font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Beneficiaris</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Per obtenir la condició de beneficiari, les persones físiques, les persones jurídiques, institucions o entitats legalment constituïdes hauran de complir amb els requisits i obligacions contingudes tant en els articles 13 i 14 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, com en els articles 10 i 11 de la Ordenança General de Subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Maó. </span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">És objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, d'acord amb el que s'estableix a l'Ordenança General de Subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Maó, definir les condicions i el procediment a seguir per a la concessió de subvencions mitjançant el règim de concurrència competitiva, destinades a finançar l'activitat habitual i global d'associacions i entitats que realitzin el seu projecte en el municipi de Maó.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; La valoració que s'atorgarà a cada sol·licitud haurà de quedar justificada en el corresponent informe tècnic de valoració.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif; line-height:110%">L'import de la subvenció individual de cada entitat serà la suma de</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> </span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif; line-height:110%">dos components: un component fix i un altre component lligat als criteris de concessió.</span></p> <p>La determinació de l'import a concedir a cada entitat es realitzarà de la següent manera:</p> <div> <ol class="upper-alpha" start="1"> <li><strong>Determinació del component fix. </strong>Totes les entitats sol·licitants que obtinguin la puntuació mínima establerta al final d'aquest article, rebran la quantia fixa de 500 euros, que es veurà incrementada en funció del projecte i de la valoració posterior que obtingui.</li> <li><strong>Determinació del valor monetari per cada punt dels criteris.</strong> Es realitzarà la valoració dels criteris de totes les sol·licituds i es sumarà el seu import global. Després es dividirà el crèdit de la convocatòria que resta després de l'aplicació del punt A) anterior, entre la suma de punts, obtenint així el valor monetari de cada punt.</li> <li><strong>Determinació del component de la subvenció lligat als criteris</strong>. El termini per a la seva presentació tindrà com a data límit el 31 de gener de 2027.&nbsp; </span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Altres dades</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:112%">D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 31.3 de les Bases d'Execució del Pressupost Municipal, en el moment de concedir la subvenció es reconeixerà la obligació per el seu import total. En el mateix moment es tramitarà anticipadament el pagament del 50% del total, retenint a compte l'altre 50%, com a garantia de l'execució de l'activitat subvencionada i de la correcta justificació.
