&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Mitjançant Resolució del director gerent del FOGAIBA de 28 de novembre de 2025, publicada al BOIB núm. 159, de 2 de desembre de 2025, es varen aprovar la convocatòria, les bases, els exercicis i el temari, i el barem de mèrits de les proves selectives per a l'ingrés, per al torn lliure i de promoció interna, d'acord amb l'oferta pública d'ocupació dels anys 2023, 2024 i 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entre aquests procediments selectius, es va aprovar el de la categoria d'auxiliar, corresponent al torn lliure. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El dia 22 de desembre de 2025 va finalitzar el termini per presentar sol·licituds d'admissió al procés de participació en la convocatòria esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El dia 19 de gener de 2026, es va publicar la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses a la convocatòria i es va donar un termini de 10 dies hàbils per presentar al·legacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. En data 17 de febrer de 2026 es va publicar en el BOIB la Resolució del director gerent del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de 12 de febrer de 2026, per la qual s'aprova la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses, amb indicació de les causes d'exclusió, corresponent a la convocatòria de les proves selectives per a l'ingrés, pel torn lliure, d'acord amb l'oferta pública d'ocupació dels anys 2023, 2024 i 2025, de la categoria d'auxiliar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Posteriorment, s'ha detectat una errada que afecta al nom d'una de les persones aspirants que ha quedat admesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de Dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. D'acord amb l'article 13 r del Decret 64/2005, de 10 de juny, de creació del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, correspon al director gerent del FOGAIBA seleccionar el personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment administratiu común de les Administracions Públiques disposa el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Les Administracions Públiques podran, així mateix, rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instàncies dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb això, atès que s'ha comprovat l'error en el nom d'una aspirant, correspon rectificar-lo. &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Proposta de Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès tot això, propòs al director gerent del FOGAIBA&amp;nbsp;que dicti resolució en els termes següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Rectificar l'error detectat en l'annex 1 de la Resolució&amp;nbsp;del director gerent del FOGAIBA, de dia 12 de febrer de 2026, per la qual s'aprova la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses, amb indicació de les causes d'exclusió, corresponent a la convocatòria de les proves selectives per a l'ingrés, pel torn lliure, d'acord amb l'oferta pública d'ocupació dels anys 2023, 2024 i 2025, de la categoria d'auxiliar, en el sentit següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
