&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;.../...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. APROVAR &lt;/strong&gt;les bases específiques reguladores&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de la convocatòria del procés selectiu per cobrir les places d&amp;apos;operari/ària d&amp;apos;oficis múltiples, d&amp;apos;oficial d&amp;apos;oficis múltiples, d&amp;apos;ajudant/ajudanta de cuina, de cambrer/a netejador/a, de monitor/a socorrista, d&amp;apos;enginyer/a industrial i de mestre/a d&amp;apos;educació infantil vacants de personal funcionari i personal laboral del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa, pel sistema de concurs oposició, i els seus annexes que consten dins de les ofertes d&amp;apos;ocupació pública dels anys 2023, 2024 i 2025, reproduïdes a l&amp;apos;informe jurídic de data 6 de febrer amb CSV núm. 16340665273050051056.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. CONVOCAR&lt;/strong&gt; les proves selectives per a la provisió de les places vacants que es detallen a les bases anteriorment esmentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART. PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; el text íntegre de les bases específiques i els seus annexes i la convocatòria de les proves selectives en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i l&amp;apos;anunci de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de l&amp;apos;Estat (BOE), i ambdues a la Seu electrònica del Consell d&amp;apos;Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es) al catàleg de tràmits Convocatòries i borsa d&amp;apos;ocupació. La data de publicació al BOE servirà per al còmput del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES QUE REGIRAN LES PROVES SELECTIVES PER A LA SELECCIÓ I LA PROVISIÓ DEFINITIVA D&amp;apos;UNA PLAÇA D&amp;apos;OFICIAL D&amp;apos;OFICIS MÚLTIPLES, CORRESPONENT A L&amp;apos;OFERTA D&amp;apos;OCUPACIÓ PÚBLICA DE L&amp;apos;ANY 2025, PEL TORN DE PROMOCIÓ INTERNA, MITJANÇANT EL SISTEMA DE CONCURS OPOSICIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte i normes generals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1.&lt;/strong&gt; L&amp;apos;objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria és cobrir, pel torn de promoció interna i mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició, una plaça d&amp;apos;oficial d&amp;apos;oficis múltiples, vacant a la plantilla de personal laboral, grup C, subgrup C2, dotada pressupostàriament, corresponent a l&amp;apos;Oferta d&amp;apos;Ocupació Pública de l&amp;apos;any 2025 (Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears - BOIB- núm. 55, de 1 de novembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2.&lt;/strong&gt; El sistema de selecció de les persones aspirants serà el de concurs- oposició, i constarà d&amp;apos;una fase d&amp;apos;oposició i d&amp;apos;una fase de concurs, amb el temari i la valoració de mèrits que consten en els annexos d&amp;apos;aquestes bases específiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.3.&lt;/strong&gt; La data, el dia, l&amp;apos;hora d&amp;apos;inici i el lloc de celebració de la primera prova es publicarà al BOIB i a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Normativa d&amp;apos;aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per les bases generals que regulen els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal laboral del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa, publicades al BOIB núm. 173, de data 18 de desembre de 2021, modificacions publicades al BOIB núm. 130, de data 21 de setembre de 2023 i al BOIB núm. 49, de data 22 d&amp;apos;abril de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Transparència i protecció de dades personals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.&lt;/strong&gt; Al llarg del procés selectiu, es publicarà a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa, seu.conselldeivissa.es, tota la informació relacionada amb els diferents aspectes del desenvolupament d&amp;apos;aquest procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.2.&lt;/strong&gt; Les persones que, per motiu de violència de gènere, necessitin protegir la seua identitat pública, han d&amp;apos;indicar en la sol·licitud que desitgen anonimitzar les seues dades, per a la qual cosa han de presentar, en el moment de fer la inscripció, la documentació que estableix l&amp;apos;article 23 de la Llei orgànica 1/2004, de 28 de desembre, de mesures de protecció integral contra la violència de gènere, modificada pel Reial decret llei 9/2018, de 3 d&amp;apos;agost, de mesures urgents per al desplegament del Pacte d&amp;apos;Estat contra la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.3.&lt;/strong&gt; La participació de les persones interessades en els processos selectius implica l&amp;apos;autorització a tractar les dades de caràcter personal recollides en la sol·licitud i en la tramitació del procés selectiu, així com a publicar en els butlletins oficials, taulers d&amp;apos;anuncis, seu electrònica i, en general, en qualsevol mitjà que s&amp;apos;utilitzi per comunicar els resultats parcials o definitius del procés selectiu, conformement amb les previsions establertes en l&amp;apos;article 8 i la disposició addicional setena de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, atès que els procediments selectius estan regits pel principi de publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Requisits de les persones aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per ser admeses a la realització d&amp;apos;aquest procés selectiu, les persones aspirants han de complir, a més dels que es preveuen a les bases generals, els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Estar en possessió o en condicions d&amp;apos;obtenir- lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds del títol de graduat/graduada en Educació Secundària Obligatòria (ESO) o títol de cicle formatiu de grau mitja o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el supòsit d&amp;apos;invocar títol equivalent a l&amp;apos;exigit, haurà d&amp;apos;acompanyar- se certificat expedit per l&amp;apos;autoritat competent en matèria educativa que acrediti l&amp;apos;equivalència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el cas de titulacions obtingudes a l&amp;apos;estranger s&amp;apos;haurà d&amp;apos;acreditar que s&amp;apos;està en possessió de la corresponent convalidació o de la credencial que acrediti, si s&amp;apos;escau, l&amp;apos;homologació del títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) No haver estat condemnat per sentència ferma per algun delicte contra la llibertat i indemnitat sexual, que inclou l&amp;apos;agressió i abús sexual, assetjament sexual, exhibicionisme i provocació sexual, prostitució i explotació sexual i corrupció de menors, així com per tràfic d&amp;apos;éssers humans. A aquest efecte, la persona interessada que pretengui l&amp;apos;accés a les professions, oficis i activitats que impliquin contacte habitual amb menors, haurà d&amp;apos;acreditar aquesta circumstància, bé mitjançant l&amp;apos;aportació d&amp;apos;una certificació negativa del Registre Central de delinqüents sexuals, bé autoritzant el personal del Servei de Recursos Humans del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa perquè sol·liciti i recapti del Registre Central de delinqüents sexuals, en el seu nom, la informació requerida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) No haver estat separades, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de cap administració pública, o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar- se inhabilitades de forma absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l&amp;apos;accés al cos o escala de funcionari, en el cas que haguessin estat separades o inhabilitades. En el cas de nacionals d&amp;apos;un altre estat, no trobar- se inhabilitades o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat i en els mateixos termes, l&amp;apos;accés a una ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Tenir les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per exercir les funcions de la plaça a proveir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Ser personal laboral fix del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa del grup agrupacions professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) Trobar- se, respecte del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa, en el grup esmentat en el punt anterior, en situació administrativa de servei actiu o en una situació administrativa que comporti reserva de plaça en el Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Haver prestat serveis efectius durant un període mínim de dos anys com a personal laboral fix en el grup agrupacions professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h) Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell B1 (nivell llindar) o superior, de conformitat amb el Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d&amp;apos;exigència dels coneixements de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d&amp;apos;accés a la funció pública per ocupar llocs de treball de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els coneixements de llengua catalana s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;acreditar mitjançant l&amp;apos;aportació d&amp;apos;un certificat corresponent a un nivell igual o superior al que exigeix el Decret 11/2017, expedit o reconegut com a equivalent o que estigui homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, o bé expedit per l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els estudis de llengua catalana de l&amp;apos;ESO i del batxillerat es poden homologar amb els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana A2, B1, B2 i C1 de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;acceptarà l&amp;apos;homologació del certificats de català sempre que s&amp;apos;hagi realitzat abans de finalitzar el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els certificats obtenguts a Catalunya i a la Comunitat Valenciana i els estudis d&amp;apos;ESO o batxillerat realitzats en aquelles comunitats autònomes no són directament vàlids i se n&amp;apos;ha de sol·licitar l&amp;apos;homologació corresponent a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i) Estar en possessió del carnet de conduir classe B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;j) Acompanyar a la sol·licitud per prendre part en el procés selectiu el justificant original d&amp;apos;haver satisfet els drets d&amp;apos;examen de 12,02€ per participació en el procediment de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 8 de l&amp;apos;Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per expedició de documents administratius del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa, publicada en el BOIB núm. 106, d&amp;apos;11 d&amp;apos;agost de 2022, les bonificacions aplicables a les tarifes per la participació en procediments de selecció són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Persones amb discapacitat reconeguda igual o superior al 33%, un 50%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Persones que figurin com a demandants de feina, un 50%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Membres de família nombrosa general, un 50%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Membres de família nombrosa especial, un 75%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;haurà de presentar juntament amb la sol·licitud la documentació que ho acrediti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els requisits exigits a les bases generals i en aquestes bases específiques s&amp;apos;han de tenir el dia de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i gaudir- ne durant tot el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas de falsedat o manipulació en algun document, decaurà el dret a participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants que vulguin prendre part en el procés selectiu hauran d&amp;apos;incriure- s&amp;apos;hi telemàticament a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es/Convocatòries i borses d&amp;apos;ocupació) dins del termini de vint dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l&amp;apos;Estat (BOE) i s&amp;apos;han de dirigir a la Presidència del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa. Si el darrer dia de presentació recaigués en dissabte o festiu, el termini s&amp;apos;entendrà ampliat fins al primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També poden presentar- se per les altres formes previstes en l&amp;apos;article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La documentació acreditativa dels mèrits a valorar en la fase de concurs només l&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;aportar les persones aspirants que superin la fase d&amp;apos;oposició. Els mèrits es valoraran amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas que siguin necessàries adaptacions per a la realització de les proves han d&amp;apos;indicar- ho en la sol·licitud i han d&amp;apos;adjuntar- hi l&amp;apos;informe d&amp;apos;aptitud i/o adaptació emès per la Direcció General d&amp;apos;Atenció a la Dependència de la Conselleria de Serveis Socials i Esports o be el document de sol·licitud d&amp;apos;aquest. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Tribunal qualificador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.1.&lt;/strong&gt; El tribunal qualificador confeccionarà i valorarà els exercicis i valorarà els mèrits del procés selectiu, La seua composició col·legiada s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;ajustar als principis d&amp;apos;imparcialitat i de professionalitat dels seus membres i ha de tendir a la paritat entre l&amp;apos;home i la dona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tots els membres del tribunal hauran d&amp;apos;estar en possessió d&amp;apos;un nivell de titulació igual o superior al de la categoria del procediment selectiu convocat i han de ser funcionaris de carrera o personal laboral fix, que pertanyin al mateix grup/subgrup d&amp;apos;entre els previstos a l&amp;apos;article 76 del Text refós de la Llei de l&amp;apos;Estatut bàsic de l&amp;apos;empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d&amp;apos;octubre, en relació amb el grup/subgrup en què s&amp;apos;integri la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La pertinença al tribunal serà sempre a títol individual, no es pot exercir en representació ni per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.2.&lt;/strong&gt; Als efectes del que estableixen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, la designació amb els noms dels membres titulars i dels seus respectius suplents es publicarà en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si escau, a sol·licitud del tribunal podrà disposar- se la incorporació d&amp;apos;assessors/ores especialistes. Els assessors especialistes es designaran per resolució del conseller/a competent en la matèria i estaran subjectes a idèntic règim d&amp;apos;abstenció i recusació que el previst per als membres del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En els supòsits d&amp;apos;absència del president titular o suplent, els vocals designats exerciran les funcions de presidència seguint per a això l&amp;apos;ordre en què hagin estat designats en la resolució de nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.3.&lt;/strong&gt; El tribunal resoldrà totes les qüestions derivades de l&amp;apos;aplicació de les bases d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria durant el desenvolupament del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les presents bases s&amp;apos;interpretaran en el sentit finalista que millor garanteixi la preservació dels principis d&amp;apos;igualtat, mèrit i capacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstant això, seran contractades directament personal laboral fix les persones candidates que acreditin haver prestat serveis al Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa durant un període igual o superior a sis mesos, sempre que ho hagin fet en la mateixa categoria, i la valoració sigui adequada. Si els serveis han estat prestats per un període inferior, el contracte en pràctiques serà pel temps necessari per completar el període establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.2.&lt;/strong&gt; La persona aspirant que injustificadament no s&amp;apos;incorpori al servei de la Corporació perdrà tots els drets derivats del procés de selecció i de la seua contractació com a personal laboral fix. Caldrà haver complert el 100 % del període de pràctiques per entendre acomplerta la fase de nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si no s&amp;apos;indica el tipus de crèdit, s&amp;apos;entendrà que són crèdits de l&amp;apos;anterior ordenació universitària (CFC o LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a raó de 10 hores per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En tots els casos, es valoraran una sola vegada les accions formatives relatives a una mateixa qüestió o a un mateix programa, encara que se n&amp;apos;hagi repetit la participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Només es valorarà el certificat de nivell superior o el certificat que acrediti un nombre superior d&amp;apos;hores d&amp;apos;entre els referits a una mateixa aplicació d&amp;apos;ofimàtica com a usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c.&amp;nbsp;Coneixements de llengua catalana. Puntuació màxima: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquest apartat es valorarà de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;B2 o equivalència reconeguda: 2,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;C1 o equivalència reconeguda: 2,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;C2 o equivalència reconeguda: 2,75 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;LA o equivalència reconeguda: 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Només es valorarà un certificat, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, en què la puntuació s&amp;apos;acumularà a l&amp;apos;altre certificat que s&amp;apos;aporti. Si només es presenta el certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu es valorarà a raó de 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquestos coneixements s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;acreditar mitjançant l&amp;apos;aportació de títol o certificat oficial corresponent, expedit per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears i les equivalències previstes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d.&amp;nbsp;Coneixements de llengües estrangeres (nivells del Marc comú europeu de referència per les llengües, MCER). Puntuació màxima: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquest apartat es valorarà de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nivell A1 (accés): 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nivell A2 (plataforma): 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nivell B1 (llindar): 0,75 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nivell B2 (avançat): 1,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nivell C1 (domini operatiu eficaç): 1,75 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nivell C2 (mestratge): 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats emesos per l&amp;apos;Escola Oficial d&amp;apos;Idiomes o equivalents i només es valorarà el certificat de superior nivell presentat per a cada llengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e.&amp;nbsp;Experiència professional. La puntuació màxima serà de 22 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts al Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa com a personal funcionari o personal laboral en la mateixa categoria que es convoca: 0,10 punts/mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts al Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa com a personal funcionari o personal laboral en categoria del subgrup immediatament inferior a què s&amp;apos;opta: 0,08 punts/mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts en una altra administració, tant com personal funcionari com personal laboral, en la mateixa categoria que s&amp;apos;opta: 0,06 punts/mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts en una altra administració, tant com personal funcionari com personal laboral, en categoria del subgrup immediatament inferior a què s&amp;apos;opta: 0,04 punts/mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;atorgar la puntuació que proporcionalment correspongui quan la jornada sigui inferior a l&amp;apos;ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cap cas, ocupar un lloc de treball reservat a personal eventual o alt càrrec o d&amp;apos;estricta confiança política no constituirà mèrit per accedir a la funció pública o a la promoció interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el cas que la persona aspirant hagi desenvolupat simultàniament dues o més modalitats professionals anteriors, només se&amp;apos;n computarà una a efecte de valoració, que serà la que atorgui una puntuació més alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La documentació d&amp;apos;aquestos mèrits s&amp;apos;acreditarà mitjançant la presentació de l&amp;apos;original o de la còpia compulsada de la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Treballs realitzats a l&amp;apos;Administració pública: certificat de l&amp;apos;organisme corresponent, en el qual constin: temps treballat, categoria, grup o subgrup i vinculació amb l&amp;apos;Administració (funcionari de carrera, funcionari interí o contracte laboral).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;acreditar que s&amp;apos;han exercit funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàleg a les de la categoria professional per a la qual s&amp;apos;opta. Només es podrà valorar l&amp;apos;experiència laboral quan de la documentació aportada es desprenguin clarament les funcions realitzades i l&amp;apos;analogia amb les del lloc que s&amp;apos;ha de proveir. Es pot acreditar mitjançant la presentació, juntament amb els mèrits, d&amp;apos;un certificat de funcions realitzades o d&amp;apos;un informe, emès per la persona responsable del servei, de les funcions desenvolupades en el lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
