&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;ANTECEDENTS DE FET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que en data 14 de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;gener&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, la Batlia – Presidència, va resoldre el Decret de Batlia núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;35&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; on s'aprova &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el Pla d'actuació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en matèria de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;l'atorgament de llicències temporals d'autotaxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que l'apartat III de l'esmentat Pla determina que d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 188 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre de les Illes Balears, se sotmetrà a exposició pública per termini de cinc &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dies el present pla, simultàniament a l'inici del termini de licitació. Si dins del referit termini es produeixen reclamacions contra el pla se suspendrà la licitació així com el termini per a la presentació de proposicions, en els casos en què sigui necessari per resoldre la qüestió plantejada, i es reprendrà el que quedi d'aquest termini a partir de l'endemà de la resolució de les reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que l'esmentat Pla es va publicar al BOIB núm. 10, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;gener&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, iniciant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'endemà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el termini de deu dies naturals, per a la presentació de sol·licituds de participació, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;així com &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;un termini &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de cinc dies &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;hàbils, simultàniament a l'inici del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, en el que les persones interessades podran presentar les al·legacions que estimin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que durant el termini de presentació d'al·legacions, han tengut entrada al registre d'aquest Ajuntament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les següents &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al·legacions contra el Pla, amb els corresponents números de registre d'entrada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que en data 27 de gener de 2026, la Batlia – Presidència, va resoldre el Decret de Batlia núm. 163/2026 on s'aprovava la suspensió d&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el Pla d'actuació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en matèria de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme del municipi de Sóller, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'atorgament de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;licències temporals d'autotaxi, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;així com la suspensió del termini de 10 dies &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;naturals &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per a presentar sol·licituds de participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès l'informe emès pel Cap de la Prefectura de la Policia Local, en data 12 de febrer de 2026, on es proposa la resolució de les al·legacions en els següents termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«VALORACIÓ TÈCNICA DE LES AL·LEGACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.1 Increment del nombre de llicències (Al·legacions 1, 2 i 4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pla estableix un màxim de 9 llicències, increment significatiu respecte de les 5 existents fins ara. Aquest nombre es fonamenta en: Dimensionament tècnic del servei. Cobertura de la demanda turística i estacional. Equilibri operatiu entre llicències ordinàries i temporals. L'Administració té la potestat discrecional de determinar el nombre màxim d'autoritzacions, sempre dins de criteris tècnics i de racionalitat. Cap de les al·legacions aporta elements objectius que justifiquin un increment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conclusió: Desestimar les sol·licituds d'increment o supressió del límit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2 Modificació dels criteris de puntuació (Al·legacions 2 i 4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els criteris de puntuació del Pla: Són similars a convocatòries anteriors. Són habituals en altres municipis de característiques similars. Són objectius, verificables i quantificables. No es demostra que les alternatives proposades millorin l'eficiència, la transparència o l'equitat del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conclusió: Desestimar les al·legacions sobre modificació dels criteris de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.3 Sistema rotatori (Al·legació 4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El sistema rotatori és una opció organitzativa no exigida per normativa i que podria: Complicar la planificació del servei. Afectar la continuïtat operativa en períodes d'alta demanda. No aportar millora objectiva en qualitat, eficàcia o disponibilitat del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conclusió: Desestimar la proposta de sistema rotatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.4 Numeració diferenciada (Al·legació 3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La proposta de diferenciar la numeració de llicències temporals respecte de les ordinàries: És tècnicament viable. No altera el procediment ni el nombre d'autoritzacions. Facilita la identificació i control dels vehicles autoritzats. No genera càrrega administrativa significativa i és compatible amb la gestió municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conclusió: Estimar l'al·legació i incorporar la numeració diferenciada al Pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. CONCLUSIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Estimar l'al·legació sobre numeració diferenciada de les llicències temporals, per ser viable, útil i de fàcil aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Desestimar les al·legacions que sol·liciten incrementar el nombre de llicències o eliminar el límit, ja que 9 llicències representen un increment suficient i garanteixen la cobertura de la demanda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Desestimar les al·legacions que proposen modificar els criteris de puntuació o establir un sistema rotatori, ja que els criteris vigents són objectius, habituals i adequats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Mantenir la resta del Pla sense modificacions, en no detectar-se deficiències tècniques.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès l'informe emès &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;pels Serveis Jurídics Municipals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, en data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de febrer de 2026, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;on s'exposa el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;A la vista de la documentació existent en l'expedient, l'informe de la Prefectura de la Policia Local de 12 de febrer de 2026 i en compliment del que estableix l'Ordenança Municipal reguladora dels Serveis Urbans de Transport en Vehicles Lleugers per a les Llicències d'Auto-taxi de l'Ajuntament de Sóller, BOIB número 28, de 26 de febrer de 2008, en la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears i la resta de legislació aplicable; des del punt de vista jurídic, atès que l'article 53.4 de l'esmentada Llei 4/2014 simplement exigeix un acte motivat per a la determinació del nombre de llicències i que el nombre de 9 es va justificar mitjançant informe de la Prefectura de la Policia Local de 20 de gener de 2026, i vist que, en relació amb l'accés, l'article 52.4 del mateix cos legal únicament estableix que s'atorgaran preferentment als titulars de llicències de caràcter ordinari, sense assenyalar més requisits, per la qual cosa aquests queden a voluntat de cada corporació local, no sembla procedent l'estimació de les al·legacions. Pel que fa a la relativa a l'enumeració, manca de transcendència jurídica, per la qual cosa caldrà atenir-se al criteri de la Policia Local.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Pla d'actuació en matèria de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme del municipi de Sóller, per a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'atorgament de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;licències temporals d'autotaxi, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aprovat per Decret de Batlia núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;35&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;gener&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i publicat al BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;gener de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De conformitat amb el decret de delegació de competències número 1341/2024, de 4 de juny de 2024,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Estimar parcialment les al·legacions presentades al Pla d'actuació &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en matèria de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme del municipi de Sóller, per a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;l'atorgament de llicències temporals d'autotaxi, en els següents termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estimar la sol·licitud d'establir una numeració diferenciada per a les llicències temporals. A l'article 8.2. Documentació a presentar per a l'adjudicació definitiva, a l'apartat «Identificació exterior» queda reemplaçat per la següent redacció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Per als titulars de llicència s'assignarà un número de llicència a partir del número 100»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Desestimar les al·legacions presentades al Pla d'actuació &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en matèria de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme del municipi de Sóller, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;l'atorgament de llicències temporals d'autotaxi, atesos els termes fixats als informes tècnic i jurídic abans exposats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Desestimar les sol·licituds per incrementar el nombre de llicències o eliminar-ne el límit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Desestimar les sol·licituds que proposen modificar els criteris de puntuació o establir un sistema rotatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; Reprendre la tramitació de la licitació del Pla d'actuació &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en matèria de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme del municipi de Sóller, per a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;l'atorgament de llicències temporals d'autotaxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El present Pla d'actuació és un acte que té per objecte concretar les condicions a les quals s'han de subjectar les llicències temporals d'autotaxi d'àmbit municipal, sens perjudici de l'autorització per a la prestació insular recollida en els articles 53.4 i 69.4 de la Llei 4/2014, de 20 de juny, de transports terrestres i mobilitat sostenible de les Illes Balears, pel període 2026-2028 (3 anys), amb possibilitat de prorrogar-se un any més.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. Característiques de les llicències temporals.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Les llicències temporals municipals de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle de turisme reuniran les característiques següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Estacionalitat: La durada serà de set (7) mesos, de l'1 d'abril al 31 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Vigència: El present pla d'actuació tendrà una vigència de tres anys, pel període 2026-2028, amb possibilitat de prorrogar-se un any més, en les mateixes condicions, si la Corporació ho acorda abans de la seva finalització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Titularitat i prestació del servei: &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'autorització s'atorgarà al titular, que podrà ser persona física o persona jurídica legalment constituïda, i vindrà vinculada a un únic vehicle que compleixi les característiques tècniques exigides. Només es podrà obtenir una llicència temporal per titular. En el cas de persones jurídiques, l'activitat haurà de prestar-se mitjançant conductors que compleixin els requisits professionals previstos en aquest Pla i la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Intransmissibilitat: Les autoritzacions no es podran transmetre e&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;n cap cas i no poden ser objecte d'arrendament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Revocabilitat: Independentment de l'extinció per caducitat, l'Ajuntament de Sóller podrà revocar l'autorització per incórrer en la pèrdua de qualsevol dels requisits exigits, així com pel incompliment reiterat de les condicions de prestació del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. Àmbit municipal: Les autoritzacions només habiliten la prestació del servei dins el terme municipal de Sóller, sense perjudici d'una possible autorització del Consell Insular per operar fora del municipi, prèvia conformitat de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;7. Nombre d'autoritzacions: S'&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;estableix un màxim &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de nou&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; autoritzacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III. Procediment d'autorització.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Inici.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Una vegada aprovat el present Pla d'actuació, es publicarà un anunci amb el text íntegre en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sóller (https://soller.sedelectronica.es), l'endemà de la seva publicació s'iniciarà el termini de deu (10) dies naturals per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 188 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre de les Illes Balears, se sotmetrà a exposició pública per termini de cinc (5) dies el present pla, simultàniament a l'inici del termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds. Si durant aquest període es produeixen reclamacions, el procediment d'atorgament de les llicències i el termini de presentació de sol·licituds quedaran suspensos mentre es resolguin. Un cop resoltes, el termini es reprendrà pel temps restant a partir de l'endemà de la resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Classificació dels sol·licitants.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El procediment per a l'adjudicació de les llicències temporals estableix la classificació següent dels sol·licitants i distribució d'autoritzacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Categoria A: "Titulars": titulars d'una llicència municipal d'autotaxi de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Categoria B: "Lliure": sol·licitants que no són titulars d'una llicència municipal d'autotaxi de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El procediment d'adjudicació es regirà per la prevalença dels titulars (categoria A) respecte dels sol·licitants que no són titulars «Lliure» (categoria B). &lt;span style="color:#ffffff"&gt;Sobre la base d'això &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el cas que es presentessin més sol·licituds que nombre de llicències a atorgar, es constituirà un contingent de reserva al qual poder acudir en supòsits de renúncies o vacants sobrevingudes, format per les sol·licituds que no s'hagin adjudicat ordenades conforme a la puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Requisits dels sol·licitants.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Els requisits exigits per a optar a la concessió de les llicències temporals seran els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3.1. Requisits generals, per a tots els sol·licitants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a. Ser persona física o jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b. Estar al corrent de les obligacions fiscals, socials i laborals establertes per la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c. Disposar del permís de conduir en vigor classe B o superior i complir la resta de requisits previstos a l'Ordenança reguladora del servei d'autotaxi de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3.2. Requisits Categoria A: "Titulars", per als sol·licitants titulars d'una llicència municipal d'autotaxi de Sóller:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d. A més dels requisits recollits en els apartats a, b i c anteriors, hauran d'acreditar que disposen, com a màxim, d'una única llicència municipal d'autotaxi de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;e. Complir els torns de guàrdia obligatoris establerts per Decret de Batlia i regulats a l'Ordenança Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;f. Presentar acreditació del compliment dels requisits fiscals i de Seguretat Social exigits en aquest Pla: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;– Si el sol·licitant és persona física: Presentar acreditació del compliment de la declaració censal de trobar-se donat d'alta en l'impost corresponent i en el règim especial de treballadors autònoms de la Seguretat Social. No es considerarà complert aquest requisit si la cotització s'ha interromput per jubilació, excepte en cas de jubilació contributiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;– Si el sol·licitant és persona jurídica: acreditar alta censal i, segons el cas, l'existència de conductors adscrits a la seva explotació amb cotitzacions i contractes (TC2, nòmines) que acreditin l'explotació efectiva de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;g. Disposar del permís municipal de conductor de l'Ajuntament de Sóller quan la prestació del servei sigui efectuada directament per persona física. En el cas de persones jurídiques, caldrà que els conductors assignats disposin del permís municipal esmentat abans d'iniciar l'activitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3.3. Requisits Categoria B: "Lliure", per als sol·licitants que no són titulars d'una llicència municipal d'autotaxi de Sóller:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;h. A més dels requisits recollits en els apartats a, b i c anteriors, hauran de disposar del permís municipal de conductor de l'Ajuntament de Sóller o adquirir el compromís de sol·licitar-lo un cop adjudicada definitivament la llicència temporal i, en qualsevol cas, abans d'iniciar l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Criteris d'adjudicació de les llicències temporals.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Les llicències temporals s'atorgaran als sol·licitants que obtenguin la puntuació més alta segons els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Categoria A: Titulars de llicències ordinàries d'autotaxi de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;(Puntuació màxima: 11 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a. Antiguitat com a titular d'una llicència municipal de taxi al municipi de Sóller: 0,5 punts per any complet, amb un màxim de 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Només es computaran anys complets a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b. Aportació de vehicle híbrid o elèctric: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c. Antiguitat del vehicle aportat, computada des de la data de matriculació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De menys de 5 anys: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De menys de 2 anys: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d. Aportació d'un sistema de cobrament mitjançant targeta de crèdit: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Categoria B: Lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;(Puntuació màxima: 11 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a. Antiguitat com a titular o conductor assalariat d'una llicència d'autotaxi amb dedicació plena, acreditada mitjançant la inscripció i cotització corresponent a la Seguretat Social: 0,5 punts per any complet amb un màxim de 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'antiguitat només es computarà per anys complets a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La continuïtat es considerarà interrompuda quan voluntàriament s'abandoni la professió per termini igual o superior a sis mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No es considerarà interrupció voluntària la situació legal d'atur derivada d'una cessació involuntària de l'activitat ni la situació d'incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b. Aportació de vehicle híbrid o elèctric: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c. Antiguitat del vehicle aportat, computada des de la data de matriculació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De menys de 5 anys: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De menys de 2 anys: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d. Aportació d'un sistema de cobrament mitjançant targeta de crèdit: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En cas d'empat, si hi hagués més sol·licitants que llicències disponibles, s'efectuarà un sorteig públic entre els sol·licitants que obtenguin la mateixa puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Sol·licituds i documentació a presentar.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5.1. Termini i forma de presentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El termini per presentar sol·licituds s'obrirà l'endemà de la publicació del present Pla d'actuació en el BOIB i finalitzarà deu (10) dies naturals després, comptant ambdós dies inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Si l'últim dia del termini és dissabte o festiu, aquest es prorrogarà automàticament fins al primer dia hàbil següent. En cas de publicació d'anuncis de correcció d'errors, rectificacions o aclariments, el termini es computarà novament a partir de la data del nou anunci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La sol·licitud de participació es pre&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sentarà &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;exclusivament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en instància dirigida a l'Alcaldia d'aquesta Corporació, en model recollit en l'annex corresponent (Annex I – Sol·licitud) a la Seu Electrònica del l'Ajuntament de Sóller &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(https://soller.sedelectronica.es)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'acord amb l'Ordenança d'administració electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sóller (Boib núm. 85 de 13 de juliol de 2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cccccc"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud implica l'acceptació expressa de les clàusules d'aquest Pla &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;També s'admetrà la documentació presentada d'acord amb les disposicions legals i que compleixi els requisits que s'hi estableixen, sempre que tenguin entrada a les dependències municipals abans de la finalització del termini indicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Qualsevol sol·licitant que falsegi la documentació presentada quedarà automàticament exclòs del procediment d'adjudicació, una vegada acreditat aquest fet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Les sol·licituds podran ser presentades pel mateix titular o pel seu representant degudament acreditat. Les persones jurídiques podran actuar mitjançant l'administrador, administrador solidari, apoderat o persona facultada mitjançant poder suficient. A la sol·licitud s'haurà d'aportar el document acreditatiu de la representació (escriptura d'apoderament, autorització signada o similars). El representant haurà d'aportar el seu DNI/NIE i, si escau, l'escriptura pública d'apoderament o la certificació registral. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5.2. Documentació a presentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a. Sol·licitud de participació (Annex I). S'indicaran l'adreça electrònica a efectes de notificacions i, si escau, el número de llicència municipal de què siguin titulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b. Document nacional d'identitat o, si escau, escriptura d'apoderament degudament legalitzada, o bé còpies autenticades d'aquests documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c. Declaració responsable (Annex II) relativa a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- El compliment dels requisits establerts en el present Pla d'actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- No estar incurs en cap de les prohibicions per contractar previstes a l‘article 71 de la Llei 9/2017, de 8 de novembre, de Contractes del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social establertes per la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- No haver estat sancionat per resolució ferma, en els dos darrers anys, per infraccions molt greus segons el Reial decret 1428/2003, de 21 de novembre, pel qual s'aprovà el Reglament general de circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- El compromís d'adscriure a la llicència temporal un vehicle conforme a les condicions establertes en aquest Pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- El compromís de disposar d'una pòlissa d'assegurança que cobreixi de manera il·limitada la responsabilitat civil pels danys ocasionats durant la prestació del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d. Declaració responsable (Annex III), indicant la puntuació total que correspongui segons l'apartat 7 del present Pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;e. Declaració responsable per al còmput d'antiguitat. (Annex IV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el cas dels sol·licitants que no siguin titulars d'una llicència municipal d'autotaxi de Sóller, per justificar l'antiguitat hauran de complimentar una relació detallada dels números de les llicències d'autotaxi que hagin sigut titulars, i o dels titulars i els números de llicència on s'hagin prestat els serveis de conductor amb indicació de les dates d'inici i finalització de cada període.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Llista provisional d'admesos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la Corporació elaborarà la llista provisional d'admesos, que es farà pública al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sóller (https://soller.sedelectronica.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Publicada aquesta llista, s'obrirà un termini de cinc (5) dies naturals perquè les persones interessades que no hagin aportat correctament tota la documentació puguin esmenar les seves sol·licituds o, si escau, amb la possibilitat de formular les al·legacions que considerin oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A tal efecte s'exposarà una relació dels sol·licitants afectats, amb indicació de la documentació que hagin de completar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Transcorregut aquest termini sense reparar les deficiències detectades, la persona sol·licitant quedarà exclosa del procés d'adjudicació&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Llista definitiva d'admesos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Un cop transcorregut el termini d'al·legacions sense que s'haguessin presentat o, si escau, resoltes aquestes, la Corporació aprovarà la llista definitiva d'admesos, que es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sóller (https://soller.sedelectronica.es) i tendrà efectes de notificació individual a cada un dels adjudicataris, atorgant un termini per aportar la documentació necessària per a la finalització de l'expedient d'autorització corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En cas d'empat en la puntuació entre possibles adjudicataris, s'assenyalarà dia, hora i lloc en què es durà a terme el sorteig públic per a l'adjudicació de les llicències temporals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La publicació d'aquesta llista definitiva, ordenada segons la puntuació obtinguda, equival a la concessió provisional de la llicència temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La seva eficàcia restarà condicionada a la presentació, dins el termini establert, de la documentació requerida per part de la persona adjudicatària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Adjudicació definitiva de les llicències temporals.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8.1. Termini i forma de presentació de la documentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El termini de presentació de la documentació per a obtenir l'adjudicació definitiva de les llicències temporals s'obrirà l'endemà de la publicació de la llista definitiva d'admesos al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sóller (https://soller.sedelectronica.es). Aquest termini finalitzarà deu (10) dies naturals després, comptant ambdós dies inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8.2. Documentació a presentar per a l'adjudicació definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8.2.1. Documentació general, per a tots els sol·licitants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Acreditació d'un dipòsit en garantia de 500€ a la Tresoreria de l'Ajuntament de Sóller, que respondrà en cas de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Renúncia a l'obtenció de l'autorització definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No presentació de la documentació requerida dins els terminis establerts per poder obtenir definitivament l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Incompliment de l'obligació de retirar del vehicle (i acreditar-ho així davant l'Ajuntament) tots els signes externs identificatius en el termini màxim d'un mes des de la finalització de la vigència de la llicència temporal per cada any o en els casos de substitució regulats en l'apartat IV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En el cas de les persones sol·licitants que ja haguessin constituït un dipòsit de 500 € en la convocatòria anterior i aquest no hagués estat retornat, podran optar per mantenir-lo per a la present tramitació, sempre que presentin una declaració responsable en què manifestin:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Que el dipòsit anterior continua vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Que autoritzen el seu manteniment per a la nova adjudicació de llicències temporals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Que no sol·liciten la seva devolució fins a la finalització de la nova vigència de la llicència temporal, llevat dels supòsits legalment previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En aquests casos, no caldrà efectuar un nou ingrés, sense perjudici de les comprovacions que efectuï la Tresoreria Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Finalitzat el període de vigència de l'autorització estacional i les seves possibles pròrrogues, i comprovat per l'Ajuntament el compliment dels requisits, s'emetrà informe favorable a la devolució del dipòsit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b. Acreditació de la disponibilitat d'un vehicle turisme, amb pas a servei públic amb un nombre màxim de set places, inspecció tècnica de vehicles en vigor, en règim de propietat, usdefruit, arrendament financer o &lt;em&gt;leasing.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El vehicle haurà de complir les característiques tècniques següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Antiguitat màxima a la qual s'hagin compromès, podent aportar un vehicle amb una antiguitat màxima de 8 anys des de la data de matriculació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Equipament: Instal·lació d'aparell taxímetre, llum verda i indicació de tarifa en el panell superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Color blanc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Identificació exterior: El vehicle haurà de dur en totes dues portes de davant una franja de 7 centímetres de color "blau capri", pintada en les dues portes de davant, en sentit transversal de dreta a esquerra. Centrada damunt aquestes franges hi anirà l'escut del municipi, en els seus colors originals, i en la part superior esquerra de la línia transversal hi anirà el número de la llicència temporal. Per als titulars de llicència s'assignarà un número de llicència a partir del número 100 i per als assalariats s'assignarà un número de llicència a partir del número 1001 d'acord amb la llista d'adjudicataris que s'aprovi (que es recollirà en la targeta de transports) i més avall haurà de figurar la llegenda "Taxi estacional", tot això en lletres de color blau capri font Arial, negreta, de 125 punts d'ample, les tres línies inscrites en un rectangle de 30x15 cm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'acreditació del compliment de tots els requeriments detallats, així com dels compromisos presentats pels sol·licitants, s'acreditarà mitjançant la presentació d'un certificat de conformitat expedit a l'efecte per l'estació de la Inspecció Tècnica de Vehicles del Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c. Acreditació d'una assegurança de responsabilitat civil amb tercers amb ocasió de danys ocasionats per raó d'aquest servei, amb cobertura il·limitada, o almenys per un import mínim de 50 milions d'euros durant tot el període de vigència de l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d. Certificats acreditatius de trobar-se al corrent del compliment de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social imposades per les disposicions vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;e. Certificat de la Direcció Provincial de Trànsit, acreditant que la persona interessada no ha estat sancionada per resolució ferma en els dos últims anys per infraccions molt greus segons el Reial decret 1428/2003, de 21 de novembre, pel qual s'aprovà el Reglament general de circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;f. Certificat de vida laboral (només per a sol·licitants persones físiques) o documentació equivalent que acrediti l'activitat laboral dels conductors adscrits (en el cas de persones jurídiques).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;g. Permís municipal de conductor urbà d'autotaxi expedit per l'Ajuntament de Sóller o, en el cas de no disposar-lo, còpia de la sol·licitud presentada per obtenir-lo. En el cas de persones jurídiques, el permís municipal haurà de correspondre als conductors adscrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h. Justificant del pagament de les taxes municipals corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8.2.2. Documentació addicional per als titulars d'una llicència d'autotaxi del municipi de Sóller:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;i. Llicència municipal d'autotaxi expedida per l'Ajuntament de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Si és una persona física:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;j. Documentació acreditativa del pagament de dotze mesos de cotització al règim especial de treballadors autònoms durant els últims vint mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;k. Certificat sobre la situació de jubilació. En cas de tenir edat suficient per jubilar-se, s'haurà de presentar un certificat negatiu de l'Institut Nacional de la Seguretat Social (INSS). En cas d'haver optat per la jubilació contributiva, s'haurà d'aportar un certificat acreditatiu d'aquesta situació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Si és una persona jurídica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;l. &lt;/span&gt;Acreditació d'activitat efectiva en el sector del taxi durant un període de 12 mesos mitjançant TC2, contractes de treball o facturació que permeti verificar l'experiència/activitat de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Emissió de la llicència temporal d'autotaxi.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Els sol·licitants que compleixin tots els requisits i obtinguin l'adjudicació definitiva rebran, per part de l'Ajuntament de Sóller, una targeta de transport acreditativa del títol habilitant concedit, d'acord amb el model establert a l'Annex V.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la targeta hi constaran, com a mínim, les dades següents: titular de la llicència, termini de vigència i matrícula del vehicle adscrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Aquesta targeta s'expedirà anualment mentre romangui en vigor el present Pla d'actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Procediment per a cobrir renúncies d'adjudicataris.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el cas que, una vegada dictada la resolució amb la llista definitiva d'admesos, algun d'ells renunciï a la llicència temporal o, si escau, aquesta no adquireixi eficàcia per manca de presentació de la documentació exigida, la plaça corresponent quedarà vacant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En aquest supòsit, l'Ajuntament oferirà la llicència al següent sol·licitant segons l'ordre d'adjudicació establert en la llista definitiva d'admesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La renúncia o la manca de presentació de la documentació dins el termini establert comportarà la pèrdua del dret a la devolució del dipòsit, si aquest ja s'hagués constituït, i el seu import s'incorporarà als ingressos municipals corresponents a l'exercici en curs, d'acord amb el procediment administratiu aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV. Prestació del servei. Drets i obligacions.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Exercici de l'activitat.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La prestació d'aquest servei s'efectuarà exclusivament mitjançant la utilització del vehicle vinculat a l'autorització estacional. No obstant això, es podran donar supòsits de substitució definitiva o temporal en els termes que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;SUBSTITUCIÓ DEFINITIVA: En cas que durant la prestació del servei el titular de l'autorització estacional vulgui substituir el vehicle vinculat a l'autorització atorgada, haurà de comunicar-ho a l'Ajuntament acreditant la disponibilitat de nou vehicle, amb les seves dades, model i matrícula i acreditació que compleix els mateixos requisits que aquest pla exigeix per a la concessió de les llicències temporals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A més, haurà d'acreditar, mitjançant certificat de la ITV, haver retirat tots els distintius externs del vehicle original i el seu pas a vehicle particular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Comprovat l'anterior, l'Ajuntament dictarà resolució autoritzant la substitució i emetent a tal efecte una nova targeta de transport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En cas de no complir-se els requisits anteriors, la substitució serà denegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;SUBSTITUCIÓ TEMPORAL: Excepcionalment, es podrà accedir a una substitució temporal en cas d'avaria o accident. En aquests casos, l'interessat haurà de comunicar a l'Ajuntament mitjançant instància a la qual acompanyarà acreditació de disposar d'altre vehicle per a la prestació del servei amb els requisits que estableix aquest Pla d'actuació i certificació de taller mecànic acreditatiu de la incidència i durada estimada de la seva resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En aquests casos excepcionals s'admetrà que la titularitat del vehicle no coincideixi amb el de l'autorització i que el vehicle de substitució temporal tengui una antiguitat superior a 8 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No obstant això, aquest supòsit, per l'excepcionalitat del seu règim i atesa la durada de la vigència de l'autorització estacional, no podrà excedir de 20 dies. En cas que la previsió de substitució temporal excedeixi del termini indicat, l'interessat haurà d'acudir al procediment de substitució definitiva abans regulat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Transcorregut el termini de durada màxima de 20 dies d'aquesta substitució temporal, el titular de l'autorització haurà d'acreditar davant l'Ajuntament haver retirat els distintius externs del vehicle autoritzat temporalment i el seu pas a vehicle particular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Aquesta acreditació s'haurà de produir en el termini màxim de 3 dies hàbils des de la finalització del període de 20 dies sense que, en cap cas, ambdós vehicles puguin simultaniejar la prestació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Els titulars de les llicències temporals estacionals hauran de prestar el servei personalment, o hauran de comptar amb un o més conductors assalariats per garantir la prestació del servei en les condiciones indicades en aquest pla. En el cas de persones jurídiques, la prestació del servei s'haurà d'efectuar sempre mitjançant conductors assalariats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Tots els titulars d'una autorització estacional hauran d'acreditar que els conductors es troben en possessió del permís B o superior i el permís municipal de conductor de l'Ajuntament de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Els titulars de les llicències temporals (es tracti de titulars de llicència municipal o lliures) hauran de trobar-se de forma ininterrompuda d'alta en el règim especial dels treballadors autònoms durant els dies de vigència de la llicència. Les persones jurídiques hauran d'acreditar l'alta laboral i de Seguretat Social dels conductors adscrits durant la vigència de l'autorització. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Els titulars hauran d'assegurar la prestació efectiva del servei durant tot el termini de vigència de l'autorització, excepte en el cas que això es contradigui amb l'establert en la normativa laboral d'aplicació pel que fa a la durada de les jornades i la seva distribució setmanal, així com la legislació que resulti d'aplicació pel que fa a temps màxims de conducció i descans per condu&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Respecte als mateixos criteris anteriors, la prestació del servei no tendrà limitació horària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Una vegada finalitzat el període de vigència de la llicència temporal i de les seves corresponents pròrrogues, els adjudicataris quedaran obligats a eliminar del vehicle tots els signes externs identificatius (llum verda, escuts, etc.) de l'activitat i d'acreditar-ho mitjançant la presentació a l'Ajuntament de Sóller d'un certificat emès per la ITV a tal efecte en el termini màxim d'un mes després de la finalització de la vigència de la llicència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Una vegada acreditat el compliment d'aquesta exigència després de conclòs el període de vigència i de les seves pròrrogues, s'emetrà un informe per part dels serveis competents de l'Ajuntament per procedir a la devolució del dipòsit que es va efectuar amb ocasió de l'adjudicació de l'autorització estacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No és obligatori eliminar els signes externs identificatius del vehicle dins els anys de vigència de la llicència temporal, incloses les seves pròrrogues, encara que en aquest cas no podrà utilitzar-se el vehicle, ni de forma privada, durant els quatre mesos de cada any que no es troben inclosos dins l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Règim tarifari.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En qualsevol cas les tarifes que resultaran d'aplicació seran les mateixes que siguin d'aplicació per a les llicències de caràcter ordinari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Règim sancionador.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'incompliment per part del titular d'una autorització estacional de les condicions de prestació del servei o la pèrdua d'alguna de les condicions exigides per a la seva obtenció determinaria el fet d'entendre que s'estaria realitzant l'activitat de transport públic de viatgers sense el títol habilitant preceptiu, de manera que podrà ser sancionat, mitjançant l'expedient sancionador oportú tramitat a l'efecte, d'acord amb el que preveu la normativa general de transports (Llei 16/1987, de 30 de juliol). L'incompliment del que recull l'Ordenança municipal reguladora de la prestació del servei públic d'autotaxis determinaria la possibilitat de ser sancionat per l'Ajuntament d'acord amb el que estableix el règim sancionador de l'ordenança indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Revocació.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Sóller podrà revocar l'autorització, que no tendrà caràcter de sanció, per incórrer en la pèrdua de qualsevol dels requisits exigits, així com pel reiterat incompliment de les condicions de prestació del servei, la qual cosa suposarà la pèrdua de tots els drets vinculats a l'autorització i la impossibilitat de prestar el servei que emparava. Abans de resoldre la revocació de qualsevol autorització, serà preceptiu el tràmit d'audiència a l'interessat. La revocació, com qualsevol altre acte administratiu, es podrà recórrer en via administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Que adopt el compromís d'aportar una pòlissa d'assegurança per cobrir de forma il·limitada la seva responsabilitat civil pels danys que es causin amb ocasió del transport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Els titulars hauran d'assegurar la prestació del servei durant tots els dies corresponents al termini de vigència de la llicència, sempre respectant l'establert en la normativa laboral d'aplicació respecte a la durada de les jornades i la seua distribució setmanal, així com la legislació que resulti d'aplicació respecte al temps màxim de conducció i descans. En el cas d'existir restricció horària en la prestació del servei, aquest no podrà realitzar-se fora de les hores autoritzades per l'Ajuntament corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;NOTA IMPORTANT: la caducitat de la llicència es produirà a partir del últim dia de prestació del servei, sense necessitat de cap resolució administrativa expressa, amb la subsegüent pèrdua de qualsevol dret o obligació vinculats a la llicència caducada.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
