    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 4 de març de 2026 s'ha dictat resolució d'Alcaldia núm. 2026-0635 en virtut de la qual es convoca i s'aproven les bases per obtenir el permís municipal d'autotaxi, que s'insereix a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«Conforme es desprèn del Reial Decret 763/1979, de 16 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament Nacional dels serveis urbans i interurbans de transports en automòbils lleugers i de l'article 16 del Reglament municipal regulador del servei públic de transport de viatgers en automòbils lleugers de lloguer amb conductor o conductora baix la modalitat d'auto taxi (BOIB núm. 86, de 18/06/2013, BOIB Núm. 95, de 3/08/2017 i BOIB Núm. 49, de 21/04/2018 i BOIB Núm. 70 de 29/05/2021) és necessari, a més dels requisits legalment i reglamentàriament exigits, disposar del permís municipal d'auto taxi que a tal efecte expedirà l'Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord&amp;nbsp;amb el que disposen els articles 48 i 56 de la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears correspon a l'Ajuntament acreditar l'aptitud dels conductors del servei d'auto-taxi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'establert en els articles 26 i 27 del Decret 6/2026, de 20 de febrer, pel qual es regulen els serveis de taxi i d'arrendament de vehicles amb conductor de les Illes Balears, els vehicles que prestin serveis de taxi només podran ser conduïts per persones que tenguin el permís municipal de taxista expedit pel municipi que va atorgar la llicència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així&amp;nbsp;mateix, disposa l'article 39 de l'indicat Reglament Nacional, que el permís local de conductor és una habilitació local específica per a la prestació d'aquests serveis, habilitació legal que s'obté per qui ho sol·liciti, sempre que superi les proves que l'Ajuntament tengui establertes a les seves ordenances i reuneixi els requisits legalment establerts, això és: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt;
	&lt;ul class="decimal"&gt;
		&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trobar-se en possessió del permís de conducció de classe C o superior, expedit per la Prefectura de Trànsit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No patir malaltia infecciosa contagiosa o impediment físic que impossibiliti o dificulti el normal exercici de la professió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquells altres que disposi el Codi de la Circulació o expressament, amb caràcter general, assenyali la Direcció General de Trànsit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L'apartat segon de l'indicat article 16 del Reglament Municipal estableix els requisits que hauran de reunir els interessats per obtenir aquest permís municipal i l'apartat tercer regula el procediment per a la convocatòria d'aquesta prova d'aptitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Havent-se presentat sol·licituds manifestant interès en obtenir el permís municipal, esdevé necessari convocar i aprovar unes bases per obtenir el permís municipal d'auto taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 27 del Decret 6/2026, els requisits per a l'obtenció del permís municipal són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«a) Contar con un permiso de conducción suficiente expedido con al menos dos años de antigüedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) No tener ningún impedimento físico o psíquico que imposibilite o dificulte el normal ejercicio de la profesión de persona conductora de vehículo autotaxi o ponga en peligro la salud de las personas usuarias, ni ser persona consumidora habitual de estupefacientes o de bebidas alcohólicas. Este requisito se acreditará mediante el correspondiente certificado médico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) No ejercer simultáneamente otros trabajos que afecten a su capacidad física para la conducción o que repercutan negativamente sobre la seguridad vial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Tener conocimientos sobre el municipio y sus alrededores, la ubicación de las principales oficinas públicas, centros oficiales,hoteles y lugares de ocio, así como, en el caso de áreas territoriales de prestación conjunta, de las localidades que la componen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Tener conocimiento del contenido de este Decreto y de las ordenanzas municipales reguladoras de los servicios de transporte público en automóviles de turismo y las tarifas de aplicación a estos servicios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Tener conocimiento de catalán y castellano que permita la comprensión de las indicaciones de las personas usuarias, y del manejo de dispositivos digitales con mapa de navegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Contar con los requisitos que resulten, en su caso, exigibles de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la legislación de tráfico y seguridad viaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Contar con las condiciones o conocimientos que sean exigidos por los ayuntamientos en sus correspondientes ordenanzas».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Els drets d'examen per a l'obtenció del permís municipal constitueixen fet imposable de la taxa regulada a l'Ordenança Fiscal Reguladora de la Taxa per Llicències d'autotaxi i demés vehicles de lloguer (BOIB Núm. 167 Ext de 31/12/1998, BOIB Núm. 37 de 24/03/2018, BOIB Núm. 36 de 19/03/2019) i d'acord amb l'article 7 de la indicada norma municipal la quota tributària per aquest concepte és de 225.-€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot l'anteriorment exposat, i en ús de les facultats legalment conferides, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És objecte de les presents bases la definició dels requisits i condicions que han de regir la realització de les proves d'aptitud per obtenir el permís municipal d'auto taxi de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;SEGONA. FORMA DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment per obtenir aquest permís municipal consistirà en&amp;nbsp;la superació d'una prova d'aptitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;TERCERA. REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'establert a l'article 16 del Reglament Municipal regulador del servei públic de transport de viatgers en automòbils lleugers de lloguer amb conductor (BOIB Núm. 86 de 18 de juny de 2013, BOIB Núm. 95 de 3/08/2017, BOIB Núm. 49 de 21/04/2018 i BOIB Núm. 70 de 29/05/2021) i d'acord amb el disposada el&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Reial Decret 763/1979, de 16 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament Nacional dels serveis urbans i interurbans de transports en automòbils lleugers, i el Reial Decret 818/2009, de 8 de maig, pel que s'aprova el Reglament General de Conductors, amb la seva nova redacció donada pel Reial Decret 1055/2015, de 20 de novembre, i a l'article 27 del Decret 6/2026, per obtenir el permís municipal de conductor o conductora, l'interessat o interessada haurà de reunir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Tenir permís de conductor o conductora d'automòbils suficient expedit amb al manco dos anys d'antiguitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Certificat mèdic acreditatiu de no tenir cap impediment físic o psíquic que impossibiliti o dificulti el normal exercici de la professió de la persona conductora o posi en perill la salut de les persones usuàries, ni se persona consumidora habitual d'estupefaents o de begudes alcohòliques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Conèixer les principals vies públiques i llocs d'interès turístic, ubicació de locals públics d'esbarjo, oficines municipals, hotels principals i itineraris més directes per arribar al lloc de destinació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Conèixer la normativa de circulació en vigor, la normativa de la Corporació i autonòmica relativa al servei i les tarifes aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds per prendre part en les proves, en les que els aspirants faran constar que reuneixen les condicions exigides a les presents bases, s'hauran de fer segons el model de l'annex I d'aquestes bases i s'hauran de presentar en el Registre General d'aquest Ajuntament, o bé a qualsevol dels llocs assenyalats en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, a partir del dia següent a la publicació de l'anunci d'aquestes bases i convocatòries en el BOIB i en un termini que finalitza 15 dies naturals abans de la data prevista per a la celebració de les proves de cada una de les convocatòries.&amp;nbsp;En el cas de que el darrer dia sigui inhàbil, el termini s'entendrà ampliat fins el dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud dona dret a l'interessat a presentar-se a dues convocatòries successives. A la mateixa resolució que es publicarà a la web de l'Ajuntament i en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica s'assenyalarà un termini de 3 dies hàbils per a esmena o presentació de reclamacions, així com la constitució del Tribunal Qualificador i el lloc i hora per a la prova d'aptitud en primera i en segona convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Cada pregunta tindrà 4 respostes possibles i només una d'elles serà la correcta. En cas que hi hagi dues respostes correctes, es donarà per bona la resposta més correcta. Les preguntes correctament contestades valen 0,20 punts i les mal contestades resten 0,05 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a contestar l'examen hi haurà una hora i mitja. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No es permetrà la consulta de cap tipus de documentació ni connexions electròniques durant&amp;nbsp; l'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per aprovar serà suficient un 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador elevarà una relació provisional dels aprovats per ordre de puntuació al President de la Corporació, que procedirà a la seva publicació a la pàgina web i al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament. A partir del dia següent, i durant un termini de tres dies hàbils, els aspirants podran presentar esmenes o reclamacions contra la mateixa. Una vegada resoltes, s'elaborarà la relació definitiva i es procedirà a la seva publicació a la pàgina web i al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament. En el cas de que no es presentin esmenes o reclamacions contra la llista provisional, la mateixa s'entendrà definitiva a partir de l'endemà de la finalització del termini de reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Els aspirants proposats aportaran davant de l'Ajuntament, dins del termini de cinc dies naturals des de la publicació de la relació definitiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Certificat mèdic acreditatiu de no tenir cap impediment físic o psíquic que impossibiliti o dificulti el normal exercici de la professió de la persona conductora o posi en perill la salut de les persones usuàries, ni se persona consumidora habitual d'estupefaents o de begudes alcohòliques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que dins del termini indicat, i llevat dels casos de força major, no presentin la documentació o de la mateixa es deduís que manquen d'algun requisit exigit, no se'ls expedirà el permís municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. INCIDÈNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents bases i convocatòries podran ser impugnades de conformitat amb l'establert en la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la resolució d'aprovació de les convocatòries i les seves bases, que posa fi a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[exhaureixen|esgoten]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la via administrativa, es podrà interposar pels interessats recurs contenciós-administratiu en el termini de dos mesos davant del Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma, a partir del dia següent al de publicació del seu anunci al Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, Reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Alternativament, i de forma potestativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictat, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des del dia següent de la seva notificació.
