OBJECTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria té per objecte regular el procés selectiu per proveir, amb personal funcionari de carrera, una plaça d'enginyer industrial, escala administració especial, subescala tècnica, grup A, subgrup A1, vacant i dotada pressupostàriament, corresponent a l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de l'any 2023 (BOIB Núm. 34, de 16 de març de 2023), pel sistema d'accés de torn lliure i procediment de concurs-oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix es formarà una borsa amb el llistat de persones que havent superat almenys el primer exercici de la fase d'oposició, no hagin superat el procés selectiu, als efectes de la creació d'una borsa de treball de personal interí de la subescala tècnica de l'escala d'administració general de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí, d'acord amb l'article 10 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre pel qual aprova el text refós de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic i l'article 15 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de les Illes Balears, i la borsa de treball que es constitueixi de la present convocatòria tindrà caràcter preferent a les que es puguin convocar de forma extraordinària un cop exhaurida aquesta borsa, fins a la propera convocatòria de selecció derivada de d'oferta pública que s'aprovi, que substituirà a la borsa que es conformi de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la CAIB; el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat per Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local; Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, Reial decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny, pel qual s'estableixen les regles bàsiques i els programes mínims a què s'ha d'ajustar el procediment de selecció dels funcionaris d'administració local, la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admeses en aquest procés selectiu, les persones interessades han de complir, en la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i durant el procés selectiu, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir nacionalitat espanyola o la d'algun Estat membre de la Unió Europea o que, en virtut dels tractats&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;internacionals subscrits per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya, els sigui aplicable la lliure circulació dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També podran ser admesos el cònjuge, els descendents i els descendents del cònjuge, tant dels ciutadans espanyols com dels nacionals dels estats membres de la Unió Europea, qualsevol que sigui la seva nacionalitat, sempre que els cònjuges no estiguin separats de dret i els descendents siguin menors de 21 anys o majors d'aquesta edat però visquin a càrrec dels seus progenitors i al cònjuge sempre que no estiguin separats de dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona aspirant que no tingui la nacionalitat espanyola ha d'acreditar documentalment la seva nacionalitat amb un document vigent i el seu permís de residència i de treball si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir 16 anys complerts i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en disposició de la titulació d'Enginyeria Industrial superior o títol de Grau en Enginyeria en Tecnologies Industrials o d'aquell que habiliti per a l'exercici de la professió regulada d'Enginyer Industrial, o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, més el màster que habilita per a l'exercici de la professió d'enginyer/a industrial superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger s'haurà d'acreditar que s'està en possessió de la corresponent convalidació o de la credencial que acrediti, si s'escau, l'homologació del títol. Aquest requisit no és aplicable als aspirants que hagin obtingut el reconeixement de la seva qualificació professional, en l'àmbit de les professions regulades a l'empra de les disposicions de dret de la Unió Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions de la plaça a proveir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) No haver estat separades, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de cap d'administració pública, dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes; ni trobar-se inhabilitades de forma absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, en el cas en què haguessin estat separades, inhabilitades o acomiadades disciplinàriament. En el cas de nacionals d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitades o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a una ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Abans de prendre possessió del lloc de treball, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar, mitjançant declaració responsable, que no està sotmesa a cap dels motius d'incompatibilitat establerts en la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, que regula el personal al servei de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Acreditar el requisit de coneixement de llengua catalana, nivell B2, de conformitat amb el Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, amb la Llei 4/2016, de 6 d'abril, de modificació de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears. Aquests coneixements han de ser acreditats mitjançant l'aportació del títol o certificat oficial corresponent, expedit per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística de les Illes Balears o equivalències previstes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Haver satisfet els drets de participació en la forma establerta a la base quarta d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els requisits anteriors, hauran de posseir-se en el moment de finalitzar el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i gaudir-ne durant el procediment de selecció, fins al moment de la contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. FORMA I TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aquestes bases es publicaran al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, prèviament a la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 20 dies naturals a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat. Quan el darrer dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entendrà prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han d'ajustar al model normalitzat de sol·licitud (Annex II), es presentaran al Registre General de la Corporació i es dirigiran a l'Alcaldia de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí. També es podran presentar mitjançant les formes previstes a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. A més de les dades que han de constar a la sol·licitud, les persones aspirants han de consignar-les, i acompanyar la documentació que es indica a continuació, en un únic document PDF:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Una còpia del document nacional d'identitat o, en el cas de no ser espanyol/a, del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Una còpia simple del títol acadèmic exigit en cada convocatòria (anvers i revers) o certificació acadèmica que acrediti haver superat tots els estudis per obtenir el títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Manifestació que es reuneixen totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides a la base 3, referides sempre a la data de finalització del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El document d'ingrés de la taxa de 14 euros pels drets de participació. L'import dels drets de participació únicament serà retornat a aquelles persones que no siguin admeses per manca d'algun dels requisits exigits per prendre part a les proves selectives, sempre que formulin la seva reclamació en el termini d'un mes, comptats a partir de la publicació de la resolució per la qual s'aprova la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses. L'abonament dels drets de participació haurà de ser satisfet al següent compte bancari: CAJAMAR - ES97 3058 4516 4227 3200 0011, amb indicació del DNI i el nom de la convocatòria que s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Coneixements de la llengua catalana: es presentarà una còpia del certificat acreditatiu de posseir, com a mínim, el nivell exigit en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aportació de la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits dels aspirants es farà una vegada superada la fase d'oposició en el termini de 10 dies hàbils a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació dels resultats definitius de la fase esmentada, en un únic document PDF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Administració pot requerir de la persona sol·licitant l'aportació formal de la documentació substituïda per la declaració responsable en qualsevol fase del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No requereixen presentació aquells documents que es trobin en poder de l'Ajuntament convocant o se'n pugui comprovar la informació per tècniques telemàtiques segons es regula en l'article 28 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En aquest darrer cas, la persona interessada ha d'indicar en quin moment i davant quin òrgan administratiu va presentar els documents esmentats, i les administracions públiques els han de sol·licitar electrònicament a través de les seves xarxes corporatives o d'una consulta a les plataformes d'intermediació de dades o altres sistemes electrònics habilitats a l'efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El fet de constar a la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement que les persones interessades compleixen els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria. Les persones que superin el procés selectiu hauran de presentar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits generals d'aquesta convocatòria abans del seu nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, la persona aspirant dóna el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessaris per prendre part a la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades que es facin constar a la seva sol·licitud. El domicili, telèfon i e-mail que figurin es consideraran vàlids a efectes de notificacions, i serà responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones candidates tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi a les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA. ADMISSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel fet de sol·licitar prendre part en el procés selectiu, les persones aspirants es sotmeten expressament a les seves bases reguladores que constitueixen la norma d'aquest procés selectiu, sense perjudici de les responsabilitats en què poguessin incórrer si s'apreciés inexactitud fraudulenta en la declaració que formulin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resultaran admeses les persones aspirants que acreditin reunir els requisits exigits, segons allò que s'ha exposat a la base tercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'autoritat convocant dictarà una resolució, en el termini màxim de dos mesos, declarant aprovada la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses i concedint un termini d'esmena a les persones excloses de deu dies hàbils, indicant que, si no es du a terme l'esmena, s'entendrà que han desistit de la sol·licitud i seran definitivament excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La llista de persones admeses i excloses contendrà també la causa o causes que han motivat l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els errors de fet podran esmenar-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No serà esmenable l'abonament de les taxes després de la data de tancament del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada publicades les bases en els butlletins oficials indicats, els successius anuncis referits al procediment selectiu objecte de la present convocatòria es publicaran a la web municipal, tret dels que legalment s'hagin de publicar en els corresponents butlletins oficials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA. TRIBUNAL DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Tribunal qualificador es constituirà en la forma que determina l'article 60 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre (TRLEBEP) i, supletòriament, l'article 51 de la Llei 3/2007, de la funció pública de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els membres del Tribunal s'hauran d'abstenir d'intervenir, la qual cosa hauran de notificar a l'autoritat convocant, quan es doni alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De la mateixa manera, les persones aspirants podran recusar els membres del Tribunal quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El president/a convocarà els membres titulars per tal de constituir el Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La constitució i l'actuació del Tribunal s'ajustarà al que preveu la Llei 40/2015, del règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els acords s'adoptaran per majoria d'assistents i el vot del president dirimirà els empats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Tribunal podrà comptar amb personal assessor especialista per a aquelles proves en què sigui necessari, i també de personal col·laborador amb tasques de vigilància i de control del desenvolupament de l'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest personal assessor i col·laborador es limitarà a donar l'assistència i la col·laboració que els sigui sol·licitada i tindrà veu, però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Correspon al Tribunal resoldre totes les qüestions derivades de l'aplicació d'aquestes bases i també allò que pertoqui en els casos no prevists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La indemnització per assistència al Tribunal es regirà per la normativa autonòmica vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Quan, en absència del president o presidenta titular del Tribunal, tampoc no sigui possible la presència del designat com a suplent, n'assumirà la presidència el vocal que resulti en atenció als criteris de major jerarquia, antiguitat o edat, aplicats per aquest ordre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. A la resolució que declari aprovada la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses es farà pública la designació del tribunal qualificador, el qual estarà integrat pels següents membres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCEDIMENT DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procés selectiu s'iniciarà amb la fase d'oposició i continuarà amb la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades per a cada exercici en crida única i seran excloses de les proves selectives aquelles que no hi compareguin, tret dels casos degudament justificats i lliurement apreciats pel Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre la finalització d'una prova i el començament de la següent haurà de transcórrer un termini mínim de tres dies hàbils i un termini màxim de dos mesos. La selecció constarà de les fases següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.- FASE D'OPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació total: 70 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serà prèvia a la fase de concurs i tindrà caràcter eliminatori. Estarà constituïda per la realització de tres exercicis: un tipus test, un a desenvolupar i un pràctic. Les persones aspirants que no aprovin cada un dels exercici quedaran eliminades del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició suposarà un 70% de la puntuació final.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Primer exercici de caràcter teòric (tipus test)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: puntuació màxima 20 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà a respondre un qüestionari tipus test d'un total de 100 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives i només una correcta, sobre les matèries que versen de la totalitat del temari exposat en l'annex I d'aquestes bases. El qüestionari contindrà 10 preguntes addicionals de reserva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada pregunta contestada correctament tindrà una puntuació de 0,20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les preguntes no resoltes o no contestades no puntuaran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les preguntes contestades erròniament es penalitzaran amb un terç del valor assignat a la resposta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici es puntuarà de 0 a 20 punts, essent eliminades les persones aspirants que no aconsegueixin una puntuació mínima de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Temps màxim: 125 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon exercici de caràcter teòric (a desenvolupar)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: puntuació màxima 25 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà a desenvolupar per escrit, en un temps màxim de dues hores, dos temes, a triar per la persona aspirant, entre tres designats per sorteig pel tribunal sobre la relació de matèries que versen de la part específica del temari recollit en l'annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà fins a un màxim de 25 punts (a raó de 12,5 punts sobre cada tema desenvolupat) i serà necessari obtenir una qualificació mínima de 6,25 punts en cada un dels temes desenvolupats per superar aquest exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Tercer exercici de caràcter pràctic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: puntuació màxima 25 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en la realització d'un supòsit pràctic. El tribunal durà dues opcions diferents i mitjançant el sistema a l'atzar es designarà el supòsit a realitzar pels aspirants que serà comú a tots. Els casos pràctics estaran basats en les matèries contingudes en la part específica del temari que figura a l'annex I d'aquestes bases i que, en tot cas, haurà de versar sobre continguts propis dels procediments, tasques i funcions habituals de la plaça objecte de convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la realització d'aquest exercici els/les opositors/es podran fer ús de textos legals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici es puntuarà de 0 a 25 punts, essent eliminades les persones aspirants que no aconsegueixin una puntuació mínima de 12,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Temps màxim: 90 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Després de cada exercici es publicaran els resultats provisionals (en el cas de l'exercici tipus test es penjarà també el solucionari) i els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils per al·legar i /o demanar revisió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les al·legacions seran resoltes abans de la realització de la següent prova per part del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosos els tres exercicis de la fase d'oposició, el Tribunal farà pública a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament la relació de persones aspirants que hagin aprovat aquesta fase, amb indicació de la puntuació total obtinguda a la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la data de publicació dels resultats provisionals de la fase d'oposició per presentar reclamacions respecte de la mateixa i, una vegada el Tribunal Qualificador en un termini màxim de set dies hàbils hagi resolt les al·legacions presentades, es procedirà a publicar els resultats definitius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.- FASE DE CONCURS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació total: 30 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs serà posterior a la fase d'oposició i en cap supòsit servirà per superar la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aportació de la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits dels aspirants es realitzarà un cop superada la fase d'oposició en el termini de 10 dies hàbils a comptar des del dia següent a la publicació dels resultats definitius de dita fase i en un únic document PDF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es valoraran els mèrits de les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La data màxima en la qual es tindran en compte els mèrits a valorar és la data límit de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en el procediment selectiu objecte de la present convocatòria, amb independència de la data de presentació de la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits aportats per part de les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits, que el Tribunal valorarà en la fase de concurs, seran els següents, sempre que hagin estat prèviament acreditats en el termini i condicions establertes a les bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Experiència professional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat: 14 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per serveis prestats en l'administració pública relacionats amb les tasques pròpies de la categoria convocada, en un lloc igual o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament serà valorat aquest apartat quan, de la documentació aportada per la persona aspirant, es desprengui que l'experiència laboral està directament relacionada amb les funcions de la plaça o lloc a cobrir. A aquest efecte s'haurà de presentar certificat de l'Administració en el qual s'indiqui la data d'alta i baixa en, així com el lloc de treball ocupat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els serveis prestats per l'Administració Pública en virtut d'un contracte administratiu subjecte a la Llei de contractes del sector públic. Tampoc es valoraran els serveis prestats en qualitat de personal eventual o de confiança, de conformitat amb l'establert en l'article 20.4 de la Llei 3/2007 de 3 d'abril, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació: 0,10 punts per mes complet i en cas de períodes inferiors a un mes, calculant la part proporcional sobre 30 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per serveis prestats a l'empresa privada relacionats amb les tasques pròpies de la categoria convocada en un lloc igual o similar, s'acreditaran amb un certificat de l'empresa, amb indicació de la data d'alta i baixa, categoria professional, tipus de contracte i funcions desenvolupades i, a més, certificat de la vida laboral expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas es valorarà aquest apartat, si la documentació presentada no reflecteix el lloc ocupat ni les seves funcions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació: 0,05 punts per mes complet i en cas de períodes inferiors a un mes, calculant la part proporcional sobre 30 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Titulacions acadèmiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat 7,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració d'aquest criteri es durà a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Per cada doctorat: 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Per cada llicenciatura, grau o diplomatura: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Altres estudis de Postgrau (Màster Universitari Oficial, Especialista Universitari o Expert Universitari): es puntuaran a raó de 0,025 punts per cada crèdit RLU (sistema de valoració dels ensenyaments introduït pel RLD 1497/1987, de 27 de novembre) o per cada 10 hores lectives, i a raó de 0,075 punts per cada crèdit ECTS (sistema europeu de transferència de crèdits) o per cada 25 hores lectives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona opositora ha d'acreditar amb la documentació que aporti el nombre exacte d'hores lectives dels estudis de postgrau o màster que al·leguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan un títol sigui un requisit per ser admès en el procés selectiu, no és valorarà com a mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es poden valorar els de nivells inferiors necessaris per a obtenir-lo, excepte en el cas del títol de Doctor/a o estudis de màster, en què sí que es podrà valorar el grau, la llicenciatura, diplomatura o equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cas que en el diploma no s'especifiqui el valor dels crèdits, els crèdits anteriors al Pla Bolonya es valoraran a 10 hores per crèdit i els crèdits ECTS a 25 hores per crèdit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la valoració de les titulacions, s'estarà al que es disposa en la taula d'equivalències del Ministeri d'Educació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Cursos de formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat 5,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la categoria convocada. La valoració d'aquest criteri es du a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per universitats, escoles oficials de formació, escoles municipals de Formació, l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació contínua de les administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), Col·legi Oficial de Secretaris, Interventors i Tresorers de les Administracions Locals (COSITAL), Servei d'Ocupació Estatal (SEPE) i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos poden tenir qualsevol durada. No són acumulatius els crèdits d'assistència i els d'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'impartició es valora amb: 0,005 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'aprofitament es valora amb: 0,003 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'assistència es valora amb: 0,0015 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un crèdit equival a 10 hores de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificat no determina si ha estat amb aprofitament o assistència, es valorarà com d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4) Coneixements de català&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits o reconeguts com a equivalents per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears. Només es computarà el nivell més alt acreditat. El certificat LA es pot acumular al C1 i al C2. La puntuació en cada cas serà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat C1 o equivalent: 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat C2 o equivalent: 2,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat LA o equivalent: 0,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat C1 + LA (o equivalent): 2,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la data de publicació dels resultats provisionals de la fase de concurs per presentar reclamacions respecte de la mateixa i, una vegada el Tribunal Qualificador en un termini màxim de set dies hàbils hagi resolt les al·legacions presentades, es procedirà a publicar els resultats definitius del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITENA. RELACIÓ DE PERSONES QUE HAN SUPERAT EL CONCURS-OPOSICIÓ, PROPOSTA DEL TRIBUNAL DE NOMENAMENT DE FUNCIONARIS EN PRÀCTIQUES I PROPOSTA DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació final de les persones aspirants vendrà determinada per la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes en la fase d'oposició (70%) i en la fase de concurs (30%).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, l'ordre de prelació s'establirà atenent els següents criteris: primer, millor puntuació en el segon exercici de l'oposició; segon, millor puntuació en el tercer exercici; i tercer, millor puntuació en el primer exercici; quart, millor puntuació en la fase de concurs. En cas de persistir l'empat, aquest es solucionarà per sorteig en acte públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal conformarà la llista definitiva dels aspirants que hagin superat el procés selectiu per ordre de puntuació obtinguda, proposant a la Batlia de l'Ajuntament el nomenament del candidat/a amb major puntuació com a funcionari en pràctiques fins a la resolució del període pràctic i l'avaluació que se'n realitzi i la corresponent constitució de la borsa de treball temporal, si és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per Resolució de Batlia s'acordarà la contractació del candidat amb major puntuació obtinguda, formalitzant-se el corresponent nomenament de funcionari en pràctiques. La resta de persones candidates passaran a formar part d'una borsa de treball, per ordre de puntuació, per a eventuals contractacions temporals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. FUNCIONAMENT DE LA BORSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que formin part de la borsa, a l'efecte de rebre ofertes de lloc de treball, se'ls enviarà un correu electrònic amb el lloc de treball objecte d'oferta. En aquest correu hi haurà les característiques del lloc de treball, el centre de treball, el tipus de contracte i la durada. Per a més informació respecte del lloc de treball (ubicació física, horari, etc.), s'haurà de contactar amb el Departament de Recursos Humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quedarà constància a l'expedient, mitjançant una diligència, de l'enviament d'aquest correu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el termini màxim de dos dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de l'enviament del correu, les persones integrants de la borsa han de manifestar el seu interès en el nomenament o contractació. De les persones que manifestin el seu interès, s'anomenarà la qui tingui millor puntuació dins la borsa. Si no en manifesta la conformitat dins termini, renuncia expressament al nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les persones aspirants que així ho sol·licitin de forma expressa quedaran a la borsa en situació de no disponible, cas aquest en què no tornarà rebre ofertes de treball fins que sol·liciti tornar estar en situació de disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la persona seleccionada mitjançant aquesta borsa cessi en el lloc de treball, excepte si és per renúncia voluntària o per motius disciplinaris, es reincorporarà novament a la borsa de treball amb el mateix ordre de prelació que tenia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La renúncia posterior d'una persona al lloc de treball que ocupa, així com l'incompliment del deure de prendre possessió del lloc de treball prèviament acceptat, suposa la seva exclusió de la borsa de treball. La borsa tindrà una vigència de tres anys des de que es publiqui la seva constitució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aquelles persones aspirants a les quals es cridi, i que donin la conformitat a la seva contractació com a funcionari en pràctiques, hauran de presentar en el termini establert a partir de la crida, si no ho han presentat abans, els següents documents en un únic document PDF:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Original del DNI o del NIF o document acreditatiu de la nacionalitat certificat per l'autoritat competent del país d'origen, si n'és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Original de la titulació o certificació acadèmica que acrediti tenir cursats i aprovats els estudis necessaris per a l'obtenció del títol corresponent, o el justificant d'haver satisfet els drets d'expedició, sense perjudici de la posterior presentació del títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que no tinguin la nacionalitat espanyola, d'acord amb el que s'estableix a la lletra a) de la base 3, hauran d'acreditar igualment no estar sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o condemna penal que els impedeixi, en el seu estat, l'accés a la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més de l'anterior, hauran de presentar en el termini establert, si no els han presentat abans, els documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Declaració jurada acreditativa de posseir la capacitat funcional que no impedeixi el normal exercici de les funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Declaració jurada de no haver estat separat/ada, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de l'Estat, de l'administració local o autonòmica o dels organismes que en depenguin, ni trobar-se inhabilitades per a l'exercici de funcions públiques. Les persones aspirants que no tinguin la nacionalitat espanyola, d'acord amb allò establert a la lletra a) de la base 3, hauran de acreditar igualment no estar sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o condemna penal que impedeixi, en el seu estat, l'accés a la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Declaració jurada de no estar sotmeses per incapacitat específica d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Declaració jurada o promesa de no ocupar cap lloc ni exercir activitat al sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques, amb indicació així mateix, que no realitza cap activitat privada incompatible o subjecta a reconeixement de compatibilitat i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat, per drets passius o per qualsevol règim de seguretat social públic i obligatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona interessada manifesta que no pot subscriure la referida declaració perquè desenvolupa alguna activitat pública o percep alguna de les pensions indicades anteriorment, se us indicarà que, d'acord amb la normativa sobre incompatibilitats, exercirà l'opció que desitgi o, si les activitats públiques són susceptibles de compatibilitat, ha de sol·licitar la corresponent autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona aspirant proposada realitza alguna activitat privada, per a l'exercici de la qual, es requereixi el reconeixement de la compatibilitat, ho haurà d'obtenir o cessar en la realització de l'activitat privada abans de començar l'exercici de les funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En els supòsits en què se sol·liciti la compatibilitat per a l'exercici d'una activitat pública o privada, el termini per a la presa de possessió es prorrogarà fins que es dicti la resolució corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Si dins el termini indicat, i excepte casos de força major, les persones aspirants proposades no presenten la documentació o no compleixen els requisits exigits, no podran ser contractades o nomenades i quedaran anul·lades totes les seves actuacions sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en què haguessin pogut incórrer per falsedat en la instància en què sol·licitaven prendre part en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'aspirant proposat no reuneixi els requisits exigits, o no els acrediti en el termini establert, la Batlia acordarà la seva exclusió i procedirà a proposar el nomenament de l'aspirant següent per ordre de puntuació en el concurs-oposició, si n'hi hagués, d'acord amb l'anterior proposta del Tribunal. En cas que no existís cap més aspirant que hagués superat la fase d'oposició per cridar, es declararia deserta la convocatòria per dita plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZENA. PUBLICACIÓ DE LA LLISTA D'ASPIRANTS QUE HAN SUPERAT EL PROCEDIMENT SELECTIU I ADJUDICACIÓ DELS LLOCS DE TREBALL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de sis mesos des de l'inici del període de pràctiques, el seu tutor, anomenat a l'inici del període per part de la Junta de Govern Local, emetrà acta de valoració de l'aspirant. Posteriorment, elevarà a la Batlia la proposta de nomenament com a funcionari de carrera de l'aspirant que hagi resultat apte en la fase de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'aspirant resulti no apte, l'òrgan competent podrà dictar Resolució per la qual nomeni funcionari en pràctiques, al següent aspirant que hagi superat el concurs-oposició, per ordre de prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la vista de la proposta del Tribunal, es dictarà resolució per la qual s'ordenarà la publicació en el tauler d'anuncis del lloc web municipal de la persona que ha superat el procediment selectiu per a l'ingrés a la subescala tècnica de l'escala d'administració general de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la mateixa resolució es publicarà el lloc al que s'adjudicarà amb caràcter definitiu i que es correspondrà amb el lloc en què s'ha desenvolupat el període de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DOTZENA. NOMENAMENT I PRESA DE POSSESSIÓ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada publicada la resolució i transcorregut un termini de tres dies hàbils per a possibles al·legacions i/o reclamacions, la persona que hagin superat el concurs-oposició serà nomenada, per resolució de la Batlia, personal funcionari de carrera de la subescala tècnica de l'escala d'administració general de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta resolució es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis del lloc web municipal i en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. La presa de possessió s'ha d'efectuar en el termini de tres dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà que es publiqui en el BOIB la resolució esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRETZENA. PERMANÈNCIA EN LA DESTINACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal funcionari que, d'acord amb el que disposa l'apartat anterior, obtingui una destinació definitiva, no podrà participar en els procediments de provisió de llocs de feina durant un termini mínim de dos anys comptadors des del dia en què prenguin possessió del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
