&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, de conformitat amb el Decret de Presidència núm. 467, de 28 de juny de 2023, d&amp;apos;estructura del Govern del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa i creació de Departaments, publicat al BOIB núm. 88, de 29 de juny de 2023, convoca els Premis Sant Jordi, de Literatura i de Punts de Llibre 2026, els quals estan previstos al Pressupost general del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa per a l&amp;apos;any 2026 (BOIB núm. 15, de 31/01/26) i al Pla estratègic de subvencions 2026-2028, aprovat per acord de Consell Executiu en data 12 de desembre de 2025 i publicat al BOIB núm. 2, de 03-01-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;objecte dels Premis Sant Jordi 2026 és seleccionar i premiar les millors creacions literàries i artístiques entre els estudiants de secundària i batxillerat a l&amp;apos;àmbit de l&amp;apos;illa d&amp;apos;Eivissa i, alhora, commemorar la festa de Sant Jordi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Amb aquesta finalitat, es convoquen per a l&amp;apos;any 2026 dues modalitats de Premis Sant Jordi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Modalitat A: Concurs Literari Sant Jordi per a alumnes de secundària i batxillerat d&amp;apos;Eivissa, amb la finalitat de fomentar la creació literària entre l&amp;apos;alumnat eivissenc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Modalitat B: Concurs Sant Jordi de Punts de Llibre, amb la intenció de fomentar la creació artística entre l&amp;apos;alumnat de 4t d&amp;apos;ESO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona. Participants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podrà accedir a la convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;strong&gt;En la modalitat A, Concurs Literari Sant Jordi&lt;/strong&gt;, qualsevol alumne/a que cursi estudis d&amp;apos;ESO i batxillerat a qualsevol centre de l&amp;apos;illa d&amp;apos;Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En la modalitat B, Concurs de Punts de Llibre&lt;/strong&gt;, només l&amp;apos;alumnat de 4t d&amp;apos;ESO que cursi estudis a qualsevol centre de l&amp;apos;illa d&amp;apos;Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta modalitat presenta &lt;strong&gt;dues línies&lt;/strong&gt;, amb un total de vuit premis:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Hi ha una categoria única, adreçada només a alumnes de 4t d&amp;apos;ESO i amb un total de sis premis, un per a cada un dels sis punts seleccionats pel jurat, dotat cada un amb 150 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Forma de presentació per l&amp;apos;alumnat participant dels treballs i responsabilitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.1.1. Requisits formals generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Els originals s&amp;apos;hauran de presentar només amb un títol, no s&amp;apos;admetran els poemes ni les narracions que vagin signats per l&amp;apos;autor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Per ser admeses al concurs els punts només podran fer-se sobre la plantilla que es presenta com a &lt;strong&gt;annex 3&lt;/strong&gt; d&amp;apos;aquestes bases, en la qual s&amp;apos;ha de dibuixar l&amp;apos;anvers i el revers del dit punt; no s&amp;apos;ha de retallar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Cada alumne/a participant només podrà presentar una obra. La temàtica dels punts i la tècnica que s&amp;apos;hi utilitzin són lliures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Els punts de llibre hauran de ser necessàriament originals, inèdits i no poden haver estat premiats en cap altre certamen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.2.4. Els punts de llibre, a més de presentar-se pel registre d&amp;apos;entrada (tal com estableix la base setena), els originals s&amp;apos;han de fer arribar al Departament de Cultura del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa, av. d&amp;apos;Espanya, 49, 2n pis, Eivissa, per tal que el Jurat pugui apreciar les seues qualitats artístiques (color, textura, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Responsabilitats &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;alumnat en el concurs es responsabilitza totalment que no existeixen drets de tercers sobre els dibuixos i les obres literàries presentats a concurs (haver-los copiat), i es fan responsables de qualsevol reclamació que pogués sorgir per drets d&amp;apos;imatge, d&amp;apos;autoria o qualsevol altre dret al·legat per tercers. Igualment no es poden presentar treballs creats mitjançant intel·ligència artificial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè. Crèdits pressupostaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modalitat A: Concurs Literari Sant Jordi&lt;/strong&gt; per a alumnes de secundària i batxillerat d&amp;apos;Eivissa amb la finalitat de fomentar la creació literària entre l&amp;apos;alumnat eivissenc: &lt;strong&gt;2.400 euros&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modalitat B: Concurs Sant Jordi de Punts de Llibre&lt;/strong&gt; només per a alumnes de 4t d&amp;apos;ESO, amb la intenció de fomentar la creació artística: &lt;strong&gt;900 euros&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè. Termini per a la presentació dels treballs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els centres d&amp;apos;ensenyament tenen &lt;strong&gt;deu dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; des del dia següent al de la publicació de l&amp;apos;&lt;strong&gt;extracte&lt;/strong&gt; de la convocatòria d&amp;apos;aquest Premi al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB) com a &lt;strong&gt;data límit&lt;/strong&gt; per presentar els treballs d&amp;apos;acord amb la base setena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
