&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El personal nomenat haurà de formalitzar el contracte en el termini de 3 dies , a comptar des de l'endemà de la seva publicació .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictada, de conformitat amb el que disposa els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. També es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, de conformitat al que estableix l'article 123 esmentat i l'article 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
