&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Mitjançant Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 de desembre de 2025 es crea el centre integrat de formació professional (CIFP) Ciutadella, al terme municipal de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. L&amp;apos;article 13 del Reial decret 1558/2005, de 23 de desembre, pel qual es regulen els requisits bàsics dels centres integrats de formació professional, estableix que la direcció dels centres integrats de titularitat pública serà proveïda pel procediment de lliure designació. En el cas dels centres integrats de titularitat de les administracions educatives el nomenament s&amp;apos;efectuarà entre funcionaris públics docents, conforme als principis de mèrit, capacitat i publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. L&amp;apos;article 12 del Decret 96/2010, de 30 de juliol, pel qual es regulen els centres integrats de formació professional dins l&amp;apos;àmbit de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears estableix que la direcció dels centres integrats s&amp;apos;ha de proveir del procediment de lliure designació. En el cas de centres integrats de titularitat de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Educació i Cultura, el director i directora ha de ser nomenat entre personal funcionari docent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. L&amp;apos;article 130 de la Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d&amp;apos;educació de les Illes Balears estableix que poden accedir a la funció directiva els funcionaris de carrera amb cinc anys d&amp;apos;experiència que compleixin els requisits d&amp;apos;acreditació o d&amp;apos;actualització, segons correspongui, que presentin un objecte de direcció i que comptin amb un equip directiu i no hagin estat separats de les seves funcions mitjançant expedient disciplinari. En igualtat de competència, s&amp;apos;ha de valorar com a mèrit ser professor del centre. Els membres dels equips directius han de ser preferentment funcionaris de carrera. A més, l&amp;apos;article 26.5 indica que el Govern de les Illes Balears ha d&amp;apos;establir reglamentàriament el procediment de designació de la direcció dels centres integrats de formació professional i el dels centres de referència nacional entre els funcionaris públics, d&amp;apos;acord amb els principis de mèrit, capacitat i publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Aquesta Resolució té per objecte donar compliment a la disposició addicional tercera de l&amp;apos;Ordre 5/2024 del conseller d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats, per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les bases de selecció, nomenament, avaluació, renovació i cessament dels directors dels centres públics que imparteixen ensenyaments no universitaris a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. Així mateix, pretén iniciar un procediment de selecció basat en els principis de mèrits, capacitat i publicitat entre els funcionaris docents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El Reial decret 1558/2005, de 23 de desembre, pel qual es regulen els requisits bàsics dels centres integrats de formació professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d&amp;apos;educació de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El Decret 96/2010, de 30 de juliol, pel qual es regulen els centres integrats de formació professional dins l&amp;apos;àmbit de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El Decret 10/2025, de 14 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 15/2025, de 12 de setembre, pel qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les competències i l&amp;apos;estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, determina que l&amp;apos;exercici de les competències en matèria de formació professional i relació del sistema educatiu amb l&amp;apos;empresa correspon a la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats, mitjançant la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. El Decret 4/2023, de 13 de febrer, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament orgànic de les escoles infantils públiques, els col·legis públics d&amp;apos;educació primària, els col·legis públics d&amp;apos;educació infantil i primària, els col·legis públics d&amp;apos;educació infantil i primària integrats amb ensenyaments elementals de música, els col·legis públics d&amp;apos;educació infantil i primària integrats amb educació secundària i els instituts d&amp;apos;educació secundària de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. L&amp;apos;Ordre 5/2024 del conseller d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats, per la qual s&amp;apos;aproven les bases per a la selecció, el nomenament, l&amp;apos;avaluació, la renovació i el cessament dels directors de centres públics que imparteixen ensenyaments no universitaris en l&amp;apos;àmbit de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. L&amp;apos;Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 de desembre de 2025, pel qual es crea el centre integrat de formació professional (CIFP) Ciutadella, al terme municipal de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria del procediment de selecció del director del centre integrat de formació professional Ciutadella, al terme municipal de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases de la convocatòria que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Aprovar el barem per a la valoració dels mèrits acadèmics i professionals definits a l&amp;apos;annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Aprovar el model de sol·licitud que figura a l&amp;apos;annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Aprovar els criteris i les orientacions per a la valoració i l&amp;apos;avaluació del projecte de direcció que es defineixen en l&amp;apos;annex 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Aprova els aspectes que s&amp;apos;han de considerar en la valoració de l&amp;apos;entrevista amb el candidat indicats en l&amp;apos;annex 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes comptador des de l&amp;apos;endemà d&amp;apos;haver-se publicat aquesta Resolució, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que estableixen l&amp;apos;article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l&amp;apos;article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els candidats a directors o directores dels centres integrats de formació professional de titularitat pública han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Tenir el destí definitiu a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Ser funcionari de carrera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. Estar en possessió o presentar declaració jurada d&amp;apos;obtenir, durant el curs 2025-2026 o 2026-2027, el certificat acreditatiu o d&amp;apos;actualització d&amp;apos;haver superat un programa de formació sobre el desenvolupament de la funció directiva impartit pel Ministeri d&amp;apos;Educació, Formació Professional i Esports o per les administracions educatives de les comunitats autònomes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d. Presentar un projecte de direcció, per a un període de 4 anys que inclogui els aspectes especificats en aquesta Resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e. Posseir les titulacions o els certificats que acreditin el domini de la llengua catalana exigible de conformitat amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La sol·licitud es realitzarà exclusivament per mitjans electrònics a través del tràmit telemàtic, mitjançant un formulari, habilitat a aquest efecte a la web de Formació Professional (secció de Comunitat docent) de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En aquesta sol·licitud s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;adjuntar el Projecte de direcció, el document d&amp;apos;autobaremació dels mèrits acadèmics i professionals (Annex 3) i la declaració jurada en cas de no haver iniciat o finalitzat la formació en competències per al desenvolupament de la funció directiva (Annex 7).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. En el cas d&amp;apos;haver tramitat més d&amp;apos;una sol·licitud, només es considerarà vàlida la darrera que s&amp;apos;hagi registrat telemàticament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En cas de no haver iniciat o finalitzat la formació en competències per al desenvolupament de la funció directiva, les persones candidates han de presentar una declaració jurada comprometent-se a obtenir-la abans del 31 de juliol de 2027. Si no s&amp;apos;acredita la realització del curs en finalitzar aquesta data, la persona que es troba exercint les funcions de direcció serà cessada del seu càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Finalitzat el termini per presentar les sol·licituds, la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa ha de fer públiques les llistes provisionals de candidats admesos i exclosos i ha d&amp;apos;explicitar, en el darrer supòsit, els motius de l&amp;apos;exclusió. Aquestes llistes s&amp;apos;han de publicar d&amp;apos;acord amb el calendari establert a l&amp;apos;Annex 2 d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Les persones candidates que hagin estat excloses o que hagin detectat alguna errada en l&amp;apos;autobaremació dels mèrits acadèmics i professionals disposen d&amp;apos;un termini de tres dies hàbils, a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació de les llistes, per formular al·legacions i esmenar els defectes que n&amp;apos;hagin motivat l&amp;apos;exclusió o rectificar les errades detectades. Les al·legacions s&amp;apos;han de presentar a la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa, a través del tràmit telemàtic habilitat a aquest efecte, el qual es troba a la web de Formació Professional (secció de Comunitat docent) de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El procediment de selecció s&amp;apos;ha de desenvolupar en dues fases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La puntuació mínima total per superar aquesta fase és de 12 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El projecte de direcció i l&amp;apos;entrevista personal han de tenir una puntuació mínima de 6 punts cadascun per superar-los.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. En la segona fase s&amp;apos;han de valorar els mèrits acadèmics i professionals, segons el barem que s&amp;apos;estableix al full d&amp;apos;autobaremació de l&amp;apos;Annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La puntuació final assignada a cada candidat serà la suma de les valoracions obtingudes en les dues fases. En cas de només haver-hi una candidatura, sempre i quan hagi superat la primera fase, no cal dur a terme la valoració dels mèrits al·legats pel candidat per a la segona fase del procés. En aquest cas, la puntuació serà la de la primera fase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La Comissió de valoració ha de valorar el projecte de direcció de cada candidat/a i el grau d&amp;apos;adequació del projecte d&amp;apos;acord amb els criteris i les orientacions de l&amp;apos;Annex 4 de la Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Cada membre de la Comissió de valoració ha de puntuar cada projecte de direcció. La qualificació que cada candidat/a obtingui pel projecte de direcció serà la mitjana aritmètica de les puntuacions concedides per cada un dels membres de la Comissió de valoració, puntuades de 0 a 10 punts amb precisió de dos decimals. Quan entre les puntuacions atorgades hi hagi una diferència de 3 o més enters, s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;excloure la puntuació màxima i la mínima. En aquest cas, la qualificació definitiva serà la puntuació restant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Valoració de l&amp;apos;entrevista&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El secretari/ària de la Comissió de valoració, per indicació del president, ha de convocar, amb una antelació mínima de 24 hores, els candidats a director o directora perquè puguin defensar el seu projecte, demostrar la seva capacitat de gestió, de lideratge pedagògic, de comunicació, de convenciment, empatia i compromís amb la institució davant la Comissió. El candidat/a disposarà d&amp;apos;un màxim de trenta minuts per fer l&amp;apos;exposició amb els mitjans que consideri oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Posteriorment, els membres de la Comissió podran fer preguntes i debatre amb el candidat per resoldre dubtes i completar l&amp;apos;exposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Comissió de valoració ha de valorar l&amp;apos;entrevista d&amp;apos;acord amb els punts que apareixen a l&amp;apos;Annex 5 de la Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el cas que hi hagi més d&amp;apos;un candidat o candidata que superi la primera fase, la Comissió de valoració ha de validar definitivament les puntuacions corresponents als mèrits acadèmics i professionals. Aquestes puntuacions hauran estat prèviament valorades per la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa i remeses al president o presidenta de la Comissió. La validació s&amp;apos;ha de fer d&amp;apos;acord amb el barem establert al full d&amp;apos;autobaremació de l&amp;apos;Annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;E. Proposta de candidats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La Comissió de valoració ha de trametre els resultats de la valoració de cada una de les fases del procediment, de cada un dels candidats, a la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa. Aquesta Direcció haurà de publicar a la seva web les puntuacions provisionals dels/de les candidats/es. Si no hi estan conformes, poden presentar un escrit d&amp;apos;al·legacions adreçat al president de la Comissió de valoració en el termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Complert el termini d&amp;apos;al·legacions, la Comissió de valoració disposa de dos dies hàbils per resoldre-les i publicar-les a la web de Formació Professional de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa. Amb aquesta publicació s&amp;apos;entén que s&amp;apos;ha notificat la resolució als candidats. En aquesta notificació s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;indicar els recursos procedents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Finalment, el president de la Comissió de valoració ha de remetre a la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa la puntuació final i la proposta del candidat seleccionat, juntament amb la documentació de tot el procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;F. Nomenament del director&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La directora general de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa ha de proposar a la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats que nomeni director al candidat/a seleccionat amb efectes d&amp;apos;1 de juliol de 2026 i per un període de quatre anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El nomenament es publicarà en el BOIB mitjançant una Resolució de la directora general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Posteriorment, el director o directora nomenat ha d&amp;apos;informar del nom de les persones que proposarà a la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educatives per formar part de l&amp;apos;equip directiu abans del 7 de juliol de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Absència de candidats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En el cas que no hi hagi cap candidat, o quan la Comissió de valoració no n&amp;apos;hagi seleccionat cap, la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa ha d&amp;apos;emetre un informe de proposta de nomenament, consultats altres organismes i departaments de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

No es pot proposar per al nomenament extraordinari un docent que no hagi superat el procés de selecció ordinari o hagi estat avaluat negativament de la funció directiva. Tampoc no es pot proposar per al nomenament extraordinari un docent que hagi estat sancionat per falta greu o molt greu en l&amp;apos;exercici de la funció directiva o la pràctica docent, suspès fermament de funcions o inhabilitat per a càrrecs públics per resolució judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. A partir d&amp;apos;aquest informe, la directora general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats, a proposta de la directora general de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa, ha de nomenar el director o directora amb efectes d&amp;apos;1 de juliol de 2026, amb caràcter extraordinari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El nomenament es publicarà en el BOIB mitjançant una Resolució de la directora general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Secretari/a: un representant de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. Vocal: un inspector nomenat pel cap de Departament d&amp;apos;Inspecció Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Les funcions de la Comissió de valoració són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Determinar els criteris d&amp;apos;actuació, ajustant-se a les bases de la convocatòria de l&amp;apos;Annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Valorar els mèrits acadèmics i professionals dels candidats, lliurats per la Direcció General de Planificació i Gestió Educatives, de conformitat amb el barem que es publica al full de l&amp;apos;autobaremació de l&amp;apos;Annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e. Establir els resultats provisionals de cada persona candidata i trametre la llista a la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa perquè les publiqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Trametre a la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educatives les puntuacions dels candidats i la proposta del candidat seleccionat, així com tota la documentació presentada relativa al procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i. Totes les necessàries per garantir el funcionament correcte de la Comissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El projecte de direcció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El projecte de direcció ha de ser original i ha de dissenyar l&amp;apos;estructura organitzativa i fixar els objectius, les línies d&amp;apos;actuació i la mateixa avaluació des de la perspectiva d&amp;apos;un pla estratègic. Així mateix, ha de mostrar coneixements sobre l&amp;apos;entorn i la influència o la relació que tindrà amb el centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. A més a més, ha de concretar l&amp;apos;elaboració, el desplegament i l&amp;apos;aplicació del projecte educatiu per al període del mandat i orientar les futures programacions generals anuals del centre. Ha d&amp;apos;incloure els objectius i les línies d&amp;apos;actuació concretes que s&amp;apos;han de seguir i els indicadors i els procediments per a l&amp;apos;avaluació de l&amp;apos;assoliment d&amp;apos;aquests objectius, amb una programació futura del centre a quatre anys vista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El projecte de direcció ha d&amp;apos;incloure, com a mínim, aquests aspectes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Fonamentació i anàlisi del context: s&amp;apos;ha de demostrar un coneixement profund de la realitat del centre, de l&amp;apos;alumnat i de l&amp;apos;entorn socioeconòmic. S&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;identificar necessitats i oportunitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Objectius, avaluació i seguiment: s&amp;apos;han de definir objectius clars i mesurables per a l&amp;apos;evolució del centre. A més, s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;incloure mecanismes d&amp;apos;avaluació i seguiment per garantir una millora contínua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. Plantejaments pedagògics: s&amp;apos;han de proposar metodologies innovadores i adaptades a les necessitats de l&amp;apos;alumnat. També s&amp;apos;han de fomentar estratègies d&amp;apos;ensenyament-aprenentatge que millorin els resultats acadèmics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d. Pla de formació del professorat: el projecte ha d&amp;apos;incloure un pla de formació per al professorat orientat a la millora de la seva pràctica docent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e. Adaptació i organització de l&amp;apos;FP i inserció laboral dels estudiants: s&amp;apos;ha de garantir una bona implantació de l&amp;apos;FP, en règim general i intensiu (si escau), que promogui la col·laboració amb empreses. També s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;incloure estratègies per millorar la inserció laboral dels estudiants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El nombre de membres que han de configurar l&amp;apos;equip directiu s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;adequar al que disposa la Resolució del conseller d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats de 15 de novembre de 2017, per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen els criteris per determinar la tipologia dels centres docents públics no universitaris i l&amp;apos;assignació d&amp;apos;equips directius (BOIB núm. 152, de 14 de desembre). Aquesta tipologia es determinarà, en aquest cas com a mínim, segons l&amp;apos;oferta formativa que se li hagi autoritzat per al curs 2026-2027 sense perjudici de l&amp;apos;increment d&amp;apos;oferta que pugui preveure el projecte de direcció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El projecte de direcció no ha de superar les vint pàgines en el còmput de les quals no s&amp;apos;inclouen ni la portada ni l&amp;apos;índex. El tipus de lletra ha de ser Noto Sans, cos 11, escala 100 %, interlineat 1&amp;apos;15. El marge superior, inferiors, dret i esquerre han de ser de 2 cm cadascun. Es poden utilitzar quadres resum, taules o gràfics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Els candidats han de presentar el projecte de direcció, en format PDF, amb una mida màxima de 5 Mb i exclusivament per mitjans electrònics a través del tràmit telemàtic habilitat a aquest efecte, que es troba en la web de Formació Professional (secció de Comunitat docent) de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa. En el cas d&amp;apos;haver penjat més d&amp;apos;un projecte, es considerarà vàlid el darrer que s&amp;apos;hagi registrat telemàticament.
