    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local de l'Ajuntament de Palma, en sessió de data 11 de març de 2026, ha adoptat el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Proposta d'acord a la Junta de Govern de Palma per la que es modifica el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pla estratègic de subvencions de l'Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats, en matèria de participació ciutadana, 2025-2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El 13 de novembre de 2024, la Junta de Govern de Palma, mitjançant el seu Acord núm. JGL_20241113_01_012, va aprovar el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pla estratègic de subvencions de l'Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats, en matèria de participació ciutadana, 2025-2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (en endavant, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El 5 de febrer de 2025, l'òrgan abans esmentat, mitjançant el seu Acord núm. 3807293, va acordar la modificació del Pla en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Incloure la Línia C destinades a grans esdeveniments com una línia independent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Incloure els objectius específics, els indicadors i els resultats previstos que es deriven d'aquest desglossament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Modificar la dotació pressupostària destinada a cada una de les línies com a conseqüència de la nova distribució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Substituir el nom de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;sublínia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; pel de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;partida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, atès que es considera més clarificador per les entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El 3 de març de 2026, la coordinadora de Participació, amb el vistiplau del cap del Departament de Participació Ciutadana i la conformitat de la directora general de Participació Ciutadana, varen emetre l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe justificatiu de la modificació del Pla estratègic de subvencions de l'Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats, en matèria de participació ciutadana, 2025-2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, segons el qual la modificació del Pla consisteix en la inclusió de les subvencions nominatives que tot seguit es detallen i que es varen aprovar pel Ple de la Corporació amb el Pressupost municipal per a l'any 2026:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. La subvenció nominativa a la FEDERACIÓN DE ASOCIACIONES DE VECINOS DE PALMA, amb NIF G07203573, per l'organització de l'esdeveniment Diumenge de l'Àngel 2026, per un import de 15.000 €, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 16 33805 48903 del pressupost municipal de despeses 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. La subvenció nominativa a la FEDERACIÓN DE ASOCIACIONES DE VECINOS DE PALMA, amb NIF G07203573, per l'organització de l'esdeveniment Revetla de Sant Joan 2026, per un import de 21.500,00 €, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 16 33806 48903 del pressupost municipal de despeses 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. La subvenció nominativa a la FEDERACIÓ DE VEINATS DE SA CIUTAT DE PALMA, amb NIF G57981755, per l'organització de l'esdeveniment Festes de la Mare de Déu de la Salut 2026, per un import de 15.000 €, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 16 33807 48904 del pressupost municipal de despeses 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Com a conseqüència de l'esmentat a l'antecedent precedent, es modifica el Pla en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia E: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;premis del Concurs de cartells de la Cavalcada dels reis d'Orient, a Palma, «Antoni Socias Cladera» i del Concurs de cartells de Sa Rueta i Sa Rua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia F:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; premis a les carrosses i comparses que participen a Sa Rua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ha de dir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia E:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; subvencions nominatives per a l'organització i realització de les festivitats del Diumenge de l'Àngel, la Nit de Sant Joan i les Festes de la Mare de Déu de la Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia F: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;premis del Concurs de cartells de la Cavalcada dels reis d'Orient, a Palma, «Antoni Socias Cladera» i del Concurs de cartells de Sa Rueta i Sa Rua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, a ran d'haver inclòs les subvencions nominatives de referència a la Línia E, la descripció específica d'aquesta línia al Pla és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia E: subvencions nominatives per a l'organització i realització de les festivitats de caire popular i tradicional del Diumenge de l'Àngel, la Nit de Sant Joan i les Festes de la Mare de Déu de la Salut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objecte: les subvencions tenen per objecte donar suport a l'organització i realització de tres celebracions tradicionals de Palma: el Diumenge de l'Àngel, la Nit de Sant Joan i les Festes de la Mare de Déu de la Salut. Aquestes festivitats formen part del patrimoni cultural i festiu de la ciutat i contribueixen a la participació ciutadana, la cohesió social i la dinamització sociocultural del municipi. Les subvencions inclouen les despeses necessàries per al desenvolupament de les activitats pròpies de cada festivitat, així com les despeses de funcionament directament vinculades a la seva organització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Temporalitat: les subvencions tenen un caràcter anual i estan destinades a l'organització dels esdeveniments esmentats i cobriran el període necessari per a la preparació, coordinació i execució de cada una de les festivitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Àmbit subjectiu: atenent al fet que es tracta de subvencions nominatives previstes al pressupost municipal, les entitats beneficiàries d'aquestes subvencions són aquelles que, d'acord amb la tradició participativa de les festivitats esmentades, assumeixin la tasca d'organització i coordinació de les activitats. Per a cada una d'elles, es considera que existeix una impossibilitat material de concurrència, atès que l'esdeveniment ha estat històricament impulsat i organitzat per l'entitat subvencionada i que no existeix cap altra amb la capacitat, experiència ni legitimitat per organitzar-la. L'entitat beneficiària per a cada una de les 3 subvencions és:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Diumenge de l'Àngel: l'entitat beneficiària és la Federació d'Associacions de Veïns de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nit de Sant Joan: l'entitat beneficiària és la Federació d'Associacions de Veïns de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mare de Déu de la Salut: l'entitat beneficiària és Federació de veinats de sa ciutat de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quantia: les quanties s'establiran tenint en compte sempre la disponibilitat pressupostària anual, amb una quantia orientativa per cada festivitat de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Diumenge de l'Àngel: 15.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Revetla de Sant Joan: 21.500,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mare de Déu de la Salut: 15.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Decret de Batlia núm. de 10678, de 10 de setembre de 2024, que modifica el Decret d'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament de Palma (BOIB núm. 125 de 24 de setembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Proposta d'acord&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es proposa a la Junta de Govern de Palma que adopti un acord en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;APROVAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la modificació del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pla estratègic de subvencions de l'Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats, en matèria de participació ciutadana, 2025-2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, el qual acompanya aquesta Resolució, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia E: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;premis del Concurs de cartells de la Cavalcada dels reis d'Orient, a Palma, «Antoni Socias Cladera» i del Concurs de cartells de Sa Rueta i Sa Rua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia F:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; premis a les carrosses i comparses que participen a Sa Rua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DISPOSAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que la modificació del dit Pla estratègic no altera la seva vigència ni tampoc el contingut de la resta de línies que s'hi preveuen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
