&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;esolució &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;novembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 2025, es va aprovar la llista provisional de persones admeses &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i excloses &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;corresponent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al procès selectiu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;esmentat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, amb expressió de la causa d'exclusió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; disposaven d'un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;seva &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;publicació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'IMAS,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; per esmenar el defecte o adjuntar els documents que siguin preceptius, amb l'advertència que, si no esmen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el defecte o no presenten la documentació, es consideraran no presentades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest termini va finalitzar en data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;28&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;novembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;Finalitzat el termini &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;indic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, d'acord amb la base&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.3,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;residència de l'IMAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ha de dictar una resolució mitjançant la qual s'aprovi la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segons l'establert en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la bas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.4, a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;questa Resolució ha d'indicar el lloc, la data i l'hora de realització del primer exercici i l'ordre d'actuació dels aspirants, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;la bas&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e 8.3, el fet de constar en la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement a les persones interessades que compleixen els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria. Aquest reconeixement quedarà condicionat a la posterior acreditació del compliment dels requisits i condicions de la convocatòria, de la manera establerta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la base 13.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. La Resolució de la Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Soci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;als&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;juliol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2024, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; aprova les bases generals que han de regir els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; personal funcionari de l'Administració especial de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a l'exercici 2024 del Consell de Mallorca i de les ofertes d'ocupació pública corresponents als exercicis 2021 i 2023 de l'IMAS i les ofertes d'ocupació pública derivades del Pla estratègic per la reducció de la temporalitat de l'IMAS aprovat pel &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consell Rector dia 15 de desembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2023 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(BOIB núm. 94, de 18 de juliol de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;amb les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;modificacions i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;rectificacions d'errades aprovades mitjançant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la Resolució de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;24&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de juliol de 2024 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(BOIB núm. 9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;27&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de juliol de 2024), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la Resolució de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'agost&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 2024, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;105&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10 d'agost&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2024) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i la Resolució de 3 de setembre de 2025, (BOIB núm. 119, de 6 de setembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;. L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a Resolució de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;residència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ls,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;29&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;juliol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; aprova l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; convocatòri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les bases específiques &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el temar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que han de regir el proc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;és&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; selectiu, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mitjançant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el sistema &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;concurs oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari de l'escala d'Administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnic-a mitjà, especialitat Desenvolupament Informàtica, del grup B, de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a l'exercici 2023 de l'IMAS (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7 d'agost &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'article 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dels Estatuts de l'IMAS, aprovats pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca, de dia 11 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que habilita&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presidència convocar i resoldre els procediments de selecció, establir-ne les bases, els programes i el contingut de les proves i nomenar els membres dels òrgans de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot el que s'ha exposat, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar la llista definitiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de persones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aspirants &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;admeses &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;torn lliure &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i per al torn de promoció interna (vertical)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;procés selectiu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l'escala d'Administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnic-a mitjà, especialitat Desenvolupament Informàtica&lt;strong&gt;,&lt;/strong&gt; del grup B, en els termes que s'estableixen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'Annex d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Indicar que no consten persones aspirants excloses en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Indic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ar el lloc, la data i l'hora de realització del primer exercici, que es durà a terme el dia &lt;strong&gt;25 d'abril de 2026, a les 10:30 hores, a l'edifici Anselm Turmeda&lt;/strong&gt; ubicat a la Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB), al carrer Eivissa, s/n de Palma, i convocar a les persones aspirants admeses en aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Establir que el fet de constar en la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement a les persones interessades que compleixen els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria. Aquest reconeixement quedarà condicionat a la posterior acreditació del compliment dels requisits i condicions de la convocatòria, de la manera establerta a les Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta resolució es publicarà &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, en el tauler d'anuncis de la Seu Electrònica de l'IMAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;als efectes oportuns,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el Portal de Selecció de l'IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta resolució no posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella es pot interposar, d'acord amb l'article 28 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS aprovats pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca, de dia 11 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019), recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dins el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
