l'àmbit de la ZBE del Centre de Palma, així com poder facilitar el temps suficient als ciutadans per a la inscripció al Registre municipal dels vehicles que no disposin del corresponent distintiu ambiental de la Direcció General de Trànsit (DGT) abans de la seva implantació, s'establí una moratòria amb suspensió del règim sancionador i d'infraccions dels articles 16 i 17 de la ZBE pel període comprés des del dia d'entrada en vigor de l'Ordenança, 22/12/2024, fins al 31/06/2025, ambdós inclosos, per permetre, en aquets sis mesos, la familiarització i adaptació graduals de la ciutadania i els sectors econòmics, a les seves característiques, donada la complexitat de tipologies de vehicles que poden sol·licitar autorització per a la seva inscripció al Registre municipal per al seu accés a la ZBE del Centre de Palma, mitjançant la Resolució núm. 20184, de 23/12/2024 (SEGRA núm. 705899). En aquest sentit, la DGT publicà la Instrucció MOV 2023/20, que recull unes certes recomanacions per a l'establiment de moratòries, exempcions i autorització en l'accés de vehicles a les ZBE i altres UVAR (Regulació de l'accés de vehicles a l'àrea urbana) en aquest cas justificant l'aplicació de la citada moratòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'1 de juliol de 2025, s'inicià el règim sancionador i d'infraccions dels articles 16 i 17 de l'Ordenança de la ZBE, i en conseqüència, en primer terme, la recepció d'al·legacions i queixes sobre les multes imposades als vehicles de matrícules estrangeres; i en segon terme, les al·legacions i queixes sobre l'autorització per recollida o acompanyament d'alumnes i/o persones dependents empadronades menors de 12 anys a les escoles dins de l'àmbit de la ZBE (apartats 2.2.a, i 2.2.j, de l'Annex 2, Vehicles que necessiten autorització municipal registral limitada d'accés, circulació i estacionament i els seus requisits).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consta l'informe tècnic municipal, de data 10 de març de 2026 (Sefycu núm. 4406472), sobre la revisió de les autoritzacions de vehicles amb matricules estrangeres i sobre els menors de 12 anys. En el primer cas, en el sentit de permetre l'accés, circulació i estacionament dels vehicles amb matrícula estrangera a la ZBE en equiparar-se amb la tipologia vehicular, les característiques ambientals i el període d'implantació, inscrits al Registre d'autoritzacions de vehicles; i en el segon cas, en el sentit de superar la menció als menors de 12 anys ampliant-se la previsió als menors d'edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 3 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, disposa que les Administracions públiques en les seves relacions amb els ciutadans respectaran, entre d'altres, els principis de simplicitat i claredat. L'article 129 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, disposa d'entre els principis de bona regulació, atendre al principi de seguretat jurídica. Això, fa necessari unificar i clarificar aquest esquema normatiu en una resolució complementària que actualitza l'Annex 2, sobre les autoritzacions d'accés, circulació i estacionament de vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'article 25 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, disposa la competència pròpia municipal en medi ambient urbà, trànsit, estacionament de vehicles i mobilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els articles 21 i 29 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'article 129 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. L'article 3 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Els articles 7 i 68 del Reial decret legislatiu 6/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei sobre trànsit, circulació de vehicles de motor i seguretat viària, que en disposen les competències municipals i sobre les matrícules.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Reial decret 2822/1998, de 23 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament General de Vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La Llei 10/2019, de 22 de febrer, de canvi climàtic i transició energètica de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La Llei 7/2021, de 20 de maig, de canvi climàtic i transició energètica i, en concret, l'article 14.3 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que imposa l'obligació d'establir les ZBE a determinats municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. El Reial decret 1052/2022, de 27 de desembre, pel qual es regulen les zones de baixes emissions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Els articles 172 a 175, del Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. L'article 48 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, general tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Els articles 8 i 9 de la Llei 35/2006, de 28 de novembre, de l'impost sobre la renda de les persones físiques i de modificació parcial de les lleis dels impostos sobre societats, sobre la renda de no residents i sobre el patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Els articles 53, 54, 56 i 70 del Reial decret 1690/1986, d'11 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de població i demarcació territorial de les entitats locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. La disposició final primera de l'Ordenança municipal reguladora de les zones de baixes emissions (BOIB núm. 167, de 21 de desembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, el cap del departament de Mobilitat, que subscriu, d'acord amb els fets i fonaments de dret exposats, ateses les competències delegades per la Junta de Govern en els àmbits determinats pel Decret de batlia d'organització dels Serveis Administratius núm. 11129, de 17 de setembre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 125, de 24 de setembre); l'Acord de la Junta de Govern de 5 de juliol de 2023 (BOIB núm. 95, d'11 de juliol); i el Decret de batlia núm. 10678, de 10 de setembre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 125, de 24 de setembre), o si s'escau, els acords i resolucions que els modifiquin, a partir de la seva vigència, propòs al Regidor que dicti la següent,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar, dins l'Annex 2, l'apartat 2.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; “vehicles amb matrícula estrangera”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, ha de dir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“vehicles amb matrícula estrangera de residents empadronats en un domicili situat a la ZBE”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Introduir, dins l'Annex 2, l'apartat 2.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, com es disposa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k. Vehicles amb matrícula estrangera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els vehicles registrats fora d'Espanya no estan classificats segons els criteris actuals de l'etiqueta ambiental de la DGT. Per aquest motiu, tots els vehicles estrangers que compleixin els requisits ambientals atesos els diferents períodes establerts a l'apartat 1 d'aquest annex 2, s'han d'inscriure al Registre d'autoritzacions de vehicles amb una antelació de 5 dies naturals a la data prevista d'accés, per a circular per les ZBEs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El titular del vehicle ha de sol·licitar la inscripció al Registre mitjançant el formulari que es troba en la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;mobipalma.mobi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; amb la següent documentació adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fitxa tècnica del vehicle, on s'indiqui l'acompliment de la normativa EURO d'emissions corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Permís de circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditació, de manera fefaent, de la titularitat del vehicle (en cas de rènting o lísing, aportar còpia del contracte a nom del titular).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificació mitjançant passatge de l'entrada a l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada sol·licitada la inscripció es disposarà d'un permís de 30 dies naturals, des de la data d'accés sol·licitada, per a poder circular per la ZBE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els requisits per a la inscripció de vehicles que compleixen els requeriments per a accedir, circular i estacionar a partir de la data d'entrada en vigor d'aquesta Ordenança fins el 31/12/2026 són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismes i furgonetes lleugeres de dièsel classificats com a EURO 6, EURO 5 o EURO 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
