    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per la Junta de Govern Local, en sessió ordinària celebrada dia 27 de febrer de 2026, es varen aprovar les bases reguladores i convocatòria per a la concessió de subvencions a per a la realització d'obres d'embelliment, manteniment, conservació, restauració i rehabilitació de les façanes dels immobles situats en els nuclis urbans del terme municipal d'Andratx 2026-2027, i que diuen així:: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA DE SUBVENCIONS PER A LA REALITZACIÓ D'OBRES D'EMBELLIMENT, MANTENIMENT, CONSERVACIÓ, RESTAURACIÓ I REHABILITACIÓ DE LES FAÇANES DELS IMMOBLES SITUATS EN ELS NUCLIS URBANS DEL TERME MUNICIPAL D'ANDRATX 2026-2027&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera.- Finalitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Andratx vol estimular i fomentar la realització d'obres d'embelliment, conservació, restauració, consolidació i rehabilitació de façanes d'immobles situats en els nuclis urbans del terme municipal d'Andratx, com a mesura per a pal·liar l'abandó i progressiu estat de deteriori de cases i edificis, fet que comporta un empitjorament de les condicions de salubritat i decòrum d'aquells, i també una progressiva degradació de la zona, que té repercussió en l'activitat comercial, en la qualitat de vida dels residents en els nuclis urbans i en la imatge turística que ofereix el municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per aquesta raó, i amb aquells objectius, s'aproven unes subvencions que vindran regulades per les presents bases, dictades a l'empara de l'Ordenança de Subvencions d'Andratx, publicada en el BOIB núm. 47, de 20 d'abril de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona.- Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es poden acollir a aquesta convocatòria de subvencions per a realitzar obres d'embelliment, manteniment, conservació, restauració i rehabilitació de les façanes, tots els immobles situats en els nuclis urbans del terme municipal d'Andratx i que responen a una tipologia constructiva determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tipologia constructiva objecte de subvenció: edificis d'habitatges unifamiliars, plurifamiliars, conjunts d'apartaments o d'habitatges adossats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Elements de l'edifici objecte de subvenció: aquelles obres dirigides a conservar l'aspecte de les façanes en el seu conjunt i totalitat, incloent tots els elements com els ràfecs, cornises, mènsules, balconades, baranes, llindes, ampits, fioles, fusteries, referits i altres, que en conjunt constitueixen la façana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera.- Condicions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'obtenció de la subvenció quedarà sotmesa al compliment de les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Que la sol·licitud de llicència, declaració responsable o comunicació prèvia, s'hagi presentat a partir del dia &lt;strong&gt;1 de gener de 2025.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Les obres objecte de subvenció hauran de complir amb les condicions que, eventualment, imposi l'Administració competent en matèria de Patrimoni i hauran de comptar amb la corresponent llicència municipal per a la seva execució. En tot cas, han de complir amb les Normes subsidiàries de planejament. En el cas que estiguin sotmeses al règim de comunicació prèvia, se seguirà el procediment establert en l'article 148 de la Llei 12/2017, de 29 de desembre, d'urbanisme de les illes Balears (LUIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Les obres no hagin estat objecte d'aquesta subvenció amb anterioritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quarta.- Beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La sol·licitud de subvenció la realitzarà la propietat de l'immoble, tant si es tracta d'una o més persones físiques, d'una societat mercantil o d'una comunitat de propietaris. En aquest últim supòsit farà falta, per tant, que la comunitat estigui legalment constituïda i que s'aporti acord de la Junta de Propietaris de sol·licitud de subvenció. Les subvencions s'atorgaran a la propietat en el seu conjunt, mai a títol individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstant això, no poden ser beneficiaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Qui incorri en alguna de les prohibicions establertes en l'article 13 de la Llei General de Subvencions, Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre (LGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Qui, en el moment en què l'òrgan instructor de la convocatòria hagi de fer la proposta de resolució definitiva, no estigui al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions de tota mena amb l'Ajuntament d'Andratx (en el cas de comunitats de propietaris, cada propietari individual haurà d'estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions de tota mena amb l'Ajuntament d'Andratx).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta.- Quantia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import de la subvenció cobrirà el 25% del pressupost d'execució material o base imposable del pressupost, fins a arribar a un màxim de 15.000 euros per edifici, tenint en compte que l'import global de les subvencions és de 75.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cas que l'import global de les subvencions sol·licitades i admeses excedeixi la dotació pressupostària contemplada en el paràgraf anterior i en la base setena, la Comissió Qualificadora elaborarà una proposta de resolució per a acomodar la quantia global a aquells percentatges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisena.- Naturalesa de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les subvencions d'aquesta convocatòria són de caràcter voluntari i eventual i es poden anul·lar, revocar i reintegrar en tot moment per les causes previstes en la llei o en aquestes bases; no generen cap dret a l'obtenció d'altres subvencions en anys posteriors i no es poden al·legar com a precedent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Són compatibles amb altres ajudes o subvencions que pugui rebre la persona o entitat beneficiària per al mateix projecte, sempre que el còmput total de les ajudes no superi el pressupost d'aquell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setena.- Dotació pressupostària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La concessió i execució de la convocatòria queda condicionada a l'existència de crèdit adequat i suficient en el pressupost de 2027 amb una quantia estimada de 75.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava.- Despeses subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- El pressupost protegible, a l'efecte del càlcul de la subvenció, està constituït pel pressupost d'execució material o base imposable del pressupost de les obres reflectit en la sol·licitud i pel qual s'hagi obtingut llicència, o que s'hagi aportat amb la comunicació prèvia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- El pressupost subvencionable per a l'execució material de les obres serà, com a màxim, el previst en la llicència municipal o en la comunicació prèvia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Tots els pressupostos lliurats objecte de subvenció, seran revisats i avaluats segons la “Base de Preus de la Construcció del Col·legi Oficial d'Aparelladors i Arquitectes Tècnics de Mallorca” d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.- No formen part del pressupost protegible, els impostos i les taxes derivats de l'obtenció de la llicència municipal d'obres o de la presentació de la comunicació prèvia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena.- Publicació de la convocatòria i de la seva resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatòria, les bases que la regeixen i la resolució d'aquesta, s'han de publicar en el BOIB, en la BDNS i en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dècima.- Procediment&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La tramitació i gestió d'aquesta convocatòria, sotmesa a un règim de concurrència no competitiva, se subjectarà als principis enumerats en l'article 8.3 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local serà l'òrgan encarregat d'aprovar les bases i la convocatòria i de resoldre-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'òrgan instructor, quan hagi rebut l'informe de la comissió tècnica avaluadora sobre les sol·licituds de subvencions i hagi comprovat que els sol·licitants compleixen els requisits exigits, dictarà la proposta de resolució provisional, la qual haurà d'incloure la relació de persones o entitats beneficiàries, amb la descripció de l'edifici objecte de les obres, el seu pressupost, l'import de la subvenció i els criteris que determinin la quantia proposada, a més de la resta de sol·licituds amb proposta justificada de desestimació, si fos el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La proposta de resolució provisional serà notificada als sol·licitants atorgant un termini de deu dies per a presentar al·legacions. En cas que no es presentin, la proposta de resolució provisional passarà a ser definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Examinades les al·legacions presentades per part de la comissió tècnica avaluadora, l'òrgan instructor formularà la proposta de resolució definitiva, sent la Junta de Govern Local l'òrgan competent per resoldre-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini màxim per a resoldre i notificar la resolució d'aquest procediment, és de 2 mesos, comptant a partir del dia que acaba el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds, transcorreguts els quals sense que s'hagi dictat la resolució, s'entendran desestimades totes les sol·licituds presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada conclòs el termini per a l'execució de les obres, l'Arquitecte Municipal emetrà un informe d'adequació i posteriorment, la comissió tècnica avaluadora examinarà els informes respecte a cadascun dels expedients dels sol·licitants de la subvenció, d'acord amb les bases de la convocatòria, i formularà la corresponent proposta d'abonament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Onzena.- Sol·licitud i documentació adjunta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds i les declaracions que s'exigeixen, s'han de formalitzar, preferentment, mitjançant els models que incorporen aquestes bases però, en qualsevol cas, han de contenir les dades necessàries per a identificar correctament la persona sol·licitant, havent-se de que adjuntar la documentació següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Model de sol·licitud de subvenció amb indicació de les dades de la finca i del sol·licitant, inclòs el número de compte corrent en els efectes de posteriors liquidacions (Annex 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Si fos el cas, documentació acreditativa de la vigència del càrrec de representant legal, en virtut de la qual actua el signant de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Si fos el cas, acord de la comunitat de propietaris per a sol·licitar l'ajuda i fer els treballs d'acord amb les normes i ordenances municipals i les condicions de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.- Fotografies de l'edifici (generals de façanes i de detall dels elements a intervenir) en l'estat previ a la intervenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.- Plans o croquis amb indicació de les problemàtiques de l'estat inicial i dels materials, acabats i colors de la proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.- Memòria descriptiva o projecte tècnic en el qual es concretin els treballs que es pretenen realitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.- Pressupost equilibrat, detallat i descompost, signat per constructor, que inclogui les partides que ho integren (s'entén que el pressupost presentat no duu IVA si no es recull res sobre aquest aspecte).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.- Declaració responsable de no haver demanat una altra ajuda o subvenció per a dur a terme les obres objecte de la sol·licitud o, si és el cas, la relació de les ajudes o subvencions sol·licitades o concedides, amb indicació dels imports i de les entitats subvencionadores i de no incórrer en cap de les prohibicions establertes en l'article 13 de la LGS (Annex 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud presumeix la plena acceptació i el coneixement de les bases i la convocatòria corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dotzena.- Termini i llocs de presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds de subvencions d'aquesta convocatòria es poden presentar en el termini d&lt;strong&gt;'un (1) mes&lt;/strong&gt;, comptant a partir de l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB de l'extracte de la convocatòria. Si l'últim dia fos dissabte, diumenge o festiu, el termini s'ajornarà fins al següent dia hàbil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds es podran presentar, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques, de les següents formes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TELEMÀTICAMENT&lt;/strong&gt;: a través de la Seu Electrònica d'Andratx (https://andratx.sedelectronica.es/) o per mitjà del Registre Electrònic Comú (REC) de l'Administració General de l'Estat (https://rec.redsara.es). Per a poder dur a terme un registre telemàtic cal disposar d'un certificat electrònic, DNI electrònic o Cl@ve pin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tindrà caràcter obligatori per a tots aquells subjectes obligats a relacionar-se electrònicament amb les administracions, d'acord amb el segon i tercer apartat de l'article 14 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques, i caràcter opcional per a les persones físiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRESENCIALMENT&lt;/strong&gt; (només per a persones físiques): En el Servei d'Atenció Ciutadana (SAC) de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx de 8.30 a 13.30 de dilluns a divendres o en qualsevol de les oficines de registre de l'Administració autonòmica, de l'Administració General de l'Estat, de la resta de comunitats autònomes o de les entitats que integren l'Administració local. A més, també es podrà remetre la documentació per correu postal (només per a persones físiques). En aquest cas, s'hauran de presentar els documents dins d'un sobre obert, a fi que el personal de l'oficina de Correus pugui indicar, mitjançant el segell oficial, el lloc, la data i l'hora exacta en què s'ha efectuat el registre. Aquestes dades també quedaran anotats en el resguard justificatiu de la presentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els subjectes als quals fa referència el segon i tercer apartat de l'article 14 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques, estaran obligats a relacionar-se a través de mitjans electrònics amb les administracions, per la qual cosa, de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 68.4 de la Llei esmentada, si algun d'aquests subjectes presenta la seva sol·licitud presencialment, l'Administració Pública li requerirà que el presenti per via electrònica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tretzena.- Esmena de deficiències&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas que la instància o la documentació adjunta fossin incorrectes o incompletes, l'òrgan instructor requerirà l'esmena de deficiències o l'aportació documental que sigui necessària. Si en el termini de 10 dies hàbils comptats a partir de l'endemà de la notificació del requeriment, la persona interessada no fes la rectificació reclamada o no presentés els documents requerits, l'Ajuntament, després de prendre la resolució pertinent, considerarà que cella en la seva petició, d'acord amb l'article 68.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Catorzena.- Import de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si a l'hora de determinar les subvencions corresponents a les sol·licituds presentades, el crèdit pressupostari no fos suficient per a concedir-les totes, es reduiran proporcionalment les quanties resultants fins que no se superi el muntant global de la consignació pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per contra:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Si una vegada estimades totes les subvencions demanades, no s'arribés al muntant global màxim pressupostat, es repartirà la quantia sobrant entre els beneficiaris de la subvenció, de manera proporcional als pressupostos individuals presentats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest cas, no es tindrà en compte el límit dels 15.000 € de l'import de la subvenció, ni del 25% subvencionable segons el pressupost d'execució material o base imposable del pressupost de l'obra, tal com està establert en la base cinquena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Igualment, si a l'hora de formular la proposta d'abonament, no s'arribés al muntant global màxim pressupostat, a causa de l'incompliment d'algun dels beneficiaris, es repartirà la quantia sobrant entre la resta dels beneficiaris de la subvenció, de manera proporcional als pressupostos individuals presentats, sempre que no se superi la despesa realitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest cas, tampoc es tindrà en compte el límit dels 15.000 € de l'import de la subvenció, ni del 25% subvencionable segons el pressupost d'execució material o base imposable del pressupost de l'obra, tal com està establert en la base cinquena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En totes dues fórmules assenyalades anteriorment (punts 1 i 2), el percentatge màxim subvencionable serà del 60% del pressupost d'execució material o base imposable del pressupost de l'obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinzena.- Comissió Qualificadora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comissió Qualificadora estarà formada per les següents persones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Presidenta: La Sra. Regidora Delegada d'Urbanisme i Patrimoni, o persona que la substitueixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Secretària: La Cap d'Urbanisme o persona que ho substitueixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Vocals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Cap de Servei d'Urbanisme o persona que ho substitueixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Arquitecte municipal, o persona que la substitueixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Arquitecte Tècnic Municipal, o persona que ho substitueixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta Comissió examinarà i avaluarà les sol·licituds, d'acord amb els criteris establerts en la convocatòria, i emetrà l'informe que servirà de base a l'òrgan instructor, per a elaborar la proposta de resolució provisional i definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setzena.- Termini de resolució i notificació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local ha d'adoptar la corresponent resolució en el termini màxim de dos mesos, a comptar des de la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Una vegada transcorregut aquest termini sense que s'hagi adoptat la resolució definitiva, els sol·licitants poden entendre desestimades les seves sol·licituds per silenci administratiu. La resolució haurà de ser notificada a tots els beneficiaris, de manera individualitzada, en el termini màxim de 10 dies des de la data de l'acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La resolució de concessió posarà fi a la via administrativa i els interessats podran interposar en contra d'ella el recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la Junta de Govern Local o, directament, recurs contenciós administratiu (article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dissetena.- Acceptació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Perquè la subvenció sigui efectiva, fa falta que el beneficiari l'accepti, sense reserves, amb les condicions amb les quals s'ha concedit. A aquest efecte, la signatura del justificant de recepció de la comunicació de l'atorgament de subvenció és suficient, sempre que el beneficiari no al·legui res en contra en el termini màxim de deu dies. La no acceptació expressa, comportarà la revocació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Divuitena.- Obligacions del beneficiari&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els beneficiaris de les subvencions objecte de la present convocatòria s'obligaran a complir les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Permetre la inspecció municipal de les obres i facilitar les dades i els documents que els siguin sol·licitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dinovena.- Termini de finalització de les obres&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada finalitzades les obres i, en tot cas, fins a dia &lt;strong&gt;2 de febrer de 2027&lt;/strong&gt; (inclòs aquest), s'haurà de presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Declaració expressa que els treballs s'han finalitzat d'acord amb la proposta tècnica presentada en el seu moment (amb els materials, colors i acabats, etc.) i d'acord amb la llicència d'obres municipal o juntament amb la comunicació prèvia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;APARTADO III.- Alta de datos bancarios: Código IBAN (24 dígitos), cuya estructura es: “ES”+ Número de control (2 dígitos) + Código de Cuenta Cliente (20 dígitos), y que habrá de ser de titularidad del acreedor (es decir, de la persona que figure en el Apartado I), lo que deberá justificarse:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) En el caso de que el acreedor sea persona jurídica mediante firma y sello de la entidad bancaria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) En el caso de que el acreedor sea persona física, la firma y sello de la entidad bancaria pueden sustituirse por certificado de titularidad bancaria o de un documento bancario que acredite esa titularidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• TODOS LOS CAMPOS DEBEN SER CUMPLIMENTADOS OBLIGATORIAMENTE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• NO OLVIDE FIRMAR EL MODELO Y PRESENTARLO EN ORIGINAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lugar de presentación: Presencialmente en el registro de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx (siempre que no esté obligado a relacionarse a través de medios electrónicos con esta Administración) o en cualquiera de los lugares que admite el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
