font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Consta a la clàusula primera, sobre objecte del conveni:</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">«L'objecte del conveni és establir la cooperació econòmica per part del Consell Insular d'Eivissa amb l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany (d'ara endavant l'Ajuntament), amb motiu de la realització d'actuacions i inversions per facilitar l'accés a l'habitatge i pal·liar les dificultats existents en aquesta matèria al municipi, en el marc de les seves competències.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">Es concedirà una ajuda econòmica màxima de 534.268,32 euros a l'Ajuntament, a càrrec de fons propis del Consell Insular d'Eivissa prevista en el Pla Insular de Cooperació Municipal per a l'anualitat 2025.»</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">Segons la clàusula desena, de revisió i modificació del conveni, <span style="color:#000000">el següent:</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">«Els termes d'aquest conveni podran ser revisats sempre que no alterin l'import de l'ajuda total concedida. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">Qualsevol altre tipus de modificació dels termes del present conveni, haurà de ser aprovada per les parts.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">La substitució de les actuacions i inversions, incloses en l'Annex I del present conveni per unes altres serà motiu de modificació del mateix. Els membres assistents, varen acordar la modificació de</span> la clàusula primera, sobre objecte del conveni, i la clàusula quarta, sobre obligacions del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, d'acord a la sol·licitud presentada per l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany amb RGE núm. <span style="color:#000000">2025039294, de data 28 de novembre de 2025.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>3. </strong>Consta a la clàusula </span><span style="color:#000000">d</span><span style="color:#000000">es</span><span style="color:#000000">ena</span><span style="color:#000000"> del conveni </span><span style="color:#000000">que: </span><span style="color:#000000">"</span><span style="color:#000000">Els termes d'aquest conveni podran ser revisats sempre que no alterin l'import de l'ajuda total concedida. </span>Qualsevol altre tipus de modificació dels termes del present conveni, haurà de ser aprovada per les parts.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">La substitució de les actuacions i inversions, incloses en l'Annex I del present conveni per unes altres serà motiu de modificació del mateix.
