&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FETS I FONAMENTS DE DRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Per acord de la Junta de Govern Local de dia 18 de febrer de 2025 es varen aprovar les bases específiques de la convocatòria del procés selectiu per cobrir, com a personal funcionari de carrera, dues places de la categoria d&amp;apos;oficial de la Policia Local de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Felanitx per promoció interna, les quals varen ser publicades al BOIB núm. 24 de dia 22 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Dins el termini establert a l&amp;apos;efecte, i d&amp;apos;acord amb la convocatòria publicada al BOE núm. 115 de dia 13 de maig de 2025, es varen presentar un total de 7 persones aspirants, les quals varen quedar totes admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Finalitzades les proves corresponents del procés selectiu, l&amp;apos;11 de març de 2026 s&amp;apos;ha fet publica la llista definitiva de les persones aspirants que han superat tots els exercicis eliminatoris corresponents a la fase d&amp;apos;oposició juntament amb la corresponent fase de concurs, relació de la que es desprèn que han superat les proves un total de 3 aspirants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. De conformitat a l&amp;apos;establert a la clàusula desena de les bases, la relació d&amp;apos;aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu i han de ser nomenats com a personal funcionari en pràctiques en cap cas no pot ser un nombre d&amp;apos;aspirants superior al de places convocades. Tal i com s&amp;apos;indica a l&amp;apos;antecedent primer, l&amp;apos;objectiu de l&amp;apos;actual convocatòria és la cobertura de dues places vacants de categoria oficial de policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I. Els sistemes d&amp;apos;accés a les diferents categories dels cossos de policia local venen regulats a la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, amb la modificació efectuada per la Llei 11/2017, de 20 de desembre, i en el títol IX del Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;II. La clàusula primera de les Bases que regeixen el procés estableix l&amp;apos;objecte de la convocatòria, que és la cobertura de 2 places de la categoria oficial de policia local per promoció interna, vacants i dotades pressupostàriament, corresponents a l&amp;apos;Oferta d&amp;apos;Ocupació Pública de l&amp;apos;any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;III. La clàusula desena de les Bases de referència determina que l&amp;apos;aprovació de la relació d&amp;apos;aspirants que hagin superat el procés selectiu i hagin de ser nomenats per a personal funcionari en pràctiques serà publicada al BOIB i en la pàgina web de l&amp;apos;ajuntament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;a class="western" href="http://www.felanitx.org/" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128); text-decoration: underline"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;www.felanitx.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;IV. La mateixa clàusula desena determina que el termini de presentació dels documents acreditatius de compliment dels requisits s&amp;apos;inicia des de la data de publicació de la resolució d&amp;apos;aprovació de la relació d&amp;apos;aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu i han de ser nomenats personal funcionari en pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
