&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar la previsió del serveis de la Cartera de Serveis Socials del Consell Insular d'Eivissa que s'han de concertar durant l'any 2026, en matèria d'atenció a persones amb discapacitat, i menors i família, detallats en l'annex I, d'acord amb el previst a l'article 4 de la Llei 12/2018, de 15 de novembre de serveis a les persones en l'àmbit social a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar l'acord que s'adopti al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, i al Portal de Transparència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa de conformitat amb la Llei 19/2013, de 9 de&amp;nbsp;desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definició del servei: Servei d'atenció diürna que dona una atenció integral a les persones amb discapacitat amb necessitats de suport extens i generalitzat en funció de les necessitats de cada persona i el seu tipus de discapacitat, perquè puguin millorar e major nivell d'autonomia i benestar, potenciar la inclusió i donar suport a les famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definició del servei: L'habitatge supervisat és un servei residencial de caràcter permanent o temporal per a persones amb discapacitat intel·lectual i/o del desenvolupament que necessiten supervisió i suport de diferent intensitat. S'organitza en habitatges ordinaris que constitueixen el domicili habitual de la persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definició del servei: El servei de Centre Ocupacional dona suport a les persones amb discapacitat que necessiten organització, supervisió i assistència en la realització de les activitats de la vida diària, i també suport en el procés d'adquisició i desenvolupament d'activitats bàsiques i adaptatives personals, socials i prelaborals, perquè puguin assolir, dins de les possibilitats de cada persona usuària, la màxima integració sociolaboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definició del servei: Els serveis d'Atenció Integral i promoció de l'autonomia, per a persones amb discapacitat, són el conjunt d'actuacions que duen a terme professionals per prevenir l'aparició o l'agreujament de malalties o discapacitats i les seqüeles conseqüents, mitjançant el desenvolupament coordinat d'actuacions de promoció de condicions de vida saludables i programes específics de caràcter preventiu i de rehabilitació adreçats a les persones amb discapacitat, que tenen per finalitat desenvolupar i mantenir la capacitat de la persona per controlar, afrontar i prendre decisions sobre com viure d'acord amb les normes i les preferències pròpies, i facilitar l'execució de les activitats bàsiques de la vida diària, de manera que totes les persones puguin dur una vida tan autònoma com sigui possible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definició del servei: Servei d'acolliment residencial que té com a finalitat l'atenció integral especialitzada en infants i adolescents amb una mesura de protecció de guarda o tutela, on s'atenen les persones menors d'edat que, per les seves disfuncions emocionals o conductuals o problemes d'addicció, no es poden adaptar a altres centres residencials ordinaris i necessiten una alta intensitat educativa reforçada per recursos humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
